Good seasonal cocktails for cheap. The pic is of the tipsy shark and it even included 2 gummy sharks 🦈 in each drink. Nice spot convenient to go to when shopping in the outlets or heading back to your hotel after a day at the beach. Good service. Great food. We got the current special 2 for $30 deal. Nice size portions. Just know bourbon street steak is actually chicken lol** went again for Halloween seasonal drinks. Draculas blood was our favorite. Food was good. Nice big salad portion.

What a disaster! I sat at the bar and across from me sat a couple: everyone else at the bar seemed to be the bartender, Carlys, friends: and thats where her focus was. Joking with and cursing at her friends must be in her job description. My steak was overcooked, but Carly wouldnt know cause she never asked. She never checked on the couple across either. But when I witnessed the MOD behaving in pretty much the same way: joking with the guys and generally ignoring other guests, it became clear; Applebees in Rehoboth has given up on customer service. On a positive note, I dont have to go back.

Food delivery a bit slow and waiter tried but just wasnt attentive to the basics so we had empty drinks for most of the meal and he just didnt seem to want to be there.

Service was slow but friendly. Enjoyed boneless chicken but fries were cold. Were replaced with warmer fries when asked. Young male waiter was on a personal phone call which was a little annoying. But overall good experience.

Not packed for a Friday night. Our party of 5 was seated immediately. 3 of us ordered the all you can eat wings and they were good. The buger was great. The strawberry salad was so fresh and good. Our server was very good. We are happy with our experience.

This location is a good Applebees location it is quiet. The food is more fresh than other locations, the staff is very nice like usual, And the after 9 appetizer deal is a great deal nothing wrong with this location. So because of that it will get a 5 star rating.

Honestly this is the best Applebees Ive ever been 𝕥𝕠 𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪. The food is always hot, and yummy Plus I always get good service here.

Everybodys order at our table was wrong I know theyre short staffed but I dont think Ill be back

We are so disappointed. The service and food were both terrible. First, it took ages to get our drinks, and it was not busy in the restaurant, only a few tables. We ordered appetizers and one of the items was wrong. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he was unbothered and asked us if we wanted to put in another order. He then said hed bring us the correct item - we never got it.He wanted us to order everything at once (drinks and food), which we had no problem with. But we asked that they not have the dinner come out right after the appetizers, which is a reasonable request. The waiter assured us they would wait. Our dinners came out about 5 minutes after our appetizers. We hadnt even finished passing around the appetizers to everyone at the table. When we asked the waiter why the dinners came out so soon, he laughed at us and walked away.We ordered 5 burgers and every one was awful! Two of them were made incorrectly. All of them were extremely overcooked, dry, and insanely salty. All of our buns were very, very stale and so dry.When we first placed our order, we asked for ketchup, salt, and pepper. The waiter never brought it. One of our group had to walk up to the wait staff station to get it herself. The waiter didnt come over to check on us or anything until we were paying the bill.We have always been big Applebees fans and go frequently, and have been to this specific location several times. Having worked in food service, were not ones to complain about food quality or service usually, because we know what its like! But our experience today was terrible.

The food was good and staff was friendly. I was in a party of 6, including 2 kids and my food wasnt served until everyone was done eating. The manager was very nice about it once I made her aware of what was going on and took the took off the bill. Just extremely hard to be in the situation with children. Id just like the staff to be upfront and saying I forgot to put your food in, because this clearly happened. Also it should have been rushed through the line as priority.

Im giving two stars only because of service. All five of us could not eat the food we ordered. It ALL was cold and reminiscent of frozen tv dinners. With all the options for dining in this area, Applebees will not satisfy or save you money.

Family friendly atmosphere with a decent staff. Just a little pricey for what you get, but the food is good.

The host Carly was the best she definitely made sure we was straight.

Its time to replace the carpet. Drinks were good, wings could be crisper but overall at 10PM it was a great spot.

3/4 kids meals had to be sent back because the pizzas were cold in the center and the cheese wasnt even melted. We havent been in an Applebees in years. The quality has gone down. The spinach artichoke dip just wasnt what it used to be and the burger meat tasted bad and like it was from a frozen pattie.I paid with cash and our waitress short - changed me and just walked away. I got her attention and questioned her about it and she belittled it because she thought it was a small amount of money. She said they dont carry change. For some reason she said the register was in the back- like that was an excuse not to get money from it. She said that no one has ever had a problem with it in the past. Im not sure why she thought she could decide if I wanted my money back or not. The manager wouldnt come out to speak to me. Apparently they were short staffed and he was working on the "line". He offered, through her, to take my name to call me. I just walked out. I did not feel good about actually getting a call back and the issue needed to be resolved right there.Unfortunately, the waitress did not seem to understand that it wasnt the amount of money I was upset about, but the lack of transparency and integrity. Stealing is stealing and lack of character is lack of character. You dont get to decide if youre going to give people their money back or not.The change was supposed to be part of her tip. So I told her that she lost that part. I had a mental debate if I should have docked her more on tip (it would have been 20%but I didnt. Im not sure what will come of this experience for her, but I hope she can learn from it!

