After you agree to a $75 cleaning fee, $400 security deposit, a TWO MONTH cancellation policy (cancel less than TWO MONTHS prior and lose your moneyand make your deposit payment, they email your rental contract, which provides detailed instructions how you must clean, mop, vacuum, sweep, wipe the fridge, back-splashes, counters, take out all trash, take all towels to the laundry room before leaving (your security deposit depends on it). Really? THEY should pay US a cleaning fee! No thanks.
