Great out of the way place for food and dessert

HUGE ice cream servings- great value for the money. A "must stop" treat every time we go through Mifflinburg. They continue with evening hours in non-summer months.

The service was very poor considering there was 4 girls .....but only seemed as tho 1 worked ......took 35 min to get to the window with a family of 5 n a single person order after ..........I could have made my own ice cream in that amount of time. And then took another 10 to get our order ....come on its ice cream and ya have a abundance of it ready to go ......why so long ????

I love this place. Always great food, ice cream and service at great prices.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service we received here. There were at least 5 women working inside a large line and only 1 window to be served and they were not very worried about any customers they were much more worried about talking. Asked the woman what kind of ice cream they had when got to the window FINALLY and she looked at us like we were stupid. Will never patronize this establishment again.

You know they have good stuff when the place is always full lol. I had a large mango shake, was delicious.

Love how they had special flavors other than just chocolate and vanilla. Mango was really good.

The first time we stopped, I was surprised at the generous serving size of ice cream in the waffle cone I ordered! Weve stopped by recently and wasnt disappointed!

They have the biggest portions! There extra baby is like a small anywhere else. Just so u know there peanut butter ice cream is the best!!! And there prices are very affordable.

An absolute must of you like ice cream and are in the area. Helpful hint: when ordering the ice cream cone get a small! Its huge!

Is like to give it 5 stars but the problem here is that I cant due to the poor complete experience compared to the last several most awesome experiences. Now Im hearing that its only due to the new owners and their lack of experience themselves, but until they catch up this is it. The price was high, portions pitiful, the service sucked, they were rude and ignored us and well we wont be stopping in anytime soon unless as we found them, by word of mouth or otherwise! Sorry Amys, I will give you one thing you have right, potential for growth, so I will return to update your growth and our experience. Until next time God bless and stay healthy!

If you are in the Mifflinburg, PA area and want ice cream and good fast food this the place to stop at. Great ice cream products at a reasonable price and good fast food. Shame they are closed on Sunday, great place to stop on s road trip, whether by car or bike.

Got the chicken finger basket. It was very good. I got mine with onion rings and they were crispy not soggy. The girls there were very nice.

I was up a bit from mifflinburg but before we get to the cabin with the great views we stop at Amys frosty freeze. So before you hit the state parks up there past mifflinburg get an ice cream

There are a variety of options...ice cream to hot menu items. The staff are very friendly. My husband and I both got ice cream. You get a large portion at a fair price. You wont walk away hungry. A good family place.

Amy’s has wonderful ice cream but only go if you can eat a lot. They give huge amounts of it. You can also order food from their grill. They have 1 window to order food and ice cream and the other 2 windows for ice cream only. They do get busy so plan on standing outside.

I know it sounds opposite of what most would say, but their ice cream portions are too large. The service is speedy and friendly!

I was very excited to try Amys Frost Freeze after hearing a lot about it from friends and family. I was disappointed that a lot has changed from the last time my friends and family have gone. They only have soft serve instead of hand scooped ice cream. The variety of ice cream has been simplified. Lastly, I was disappointed by the portion size. I ordered a small Brownie frosty freeze and my cup was only filled 3/4 the way up. As I ate my ice cream, I noticed people who ordered similar items, there cups were over filling. My friends said I got gipped and I felt I got gipped. My friends were sad the ice cream was only soft serve. The ice cream was OK but it was no different than Dairy Queen. I wont be making a trip out there just for the ice cream again. My friends ordered the cookie dough and oreo freezer. They said they got mostly vanilla ice cream and not enough topping in the freezer.

Fast and friendly service, the ice cream was delicious and fairly priced. The portions are ample. What a fun place to stop and enjoy the beautiful Pennsylvania landscape.

Awesome as always. Got a coconut and pineapple milkshake. It was so good. Got the puppy a baby coconut cone. He loved it! Fast and friendly service. Always a great place to go. And the prices are unbeatable!

The food and ice cream are both equally amazing and well worth the money. I find myself looking for reasons to drive 35 minutes towards Mifflinburg just to eat here. A baby cone here is like a medium most places. If you want less like I often do, order an extra baby.

DELICIOUS! Very friendly staff, food was hot, tasty, ready quickly. Huge variety of options, burgers and ice cream to fish and soft pretzels. Prices were great! Definitely recommend stopping in, very easy to find.

This place is right down the road so I’m a frequent flyer. Love stopping in for a quick lunch to go and of course the ice cream. I love that they have weekly special soft serve flavors for more variety then the typical chocolate, vanilla or twist.

Yum! Great soft serve. We had a chocolate/vanilla twist custard in a cup. It was a huge serving (my husband bought medium size, and it was too much to finish for me).

I have been driving by this place for YEARS (live in Perry County and pass through town on my way up to Clinton County twice a year to go campingand finally stopped by. Was happy to see it open despite the fact it was only March, because I had a random craving for ice cream and had some time to spare. Could not believe how HUGE the small size was. At any other place you would pay twice as much to get that amount. Very creamy and great flavors available. I got coffee chocolate twist. From now on I might just have to stop in every time I drive by, because it was well worth it.

During the summer the ice cream flavors change every week. Best soft serve ice cream ice cream in town. The short-order menu food is not bad either. Be prepared for a 5 to 15 minute wait in line to get your order taken if you are visiting after dinner

They have delicious Ice Cream, amazing prices, and friendly service. Their portions are always enormous! You cant beat it! They change their 3rd and 4th flavor every week so you always get something different and delicious!