The service that I received was great well mannered and polite. The chicken topped with shrimp smothered in onions and mushrooms was delicious along with the mashed potatoes.

Everything was perfect. Steak was cooked just how I ordered it. Sorry I dont have a photo, but I ate it. 🙂

Food is incredible!! I love their diverse menu and the prices are usually pretty good. I cant complain, its usually pretty good for an easy going meal.

I went there today and Samuel is the absolute best server. He was so attentive, had an awesome memory without ever even writing one thing down. And mind you, I have 4 young kids who like to order on their own. Dinner couldn’t have been better!

The food was ok. I had to go find silverware for me and my daughter. They brought the food out without giving me any. Then I had to go find napkins. They didnt bring those either. I usually tip good like $10 or $20 but I only did the 15% this time.

This Applebees location has substantially gone downhill in the last six months. The last to go order I got was the worse experience and food Ive ever had there. It was supposed to be a carbside order, but no one came out when we pulled up. After waiting nearly ten minutes, my husband finally went in to get my order. The boneless wings that I got had no sauce on them. The macaroni and cheese was dry and clumped today with a lump of cheese on the top. Im going to be very reluctant to return to this location anytime soon.

Our waitress, Naya was amazing! Made the entire experience great, the friendliness and customer service is literally unmatched. Food came quickly, tasted great and was an enjoyable atmosphere. GIVE NAYA A RAISE ✨

Theres the onion rings you get for $8. Five rings, and one was tiny. Order was all wrong - for some reason that didnt bother me as much as the $1.50 per ring.

Only place open past 9pm after the Winter Wonderland.Server was horrible and clearly had an attitude. How do you come to a table and ask "how were doing" when its been 30mins and you clearly see you havent brought out our food. Every time we asked for something she had a look of disgust on her face like we were bothering her. My wifes steak came out bloody and the server says "its not medium?" Well then why the hell are we asking to bring it back...never again well go elsewhere and definitely not listen to the stupid song.

The bar is good. Lots of tvs. Family friendly. Service is usually very good. They keep it clean. Menu is smaller since divided, but still has a few different types of options. The food is, you know, pretty good.

Stopped by after shopping at Tanger outlets. The food was good and the staff was courteous. The place can get a little crowded during shopping season. We tried 3-4 items on the menu including a platter. Found them all to be good. Would recommend this place if you are in the area for shopping.

The food was good when it eventually arrived but service was less than spectacular. While she was super friendly she had no clue about follow up and timely service. Serving tables paid my way through college so I speak from a knowledgeable view point.I understand that during this time of a pandemic why condiments are not on the table, but if you ask if wed like them while taking our order, they should be providing along with the meals delivery.We had 2 separate runners bring our food on a less than busy Tuesday night. We didnt see our waitress anywhere... eventually the hostess walked past and noticed that there was a problem and got the manager who wound up bringing what we needed. 5 minutes later the waitress reappeared. When she went to get drink refills she stopped to take another tables order and then did the same when she took our check to run our card. Not to mention she left no pen for me to sing or tip her with...It was just sad. Sad, sad service.

We enjoy eating at Applebees in Rehoboth. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Our normal selection is the 2 for $29 meal that includes an appetizer. Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. The flavor is delicious. Very well seasoned.

Purchased $150 online for delivery. They didnt deliver the full meal and refused to send anyone out to bring the meal. They said if we reordered it, we would have to pay for it. The food was cold and Jennifer, the manager, was extremely difficult to work with. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM! Horrible service.

Good service from our waitress. We tried the new advertised fajitas. Chicken, and shrimp. They come with tortillas you have to make yourself, which were very bland and not authentic tasting. Chicken had an odd texture. The main seasonings were char and salt. Said to be smothered in cheese, hardly any cheese. Cold sides didnt add much and felt more like a lunchable than a $16 entree. Window sill and window were dirty with flys buzzing. Mot bad food, just tolerable, great waitress however. Cant say Id reccomend this dish or location.

Convenient location - walking distance from my job at the seaside outlets. Management will do anything to ensure that every guest leaves happy. Friendly servers. Food is inconsistent, but good most of the time. Fan of the lunch combo before 3 pm!
