I had a recommendation to use American Remodel and Robb Cochran, to replace my Hardy Board Siding, Front Door and Side Panels, along with new gutters. I have been so happy with my decision. Everyone involved with this project was wonderful. If any issue came up during the installation, it was resolved in a very timely manner. All of the employees working on this project were friendly, engageable, and very professional. I have had lots of neighbors compliment the finished product. I love the new look of my home and would highly recommend this group.

We are very pleased with the work done by American Remodel, who replaced three exterior doors/frames in our home. From their initial visit to make a proposal on the work to be done, through to the installation itself and follow-up, it was a pleasure to work with this company. There were no pressure tactics, just a straightforward statement of work and fair quote. I recently contacted American Remodel for an estimate on my parents gutters. They are elderly and have been jerked around many times over the years by contractors that prey on folks like them. My husband and I recently had all of our windows replaced on our home. We had four companies give us estimates and we decided to use American Remodel for a few reasons. First, we loved the fact that Jake is a small business owner and we wanted to support a local business. Second, he really listened to our needs and gave us two options. He did not try to push us towards the most expensive windows. We decided on the Provia series and are very happy with our choice. Third, he has teams of installers who work for him...so they were experienced and very professional. They took away all the debris and the installation was performed smoothly. Fourth, We loved the fact that they did everything they said they would do. Fifth, we appreciated that Jake did not expect a decision the day we had our consultation. There were not any high pressure sales techniques.Now I want to describe why we love the Provia series. We live near 695 and 83 so noise is a factor in our home. The first night...the house was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. My husband and I joked that it was too quiet and might need a white noise machine. We really appreciate how the windows really buffer the sound. We also had to urn down the AC since our home was very chilly. It made us realize how much cold air was streaming out the windows. We have already seen a drop in our electric/gas year over year for May. It is one thing when companies say the windows are energy efficient....It is quite another when you see the result translate to money saved. I happen to have a muscle disease, Myositis, so it was important to have windows which are easy to open. These windows lift right up and the screen shut easily. This was such a pleasant surprise.We highly recommend Jake and his colleague at American Remodel. You wont have a long wait for your windows and will be happy with the results. He has integrity and partners with you to make sure your home is quiet, secure and looks fabulous!

American Remodel put a new deck on my house and replaced my aging aluminum siding, with gorgeous James Hardee smooth siding.Jake was very easy to work with and responsive and both the decking team and siding team did excellent jobs. When we did a walk through of the deck there was one minor blip that Jake had taken care of right away.I would highly recommend American Remodel and would use them again for my next project.

The American Remodel team was fantastic! We used their services for our entire home residing project, removing old and bad wood siding with Hardie siding. All new Hardie trim, gutters, door surround and window caps. They were extremely communicative and always ensured they explained all details in-depth so we felt knowledgeable of the process that would be completed. From tear-off to installation, the team was kind to knowing we were working from our home while they worked and even were kind to put down some grass seed and other small tokens of going above and beyond. Robb and the team made sure not to "sell" us but allowed us to make an informed decision to align with our budget, timeframe and needs. I definitely would recommend their services!!

I used American Remodel to install a new frame and door for my rowhome in Baltimore. From the beginning, working with American Remodel was a breeze. They worked with my schedule to come out and give a free estimate. During the walkthrough they discussed the schedule forward detailing any industry delays due to COVID and/or demand. When the day came to install the new frame/door, their team was friendly and professional and got the job done in less than a day. Robb and his team were very professional and responsive. We had some damage on the stucco on our house. Robb and his team removed the stucco, fix the rot behind it, and replaced it with new siding. The new siding looks like it has always been there which is great in my opinion. The team finished the work in less than a day and left the yard as clean as it was prior to their work. We needed our rear patio door replaced. It was 36 years old and rusted through. We had a very negative experience with a heavily advertised window/door replacement company. They used the very obnoxious high pressure sales approach starting off with a very high list price and offering what appeared to be a significant discount if we agreed to make the purchase at that moment. Thank goodness, Robb of American Remodel was recommended to us. He worked with us to select a design and never once put any pressure on us to make a decision. His price for the very same door was substantially less. His installation team did a terrific job removing the old door and installing the new door. The quality of the work was exceptional and no mess was left behind. I would not hesitate to use them again for any other remodeling needs

Robb and team made easy work of replacing an 80 year old patio door. The installers were friendly, efficient, and willingly worked on the coldest day of the year. From the point of initial contact through the post-install follow up, Robb was a true professional. He is knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Robb and his crew replaced our siding and front and back doors. They were great! Helped us find the best styles and best quality options for our needs and budget. Very solid, quality work. Things were slightly delayed due to materials shortages with suppliers, but Robb kept us up to date and was very professional throughout the whole process. We were very pleased with their work and will likely use them again.

