Paid over $1000 to replace a spare tire I had on the road. On ntts they show that they located in Tooele but they in Ogden. RIP OFF. STAY AWAY
Great place and very friendly. Thank you
I have never done business with this company or have had a service provided by them. They had put a one star review on my company without using my services or vise vursa.
Changed wheel seal and inspected bearings, cost $877! Never use the crooks again. Don’t go here unless you like being robbed.
Pure greed! All I needed was first for someone to look at a wheel with me. Just to walk out to the parking lot they wanted to charge me $110. That is just greed in my opinion. Went else where that gave me great service! Stay away unless you like throwing money away.
They looked at my truck and said come in the office for quote for parts and labor, just leave you sitting there while they BS with each other, would not recommend
Very professional setting up service and communication was excellent with mobile mechanic Jesus. Communication is everything and I can’t thank you enough, for getting my local customer back on the road. Thank you AMS. I will use your services again.
Tino made my day
Quick and bit overcharged
Tino is awesome 👌
Tino is awesome 👍👍👍
Our RV was bouncing up and down something awful. It didn’t matter if we were going 10 mph or 65 mph. It seemed as if the front wheels were coming off the ground. We called around to Freightliner all over Salt Lake City and no one would give us a minute. The next available appointment was in just over 14 days. That won’t due! We are just passing through on our way to our new home in Michigan. My husband called and Tino said we could bring her in now. Tino is very knowledgeable and stated he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was. He met us in the parking lot, got under the RV and fixed the problem just like that within 1 minute ! Just like that! Tino fixed my RV, then we were back on the road and my RV is riding smoothly as ever! Bless you Tino! Thank you!
I dropped off a flatbed trailer for tail light repair and when I picked it up,, Tino went above and beyond fixing the short on my vehicle electrical hookup, and also checked the lugnuts and tire pressure before I left to ensure a safe trip. These ppl are friendly and did awesome work. Thx for a safe trip!
Jesus was great every one there was helpful and nice..
my truck was having air leak, so I called this company, they send someone and charge me a $1000 dollars after 3 hours and still werent able to find were the leak was coming from. Very bad service.... DO NOT USE THEM.
Great experience! I’ve been looking for a trusty trailer place for awhile and I feel lucky I found this spot. Thanks Tino and everyone who took care of our trailer issues last week!
They’re too expensive they took just 30 mints to fix the trailer door and they charge me $350 for labour after questioning they just show me the book and said we charged you according to the industry book very bad experience
Went in to get a diagnostics done and they somehow broke my access port (valued at around $700when I went to talk to them about the issue they said it wasn’t their problem and would not do anything for me. When taking your car to get serviced you hope for the best quality and best customer service, obviously this is not the place to go. Would not recommend this shop to anyone and will never be going back. If I could leave a no star review I would.
Tino is the best guy to go to
Friendly people and good mechanics willing to work with a driver on whatever his issue is
Rip off . They charge 1.3 hrs to replace inner tire which equals to $154. Are these people nuts ??!!! . Major truck stops charge between $50 -$75. Stay away . The manager stated that “he charges by the book “ . The book states 1.3 if you are doing work on both tires , keep in mind that they did nothing to outer tire so they can not charge 1.3 . Ridiculous and incompetent.
I would not reccomend AMS.They sent a mechanic out to diagnose the problem on our motorhome without the proper tools so he could not do the work but still charged us $280 and said if we paid another towing fee he would work on it in week at the shop. They advertise mobile repair, but do not deliver.
Got me in quickly and took care of a brake repair.
Great teamExcellent serviceModel looking femalesAnd professional mechanics by name TinoAmazing placeAmazing service
Had our 7 axle truck go down in SLC. Coolant leak on a broken fitting at the back of the engine. Most likely caused by KW who had just recently had the transmission out of the truck. But not worth the headache of going back to KW and arguing about who broke it, and waiting 4 days to get the truck looked at. And we all know KW doesnt stock any parts, so that would have added another day or two to the downtime. So we had AMS tow the truck to their shop. Part was in stock. We were back on the road less than 24 hours later for a fraction of the cost of having KW do the repair and then arguing over whose fault it was. And almost no downtime from the time they hooked up to our truck to the time they got us rolling again. I highly recommend AMS. Whether its a road call, heavy tow, or shop repair, they got you covered.....And Tino is awesome, too. He found ways to save us money, went back and lowered his quote, and had us all laughing on the phone too. I am really impressed with his honesty, integrity, and customer service.
Had a minor leak in my trailer, they got me in right away and took care of it.
I had a repair on a commercial trailer. AMS truck and trailer got me right in, repaired with a reasonable cost associated with the repair. Tino, shop foreman and diesel mechanic is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. AMS has a great staff and Tino is the right guy for advise and repairs. Ill do more business with AMS. THANKS
Traveling from Alaska, and on the way we broke a leaf spring on our trailer. They got me in with no notice and had us back on the road in 2.5 hrs as were very fair on the price. Great customer service!
I usually dont give reviews to places where I take my business but this place was very very good and had very exceptional service, they had my jeep in and out in a couple of days and were very helpful and very reasonable with their prices. I am usually very picky about who works on my jeep and I heard good things about this auto repair shop, so I though I should give these guys a try, so I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good repair shop!
Misleading name. it looks like 4-wheeler "truck" and same size trailers repair shop, not a true "Truck and Trailer Repair "
Thank you kind ladys in office and also Tino for repairs on trailer tire and wiper sprayer hoses great service
The moment I arrived, Dino the mechanic treats you like Gold... he stopped what he was doing. In his mind, I was the reason he came to work today. I was only there 15 minutes, and my trailer door was repaired. I was so impressed with Dino, that Im writing my 1st review of my life !!
$500 to replace a belt that took a couple minutes to put on and 3 gallons of coolant. Ridiculous on their pricing.
Angie is amazing!!!!
Professional, knowledgeable and skilled technicians.
Needed an electrical system repair for my truck. Good customer service and quality work.
Good mechanics and reasonable prices. Good experience overall.
Went here for a hydraulic job for my truck, was done very excellent.
I paid over $1700 for roadside/tow. The repair technician didnt seem to know much of anything. Once my truck was in their shop they would say it shouldnt be long. That went on for DAYS!! They even laughed about it. To replace the compressor took forever. I have to pay close to $4000 for that. My recommendation is to steer clear of this shop. They dont even pretend to care about the urgency of being on a load. They said thats everybodys problem.
Great people, very honest people, got us in and out and understood what we was going through thanks again!
Yesterday we purchased 3 used tires from them, we drove less than one day and turns out the tires they placed were ripped from the side.I paid 165$ for each bad tire and for poor service.
My car repair work was handled with much professionalism from these guys. I strongly recommend their services!
Best guys around, they work on the truck as soon as they can and do excellent work. Great mechanics!
$500 labor for 1 airbag, this guys dont know their job.I think someone with no experience will figure it out faster/cheaper.
