The inspector checked our house and it looks good. Friendly inspector and did not say anything about problems.

Awesome work from these people all the way around. Brooke in the office was very helpful, reaching out via text and phone calls to keep me updated. Doug doing the initial inspection and quote for everything was very helpful and informative. Tyler, and I think Zach, can’t remember Tyler’s partners name, we’re absolute rock stars. Tyler called me on his personal time and phone to keep me posted and get me info. Tyler was super helpful and knew so much about what the process was and why they do what they do and the way they do it. He helped me not only understand it all but also to build confidence and assurance that it wouldn’t be a problem and that my dog and I would be safe. Tyler noticed an issue on one of the night watches and not only fixed it but adjusted our whole schedule so that he could do the job right. Definitely a great team, they did super clean work and were always nice and polite and just great people.Very grateful and thankful for the whole team, they took care of the bats and took care of my pup and I.

The gentleman that has been spray the house is really great. I apologize I cant remember his name, but hes extremely thorough to make throughout the house. Hes always on time and made sure the inside didnt need an extra spray before proceeding to spray outside. This company really appreciates their clients and when I need the house to get sprayed last minute theyre on it.

I have been a customer of American pest for over 20 years, and their service has always been courteous and professional. This latest visit was no exception. I trust these folks to protect my home, and they have never let me down!

So far we are noticing the bats decreasing every night. They leave and cant get back in. Sorry neighbors they are on your hands now!

Pleasant, on time, notified prior to inspections, listen to all special instructions and very professional.

They always do a good job. I dont like that they no longer treat inside, especially since the price is the same as when they did.

They are responsive but just cant seem to get rid of our problem. Not thrilled

American Pest does a great job of keeping us treated for bugs and other pests including snakes. I called before they arrived as we had a skunk in a window well and they were able to get it removed.

6/9/22It amazes me the incredible techs that have come over the many years Ive had them. They are so kind and never do "an in and out as quick as you can ". The techs are knowledge about the creepy, crawlies and always answer my questions about them. They always cal or ask on next apt if Imstill seeing .......... Highly recommend AMERICAN PEST MANAGEMENT!They are so through, kind and pleasant to work with.While inside the house gets a few very odd looking critters in the basement, Ive never found one that was alive. I did have two VERY disturbing problems that they took care of in short order. From the day I purchased this house it had ants and bats. I finally stopped trying to fight the ants myself and "so very fortunately" found the number to a company called American Pest Management. From the first call I knew I had made the right choice. I had never seen a roach in my house until after a shopping trip and putting goods away. They calmed my fears and let me know that paper bags from the store is a great hiding place for roaches and that they had never seen any in my house. I asked for and they treated my house for roaches, which I have never seen another.On to the greatest problem. Bats!! The last thing the lady I had purchased my house from said to me as she walked out the door with her broom, mop, and bucket was, "The house has always had bats". WHAT!!!!! Well, I have fought the little winged creatures from the beginning. Bat House set up out on the pole made no difference. All the essential oils that are 5 stared to keep bats out made no difference. In the basement and in the attic spaces, always bats or the leavings of bats. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I called and asked if American Pest did bat eviction. Bats are protected around here so you can not do anything to kill them off. Yep, American Pest does that too. I was so impressed. They sent a tech out to talk to me and to look around. They did an over night inspection to see where the bats were coming and going from. Developed a plan and went over it with me. Explained why it couldnt be done in the season we were then in, I think because of breeding, not sure that was it however there was a reason. They did their overnight inspection, located where the bats were entering and came back in the right season to install one way exits. Once all the bats were evacuated another inspection, and they closed up the entrances. I know, it sounds like a big hullabaloo. It really wasnt. Bats no moreThis is a great company with Fabulous employees. From the phone to the tech that comes and does treatment, you just cant find better service. I found a bug like thing Ive never seen before, took a picture and text Am Pest just asking what is that??? They are great, just great!!! You all are so great to talk to and work with.Best Wishes AlwaysElly2/9/20Found a new creepy looking bug, dead of course, had never come across this bug before. I have a wonderful old house. Old being operative word. Lots of ways for critters to get in. American Pest Techs are incredibly knowledgeable! I feel like Ive had an upper level course on "bugology" every time one of them come. This area of Wamego is notorious for bats and I had plenty. Bat feces becomes airborne and carries disease. Not only did they evict the bats, they also come back and clean up the droppings. I had no idea the droppings can spread airborne disease as it drys and deteriorates..They are all just the best to work with.

Pre services I had the standard bugs, ants and webs both inside and outside. After being with their program for a couple of years there are no longer evidence of bugs outside and havent seen a scary spider inside for years. Would recommend their services. They have always been professional with their services. We have been a client for 20+ years.

Joseph my pest guy is helpful. I tried treating my house myself in the past. Was still seeing a lot of bugs now not so much. Only problem I have is the office sends out a notice saying they cant get hold of me to setup up my appointment day when I see no signs of that no miss calls or emails.

These guys were great. HE knew what he was talking about and walked me through the pest removal and upkeep would work. Call these guys they help they dont look down or make you ashamed of any issues you may have.

This is one of the services that treat both interior and exterior of the house in addition to inspection of the termite control stations. The service is professional and on time. As always, their office contacted me ahead of time when service is due. Darren carefully treated the inside and outside parameters. While chatting with him, I also learned more about their policy and on when to treat a new house during the construction.Good countable service.

Matt, the tech that sprayed, was very thorough and took time to get the entire property sprayed! Our original concern was to spray for ticks, but the product they spray covers that plus fleas, chiggers, and mosquitoes! (My dog LOVES her!This company also sends a technician if you are having a specific issue during their 3-month period. I have been noticing more spiders in the last month, and they have come back three times for free during the three month period to control my spider problem.
