The food and service were good but the employees that worked at the bar were so loud it was very distracting.

This restaurant is a lot better than Salisbury!

Ordered 6oz steak wasn’t well done. Called in my order specifically because the voice message wouldn’t let me choose A1 Steak sauce as a side for the steak. The guy who answered said I could get steak sauce which never came with my order. I asked for just cheddar cheese on my broccoli it came with different cheeses looks like some vegetables or tomatoes on it, And a nasty cheese sauce that ran all in the bottom of my container and got all over my steak . Which I couldn’t even eat my steak because I didn’t have steak sauce. Mashed potatoes no flavor at all. Everything arrived cold. Ordered riblets for my husband it was all fatty and broken bones smh. Tasted like crushed bones. Only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks and it didn’t even come with my extra sauce that I asked for. This is a picture of our food after we were done eating what we could of it which was barley anything. First and last time I Will ever visit Seaford Applebee’s. I was hesitant to order because I never had it I should’ve went with my gut feeling.

I forgot to ask the name of the server but she did an amazing job! We went there around 4:30ish this Saturday 10/8/2022. The food was good! She remembered everything off the top of her head, she assisted us with all our needs. The service was a 10/10.

Damian is the best waiter, not gonna lie. Yall should give him a raise. :)

I got food poisoning!!!! Run away!!!! Wasnt worth the $100 plus I spent. Additionally, the individual making the queso couldnt follow the recipe and drowned it in salt. Completely not edible. The appetizer wasnt right, and the nappa cabbage used in my Asian salad was not right. Sick for 3 days. Run away!!!!!

Was o.k. not gonna rush back for another meal. Menu was not very diverse. 1 choice of cut of steak was sirloin. No other cut offered. Service was slow. Meal was ok tho

Never again will I call in and order through their third party services. I’d rather take my time and order online or when I arrive. The person taking my order rushed me and then only gave me limited items to choose from, when I advised I knew I had more options to choose from she still insisted I could only choose from a few options that she felt like listing. Didn’t give me a confirmation number, tell me a an order number or anything.

Service was great and so was the food and drinks.

Microwave hamburger and cold fries. Manager was too busy consorting With his day drinkers to bother with me.

Worst experience of my life. Waited a while just to get cold food and it took my husband getting up and chasing the waitress down to get our bill. No apology for anything. Just the short staff excuse.

My family and I frequently dine at the Seaford location. We came in last night and we’re pleasantly surprised to see one of are favorite waitresses in business casual clothing. She stopped by are table to check on us after are food was delivered and I can’t tell you how happy we were to see that her hard work was finally noticed!! It’s nice to see that Applebees promotes from within. Chrissy is a stand out employee from a guests point of view..Great decision!

Our server was wonderful. So good that I gave her a 40% tip!! Not to mention, the food was on point tonight!

The quality conteol of the meals delivered to the table are questionable... sometimes cold, sometimes under cooked, sometimes overcooked. Had French onion soup that was basically au ju... there was no bread and very few onions! Guess it depends on what cook is working that day what you will get. The servers do the best they can but are often asked to cover multiple areas because another server called off. If you are looking for a great meal and service, try somewhere else!

Our waitress was awesome. Very polite. The service was great . The food was great.

Ive been to alot of Applebees and this one is the best Ive ever had. I mean honestly I dont know who is cooking right now but the love that is being put into this food 😍😍😍. The service is great, very good vibes. Im loving it! Best Applebees by far. 10/10

Updated 5/21- went for half price appteizers after 9pm and everything was excellent. Food came out fresh and hot.Last time we went here, all the food came out cold except the pretzels and cheese.If you get one of their $5 drink specials, youll be lucky to taste any alcohol in it. I had to ask them one time if they forgot to add it. Chilis has much better drink specials.

Hands down the best experience weve had here. We visited last night for a very special birthday dinner for our 8 year old.At first the host said they didnt have a spot big enough for our party of 12, even though I called ahead and tried to reserve a big table, they said they didnt do reservations, but they had another table reserved for a large party coming in later? I became upset, but the manager quickly stepped in and accommodated our party. He was absolutely awesome! He came over and spoke to us several times, he and the waitresses even helped sing happy birthday. :cant thank the staff enough for everything they did. I definitely recommend this place.

Food is so good and service is fast and very friendly.

Food was really good, ordered ny steak medium and when It got to me it was barely any pink at all and on the flip side my hus and ordered his burger well done and it was very rare inside. Nonetheless my kids enjoyed their meals

Had dinner with a friend on Sunday evening at 5, there was no wait for seating, the staff were patient and pleasant, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean.

Parmesan shrimp and steak with garlic mashed potatoes and cheesy broccoli!! Kids quesidillas!

