Applebee's Grill + Bar in Providence County

There were several mistakes on our order. I will say they made it right for us. The food tasted good

My steak was cooked to perfection and my mashed potatoes was good as well.

As seen on T.V.Good food good environment. Also descent prices.

Food was decent and they were open when we were hungry.

Waited ten minutes to be seated and no one even acknowledged us..... Horrible service!

The biggest mistake on window promote happy hour appetizers as half price which means the whole section of the appetizer menu should be half price however it is selectively limitedAnother thing the crews of servicers should be more smile face and friendly with consumers and reduce the prolong of delay waiting on consumer requestApplebee nation promote should be more honest via on window and special table standing shall be the same information as Appetizers for the happy hour transparency

Wife and have been going there for years, very consistent food and service, food is always fresh and delicious

Drinks were weak, wasnt too happy with the food to be honest either. Got some of half priced appetizers; went with the mozzarella sticks which werent even melted, the extra hot Buffalo wings which were not nearly as spicy as expected, and the pretzel sticks with beer cheese which were underwhelming aswell.Waitresses were friendly but not attentive. Overall a barely passable experience but not terrible so 3 stars does it.

Always have an issue with my order being messed up! The real problem is while they correct the problem i have with one of the meals i order for my family, everyone elses food ends up ice cold! And dont order a drink to go if you want your food hot! Past 2 times i ordered it took 10-15 minutes to make a lousy drink!

My family loves Applebees. I would recommend to sit and eat I just ordered a family for 4 meal. They for got the mozzarella sticks the Mac n cheese is watery and the wrap taste like it was sitting for an hour. Staff is wonderful very friendly! Just awful experience. The salad was the best part of our meal.

Order fish and chips. Got fish that had an inch of batter on It. Raw on one side burnt on the other.

Garden City Applebee’s in Rhode Island was an awful place to eat. Terrible food and wait staff. Very unexpected because of the location. Four adults and one didn’t even get his meal.

Awesome food. Everything was absolutely perfect this time around. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes were amAzing as always.

HORRIBLE service our waitress never came to the table. We waited 30mins before she even came up to take our drinks then our drinks took another 30mins. The waitress messed up both our food orders. The manager comes out doesn’t say sorry doesn’t comp anything and then leaves comes back 30mins later and says he’s going to get us a coupon! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Nice variety of food choices reasonable prices and pleasant staff

Id give it no stars if I could. Couldnt bother to clean the table before trying to seat us. I ordered a French onion soup most definitely was not French onion soup prepared terrible tasted terrible food wasnt made right employees are too busy socializing and watching the game to serve and serve right. I do not recommend this location!

Waitress Valeere or V (badgewas hospitable & gave service with a smile. Attentive too. Outdoor seating was spacious & comfy. 2 stalls in the ladies room was inconvenient when the restaurant is full. One waitress took a 15 min break in one of the stalls texting on her phone, knowingly that others were waiting. How did we know? No toilet flush, no tp rolling down n no hand washing n an occasional laugh.

I did curbside pick up. One of the Burger meals had the wrong cheese on it. Everything else was fine.

Had chicken quesadilla & Mt. Dew. It was delicious. Was seated on the Patio. My favorite radio station, lite 105 was there. Joe, my server was polite and attentive. My food was hot and fresh.

My wife and I are not super fans of Applebees because of the one here in town where we live. I wont even go there anymore. But it was the only place near where we were it was moderately priced and at least we knew what we were in for. Surprisingly the food wasnt too bad. My wife liked her quesadilla burger first time in a long time. So Im going to give this one a three thumbs up, ie three stars. For Applebees thats pretty good.Now as for me I had one of the new bowls. What annoyed me was there wasnt a single one there starting at $8 something as it says on the flyer they hand you. I had the alfredo chicken spinach bowl it was surprisingly good I have to admit.The layout of the restaurant was the old store like a TGIF. We sat at one of those booths by the bar.Here is where I want to make note that the place was clean. The bathrooms were clean, the floors were clean, and even the utensils were clean not to mention the glasses. Those of you who have read some of my other reviews know I dont like dirty glasses coming to the table for me to drink from or dirty silverware so Ill give this place an additional star for being clean.Happy travels and Good eats. The staff is really friendly but the food was so bland. The chips were stale, and everything else tasted like it had been cooked an hour before and just put in the microwave (ate at 5pm). Other locations are far better than this one, will not be returning.

Service was good. We were seated quickly. Our food was good and prepared pretty fast.

Just came from the Garden City Applebees. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes and not a bartender in sight. No wonder why it wasn’t busy. I just walked out. You shouldn’t have to spend your money for second rate service.

Call the Cranston location on Friday 3/11/22 and spoke to a young man, he had no idea what he was doing while I was placing my order. I said you’re going to get this order wrong and he responded no I got you it’s correct. He repeated it and it was wrong. After thinking it as correct we picked it up got home and WRONG .. too many fries, didn’t get the tender meal kids meal completely wrong, cold, and wrong drink. Called and explained they said ok 20 minutes we’ll make it right. Nope went to the wrong address, in Cranston the driver called twice wrong area. Wrong city. He said I told him Cranston I said no told him again where I lived.. 35 minutes later cold food .. so done with this place

Its a good place to hangout with friends and families... We enjoyed the food and service ...

Customer Service was bad and the waitress Ciara B. made me and my fiancé uncomfortable, then assuming I was my fiancé father while we were out with my fiancé mother. Then she and another male employee with black hair and blonde highlights giving me a dirty look and even when he passed bye. Then they were making jokes at their register and pointing towards us then comes over repeatedly asking us questions then walk back laughing with the dude. I wouldn’t recommend this place and never go back to that place!

The waitress was incredibly nice to our entire family. The food was promptly delivered and tasty.

