They are the worst insurance company in utah. The associates were rude, deceitful, slow,, and dismissive. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life. They said I deserved to get hit.

My husband is bundled on my insurance since we got married last month. My husband has been trying to cancel his policy for the last few weeks through phone and enail. When they do anwer, they only speak in Spanish even though were English speakers. When he says he wants to cancel, the phone goes dead. We get no response to emails. Weve tried talking to other agents to cancel the policy, and they wont let us. Its gotten to the point that we are just going to deactivate the card that the payments come to and file a report.I strongly do not recommend this agent.

Called multiple times to fix my coverage address but nobody ever updated it. Instead my plan was renewed and now I’m paying for an old property. Poor customer service.

Im just waiting for the SR-22 with the state of Utah to be over, so I can move to another company. I emailed/called in November to get information about adding insurance to my horse trailer and they did not even had an idea what I was talking about, they scrambled so much to understand what an RV means.. let alone a horse trailer... ended up very frustrated with their service and no help at all so I signed up with Progressive instead. Waiting to move altogether to Progressive in March.

This agent has given me the worst insurance experience ever.No one was available when I needed to know what to do after getting my car vandalized. I get the runaround everytime I have questions about cancelling my policy. And I never get a call back.Its been over a month that Ive been trying to cancel, and I dont understand why my money is still being taken by these people.Dont buy insurance from this agency.

I really love having Antonio Perez as my insurance agent they are always kind understanding and very professional.

When I shop for car insurance I usually just get online quotes and go with the cheapest one since I only carry state minimum. I have never had a quote be off by more than maybe twenty or thirty dollars. but the quote I got from allstate and what they actually charged me was a difference of almost $200! Not happy and as soon as my policy expires I wont be using allstate again. That should be illegal.

Horrible customer service skills the rep Daniel does not care about customer loyalty.Called to see what they can do because another company was offering a better deal and did not seem to care one bit. Just said go to the other company.I will be leaving this company because of him after 7 years. Good luck to whoever wants to go them cause they have no clue how to do their job.
