At Dr. Heims office, I am greeted with a big smile every time I visit. I have wonderful care and am treated with respect. I have always had severe anxiety about going to the dentist. I was recently referred to Dr. Heim and I am beyond thankful for that referral. I have NEVER had such a pleasant dental experience. The office is beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff is efficient, bubbly, and KIND. Hope, the reception, is a breath of fresh air each and every time you come. She is so friendly and welcoming. Upon my first visit, they gave me a quick tour of the entire office. They really go above and beyond to ensure your comfort at all times. Before ever even examining my teeth, Dr Heim came in to introduce herself and get to know me as a person before a patient. She listened to and understood all of my dental fears and anxieties before we ever started, then reassured me through the entire process that there would be zero pain (and spoiler alert- there was never ANY pain, yay!). She talks you through the process as she works so you always know what to expect next. Their techniques are modern and up to date. Dr Heim also does this beautiful humming along to music that’s playing in the office, and it’s so calming!Dr. Amy Heim and her staff have completely changed my opinion of “going to the dentist”. They are an exceptional team and I highly suggest them to you for any of your dental needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amy Heims for a few years now, and I must say... SHE IS THE BEST! I had been with the same Amazing dentist my entire life, and when he retired, I had anxiety and reservations about changing. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Its also the cleanest medical practice in the country! Dr. Heim is comforting, courteous and you ALWAYS know what is going on. 10/10 experience for sure! I cant say enough positive and grateful things about her.

From the moment you walk in, they are very warm and welcoming. Misty, the dentist assistant was super friendly and did an amazing job explaining every step in the process. Once Dr. Heim saw me, she was very thorough with the assessment and made some excellent recommendations. I would 100% recommend Dr. Heims and her practice.

The staff here are amazing! I love that they work with the parents to make the experience easy and efficient. I am able to get my teeth cleaned and they clean my childrens teeth at the same time. The children LOVE going to the dentist because the staff is so friendly.

Even though protocol is increased due to the risk of the covid virus I felt more at ease and more informed during my initial exam than any prior visits to other visits to any dentists visited in past years.