I cant rant and rave about this company enough! There attention to details and their customer service skills rate off the chart as a "10" just doesnt seem to do justice. They assisted me to ensure I was in compliance with the HOA guidelines. The work was performed ahead of schedule and the house looks amazing with the new soffit and fascia. The amount of time Robb spent to go over the process was top notch. This company is a gem in the industry and I will keep coming back for any future projects. We went through Jake at American Remodel to replace the 45 year old French Doors on the front of our home. The company and experience was wonderful! Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. There was a scratch on one of the glass panes and Jake called the manufacturer right away and had a replacement sent for installation. We will DEFINITELY use them again!

Within a week Jake had come out and measured my windows, provided a contract, and had my windows ordered. The whole process took about a month.The team was fast, professional, and tidy. Three days later rob called and said they could begin our siding project because the siding we picked was in stock.We were shocked from the quick turn around because we know how hard things are to get during this time. Great experience! I had my 60 year old original windows replaced. I received an estimate on 2 different types of windows within 24 hours. All questions I had were answered quickly. Time from signed contract to job completion was less then 5 weeks. The team installing the windows were lovely. Kind, worked extremely hard and impeccable attention to detail. They followed all Covid precautions. They even seamlessly worked around my kids who were home virtual learning. American Remodel is highly recommended.

Jake from American Remodel helped me out with a new roof. He inspected the entire roof inside and out to make sure he was giving me an accurate quote. Job was done in one day and they did a great job cleaning up after. Very professional and able to answer any questions I had quickly. After shopping around I went with American Remodel to replace all the windows in our home because of their no-pressure consultation vs the competition. The competition was very confrontational and tried to lean on me to sign a contract before I was in a buying mindset. Robb, our project manager from American Remodel, was completely ok with holding a price for me until I was ready to pull the trigger. That shows confidence in their value. Once we were underway, Robb was calling and dropping by throughout the job to make sure things were on pace and I could call or text him directly knowing that he could make any potential snags go away. 19 windows later, my neighbors all complimented me on the clean look of the work.After the winter months, we noticed some settling in the caulking around one of the windows and a crack in one of the frames. American Remodel got both problems fixed with no extra costs. They really do standby their work. Will be doing business with them again soon.

With a baby on the way getting our drafty windows replaced was a top priority. American Remodel made the whole process worry-free. We contracted with American Remodel after meeting with 4 other contractors. We couldnt be happier with the work that American Remodel did. American Remodel was one of three companies who provided estimates to replace our roof. They were not the cheapest, but we decided to go with them because they offered a comprehensive warranty, avoided using inferior materials, provided great communication, and have excellent reviews for quality of work and customer service. They did a great job explaining options and recommendations and were very responsive to my questions. The worked with me on scheduling, and did everything as agreed. I would use them again.

We had a small, basement entry door with a huge gap around the frame. American Remodel got a perfect replacement door (custom sized, since it was smaller than a standard door), fitted it perfectly, and had great customer service! No one wants to replace their roof due to a leak, but American Remodel made it as painless as possible. We recently replaced our front and back entrance doors and from the very start of the process Robb and the rest of the American Remodel team were fantastic. The communication regarding timelines and progress of the project from initial measurements, to ordering and obtaining the doors, to scheduling and completing installation was a breeze. Robb, Frank and Chris all made sure our installation process was seamless. Highly recommend them for their door replacements, and based on what Id saw Id trust them with any home repair and remodel needed.

We needed a new door installed between our garage and kitchen that was fire safe, and we needed it re-hinged so that would open outward rather than inward and no longer threaten to knock people down the basement stairs. With American Remodel we got that custom-made door wed dreamed of and a lot more! American Remodel represents a line of doors called Pro Via, and my, are they excellent doors. Just solid, and pretty, and smooth closing. Deadbolt secure steel-on-steel-on steel. Honestly its really too good for the garage....My husband got home and kept opening and letting it close because it closed so nicely, and saying "This is a premium door!" We have a double-lifetime warranty too. As for the installation theres not much to say because it went so smoothly, no hassle at all. Pro Via does extensive training so the installers know what they are doing. American Remodel partners Jake and Robb go above and beyond in terms of customer service too. They spent a lot of time with us both in choosing a door and following up after installation to make sure we were satisfied. Even gave us a "thank-you box" of logo goodies! The one issue we encountered was that the order took a few more weeks than expected. However that was not a problem with American Remodel, just a sign of the times--parts shortages and production slowdown with the pandemic. And in any case this door was well worth the wait!