Waitress was great even when burger came with sauce on it and had asked for it on the side, plus was cold to touch. Had to wait a bit but burger came out hot and without sauce on it this time. All other meals were good with no issues.

Our waiter Nick H was great and the food was also great. Unfortunately the manager, Trish, was extremely rude. She went out of her way to come to our corner table and give us a rude snarky remark and then walked away before we could even reply. Our waiter had to apologize on her behalf, it was very unprofessional of her.

There were 9 of us celebrating my granddaughters 22nd birthday… Nick was our server and he didn’t miss a beat, plus he showed us how he can master the Rubick’s Cube!!Everything was great!!

Awful steak. It was overcooked, so I very kindly sent it back and asked for a new one, even when it came back it was just gross. Seasoned with only salt and pepper, didnt at all look like it does on the menu (it was grey BOTH TIMES so it wasnt the cook level). I ate 2 bites and immediately told them I did not like it at all. They took the plate, and didnt take it off the bill. Disappointed. My server was AMAZING, I just probably wont eat here again.

We had some picky items from the appitizer menu with some drinks.It was cloudy outside and cold near dusk 🌇 lights low and quiet a great atmosphere for a night out.Great conversation food and drink.In the heart of Garden City. Aah comfortable ....... Drop in and have a drink watch a game at the bar and enjoy the company.

I thought that the food there is very good. Service is also better then average. Unfortunately, Some of their prices have gone up, also, lack of promotions, meal deals, now seem non-existent, other wise, a great restaurant. Very Good hamburgers, ribs, chicken and fries , some of my favorite entrees. Id like to try there steak meal sometime. I like there extensive menu, and appetizers. Usually order trough Doordash, no issues, overall, recommended, especially if youre in the mood for a excellent burger..

I like Applebees. Yeah it a chain restaurant with chain restaurant food but its tasty and its reasonably priced. The service is good. Plenty of parking and I like the pay at the table thing.

I get Applebee’s all the time and usually they don’t disappoint. I ordered takeout and I arrived 20 minutes after pick up time so yes that’s my fault. But the icecream for my meltdown was packed without a lid so it was all over everything in the bag. Next I get home to eat my quesadilla burger and I had to pick the pico off which I don’t mind it happens but then I bit into it and it was raw. I called to have my money refunded but sat on hold for over a half hour and never spoke to an associate at all. Needless to say here I am writing this review and I’ll be calling in the morning when they open to speak to a manager.

Quick service, kind waitress, attentive GM. Wait staff need to practice their CORNER yelling skills as accidents quite frequently nearly happened.Next time, well also request not to be seated at such a small table and order our food separately as our appetizer arrived 5 minutes before the food and we had no room on the table.The size of the table isnt applebees issue, but not waiting at least 15 minutes between appetizer and meal made us feel a bit rushed. Just because were regulars and know exactly what we want does not mean we need it all on the table at once, especially being at one of the smallest high tables on the right side of the building.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. This place has gone downhill so much. Very few times is it a good time. We ordered two chicken tender platters and two kids sized chicken tender meals. We ordered at 1245. They said it would be ready at 1255. Essentially 10 minutes later. It is currently 124 and we still haven’t gotten our takeout order. This is inexcusable. Be better.Edit: so we finally get our order after a half hour of waiting and it wasn’t even complete! Come on! Never again.

I had the Bourbon Chicken n Shrimp. The Portion was so small, which was OK cuz the chicken was dry and hard.The Waitress n service was good. The Desert was great

The service (Theresawas perfection. The food was very good, but one chicken dish was a little dry. The price is very reasonable. And I loved having so many choices of seating - The Bar, A Booth, A table, or out doors under an umbrella.

Its Applebees so you know what youre getting into.This particular location has a beautiful location and great outdoor. patioFood is on par to what Applebees will offer.Biggest concern was offering a kids menu and no crayons and the service, tho friendly, was very slow. Given staffing is down across all industries, still took 10 minutes to get milk for our kids.

This is an amazing restaurant. They have good food and coktails. The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. They have bathrooms, also they have social distancing, you can order to go and the food is brought to your car. Handicap parking is also available.🍸🍹🍷There is a bar inside. It has a romantic vibe. l love this place ❤

The food was good and reasonably priced. The pace and timing of food and drinks was spot on. A little confusion about which beer tap lines were connected to which kegs but not a big deal. All in all I will be back to the warm welcome I recieved walking through the door!

This has been our neighborhood grill where we eat pretty much twice a week. They have adjusted well to the pandemic with faux wood partitions between tables.We have our favorites in the menu, but you generally cant go wrong with the dishes.The wait staff are friendly and all are known faces to us.Seating usually doesnt take long, except over the weekends at dinner time.The 2 for $22 and 2 for $27 are great deals as they bundle in a wide choice of appetizers and entrees.Applebees has all the usual issues with a value restaurant chain - slow on some days, the odd slacker server and taste being off. On the whole, I would recommend this particular Applebees as it is well located, welcoming and has some good food options.

Good service and good food depending on what you get. Drinks are good as well too.

Ordered the 8 oz sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. The steak was tasty and property cooked but it was just a little dry. The potatoes had a nice garlicky flavor. The green beans tasted fresh and were quite garlicky but not overwhelming. Service was prompt and friendly. Prices were reasonable

Food was delicious & quick serving

Great Sunday meal with my wife and son. It wasnt perfect family atmosphere from the pictures on the wall to the music and what was on the TV, we were all smiles. The food was great, so was the service and the prices were average for a fast food grill bar chain. $10 burgers, very affordable. My drinks were great. Good times. My son accidentally order on the kiosk (hes 2they started bringing out food we didnt order and they were nice enough to not charge us.

Great staff, great service and GREAT food... I honestly love this place!