Thought hubby and I found a great place to have lunch dates, but our last experience was not so great. We took our usual seats at the bar. We made small talk for about 5 minutes as we waited for the bartender. I glanced around and noticed everyone at the bar was served. Jeff, the bartender worked on the cash register in front of us and never acknowledged or made eye contact even though he was less than 3 feet from us. A few more minutes went by and we noticed that he was standing at the other end of the bar with another employee making small talk with a gentleman having a beer. My husband became upset and he said lets go. As we were walking out, we walked past a group of employees and my husband asked one of them who was the bartender. The employee answered Jeff and pointed at the guy who never made eye contact. Prior to this experience, we were there at least 5 times and was pleased with the service. We always tipped well and spent an average of $65 per visit. Unfortunately for Applebees and because of this experience, we found that across the street, Texas Roadhouse was much more pleasant, the food is WAY better and the prices were very good. Too bad the experience at Applebees made us feel Jeff didnt want to serve us even though we patiently gave him every opportunity to do his job. But when it became blatantly obvious that he did not want to acknowledge us after being right in front of him and as he was facing us, we decided our money can be spent at an establishment where great customer service is a company goal that should be experienced consistently and not dependent on who is working at the time of our visit. Too bad.

Place was great, servers were great, everyone wore there masks except the bartender who wore it halfway over her mouth. Apparently she doesnt realize covid lives in the nose to! Doesnt help to wear a mask if you arent going to wear it properly.

food usually tastes pretty good but the quality is always really inconsistent, the lettuce in the wraps is almost always very brown and slimy. i love the wraps so i keep coming back, but i do wish that the lettuce would be fresher. the service is always really nice though

I cant believe I paid $35 for one of the worst meals Ive had since covid.The coffee was unable drinkable. Not fresh. The service terrible.. Silver ware dirty. It was just a terrible meal and waitress I give 1 star. I wont be back.

Very sad to have to write this review because this is my favorite location and I love going here. Ordered an online takeout and it was scheduled for 6:44 I called my boyfriend from the car at 7:07 and he hadnt heard anything about the order yet. We had our new puppy in the car so around 7:15-7:20 he got in and we left to go home. When we got home which is maybe 5 minutes away, I started on the appetizer and the wings were like warm at best, my boyfriends food was also not very warm. It was busy I was upset but was going to look past all the mess until the worst part was I called ahead to ask them to put no mushrooms on my steak and only the onions with the topper that I was up charged for and low and behold I go to eat my steak and there are mushrooms. I was devastated that I could not eat the steak I just paid for.

We have eat there several times, tonight, we sat there for 15-20 minutes before anyone took our order, but overall, it was good, food great, as well as our waitress Ariel..

To be fair, Im not an Applebees fan, but my brother likes it so we went there for dinner.Why?The service was horrible, and wasnt that busy. If it wasnt for the hostess, wed still be sitting there.I got the ribs, and when we finally got our dinner, they tasted like they were reheated more than once.I understand that businesses are short staffed because people are apparently living so well these days, they dont need to work, but dont serve food like that or hire just anybody. Btw,can someone send me the page in that book?

Service was as it always is with Applebees, slower than you would like, but better than Buffalo Wild Wings on a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon. Food is always good and comes out hot and correct the vast majority of times. If they food is wrong or they take a while to make it, management is good to you and gives it to you for free or takes food back to re-make or start a new one.

They deserve no stars. My to go order did not include all of the food I ordered. When I called they were too busy to talk to me and put me through to various lines that just rung. I want my money back for the dinner and the tip they dont deserve one.

The food was great. The waitress whom seems to have a huge heart and has the sweetest and kind personality she had a few mistakes or hiccups than I really wld like to continue to excuse or sit and bite my tongue. I believe she must have been newer and from what I seen she had the most boothes of people for 1 persons section than Ive ever seen a waitress have to tend. So Im glad I didnt say anything rude and was able to take a look around and see her situation and was able to realize she was doing as good as one cld be doing with her give situation. So management sld have seen what I did and stepped into help the poor girl out. So way to I believe Morgan was her name

I come here a lot due to work. The bartenders are always very friendly and attentive. Food is on par for a chain joint. Only complaint is that the tap beer comes from the back, so beer in the line if it sits will get warm. Hence a 50/50 lukecold beer 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not the bartender fault at all, but it’s not pleasant. That aside, I’ll keep frequenting it!

Surprised. First time I had been in 15+ years. Service was great, food was good, prices were reasonable & the atmosphere was pleasant. The whole family (wife, 5 & 9yo boysenjoyed themselves. If this place is consistent, which I have no reason to believe its not, Id be inclined to recommend Applebees of Seaford to anybody looking for a good meal at a reasonable price for the family.

Service was superb, manager was stellar when it came to my daughter allergies. He cooked her food for us himself so that there was nothing to worry about. By far one of the best experiences when it comes to tackling her allergy needs compared to other restaurants. 5/5 for service, food, and over restaurant quality.

My husband and I decided to have a date night and went to Applebee’s. Worse decision ever. It took our waitress every bit of 20 minutes to come to our table to greet us and after she did come and take our order, she ignored us until we had to flag her down. We asked for condiments, she never brought them. Asked for refills and she brought the wrong drinks. She spent the majority of her time laughing with her other customers at another table. She literally only had 2 tables, including ours. Horrible customer service. Hope I never have her again.

Bar service very slow and un-attentive without it even being crowded. Took 30 minutes to recieve food after watching multiple tables who arrived after us get theirs, and once the food did arrive it was cold after being made to wait. Ordered dinner tonight. They forgot the fries and onion rings. They also put sauce on the wings when I said on side. The strawberries in the kids’ yogurt were rotten. When I called, they said they were too busy to handle it. They would call back. No call back. All around a waste or 80 bucks.

Always enjoy their food. The place was not crowded, especially for a Saturday afternoon. The waitress was very friendly.
