Aqua Laundry in Bexar County

I’ve been coming here , since my daughter was nearly a nb almost 2y now & now I’m sad to say I won’t be coming here I finally got a washer n dryer !This placed has helped me through everything,when I need a wash & dry my families clothes it was there for us & never packed much . No issues whatsoever!!Definitely recommend!

Clean machines that work well

I came here with a lot of clothes to wash. I needed an ATM machine and this place doesnt have one or even one near by. Will not be coming back unless they get an ATM. I shouldnt have to leave to get more cash.

It a good place place to do youre laundry. Although, the machines are a bit pricy. the the facility is always kept clean, and looking nicely.

pros: nice clean place, good machines, excellent customer service, tvs, coins machine, clean restrooms, love this place!cons: the a/c dont work very welloverall this is the place to go !!

The lady working the day shift was very kind and courteous. Washers and dryers were clean and functional. Will come again. BTW love the plants their so well kept they give a nice ambience to the place.

I went in on a Sunday at what Google said was their busiest time. I found plenty of large commercial-grade washers and dryer. The change machine was dispensing quarters with ease and the vending machines were well-stocked.They also have an attendant to assist with any issues.I left less than an hour later with two large, dry loads of laundry.The only real downside there is that they still rely on quarters. 5 stars!

Clean but more expensive than other nearby laundromats

I never go to any other place but this one.. always clean, always organized even during peak hours, the machines are clean too..Recommended

Hard to imagine giving 5 stars to a laundramat however, the entire place was clean, organized, air conditioned, and had machines that were new, efficient, and fast. We did a bunch of laundry, (all of our winter clothes, sheets, etc.In a snap! What a delightful difference from many of the broken down places that constitute San Antonios laundromat offerings.

Got there at 9:14 on Tues 03/29/22 and the lady had the lights turned off and pointed that they were closed

We came to do laundry we wound up spending $25 on four loads of laundry that did not get clean the white load does not remote leave and look white dryers are horrible it took twice as long as it normally should the washer smelled and quite frankly I have to go somewhere else to wash my clothes again it’s been a wonderful time if you come here plan on just giving your money to the facility

Im at a different laundromat now, and I regret "cheating" on these guys. I now appreciate how great this place really is.

been here at 9pm, and dont let me wash. Dear owner, take down the sign "last wash 10pm", so no people will confuse and be mad. Thanks

This Laundromat was so nice & clean, I was verry amused & happy to wash here, It is so hard to find places clean & sanitized nowadays but this is one.❤❤❤❤ shout out to Patricia the laundry attendant for making it a clean & safe place, her attitude was beautiful keep up the Great Work. Our washing machine broke over 🎄 and we had to visit the Laundromat. We havent used a Laundromat in over 15 years and Im pleased to say todays visit was PERFECT. The washers we used were the 6 loads large and we used 3 to take care of about 3 weeks of laundry for 4 ppl. They cleaned our clothes nicely. The facility was clean and smelled so good like it should fresh linen everywhere! The dryers were 50cent for 8 minutes. We used 24 mins on 3 dryers and all our clothes were dry at the end of the timer. Definitely will return to this location.

Been here about 3 times and the last time we came around 9. Still had time to do our laundry and we weren’t the last ones out. Today we tried coming at 9:15 and the lady in the front (never seen her before, only a different ladydenies us access inside. Was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Was relatively clean. Lots of machines out of order but still enough to get by. Not TOO expensive if you look around enough.

I go here all the time, even though slightly more expensive than laundromats closer to me. This place is well maintained and I feel safe inside. Attendants are always available and very nice. Machines are clean. Hot water means HOT WATER, and dryers are efficient, unlike some places. Machine sizes vary to suit all load sizes, one load or six, they got you. I won’t wash anywhere else.

It was my first time going to a laundry washer the manager or owner had a lot patience explain everything, the place is clean and the machine too and faster.

Theyre all good 👍 and my go too but some of those machines dont dry very well at all..

Good clean place. However theres always someone from the streets asking for money. Needs more security.

Very clean- workers were helpful- just be careful with the machines, any changes made before pressing start results in additional charges being made on your card- which I felt was scammy. Other than that clean place to wash clothes!

The facility was nice and clean. Me and my family like the place. All the machine was working, nice waiting area , overall a nice place to go to. I recommend it anyone.

Nice new equipment, it’s always been super clean each time I’ve been! I drive out of my way to use this facility past two other coin op laundry mats.

Stopped by to do my laundry and wasnt to bad of an experience. Place was clean, washers worked and I was in and out in an hour. Ill be back.

I went to the Kwik Wash across the street last time I went to a laundromat. It was dirty, old, and cramped. Came here to Aqua Star today and its a whole lot better. No moms with 3-4 kids, its clean, has vending machines (chips, soda, and ice cream), TV, and games for kids. Highly recommend.

This place is one of the best in San Antonio. Always clean. Rest rooms are always spotless. Machines are in good condition. Staff on duty are friendly an always willing to assist if necessaryI recommend this place. Update on the machines. All the large washers have just been replaced with new machines.

Love this place. Didnt even know it was there. Its right down the road from my house. Id rather wash here then at my apartments. Five stars fer sure.

Really close to where I am located so I decided to go check it out it was all right. Pretty clean there was a weird smell I’d say but The machines i used got my clothes clean:)

Ive only been at this place once, since my dryer broke I needed to find a laundromat to dry my laundry. So far the place looks really nice and clean. I would recommend this place!

We started using this place about a year ago. Its reasonably clean, the washers/dryers do their job, just be careful with your delicates in the dryers. I love the large load washers near the window. Theres Tvs and vending machines. The employee on the floor usually does her own thing but I dont see why someone would need to talk to them in the first place. Dont go after work unless you dont mind several people around you.

Used this place twice and it was one too many. The place was dirty and half the machines were not even working. No one was attending. I would skip if you like your washerterias to actually work and have an attendant on hand.

Alot machines out of order. DRYERS expensive not very hot. Attendant on the phone ENTIRE time. Didnt speak ENGLISH. Just smiled and said "No mas" over and over. When asked about our of order machines....her reply...."No say" "No mas" "No say" hahahahahaha went back to her phone conversation.

Loved it here.! There are tables to sit folding areas bending machines and even the chairs that give you a massage.! The big washers were $4.50 i am not sure about the small ones i didnt check and the dryers were $0.50 for 8 mins.

Clean and attendant was readily available. Machines were all working and change was available. Would give this 5 stars if I could use my debit card or have an on-site ATM.

Nicest laundry mat Ive seen on this side of town. So many machines! Super clean, lots of seats, television, restrooms, games, snacks.

Most of the machine worked and they at least had the appearance of being clean. The prices are a little high though. Expect to pay about $7 per load from start to finish.

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to come here but was surprised upon first visit. Ive been to some sketchy laundromats on the south side so this was a breath of fresh air. There were a few washers that dont work but the place is clean, theres no bugs and its well lit with a nice parking lot. Plus on Saturday morning its not crowded!

The attendant is sometimes hard to find because they dontwear a uniform or name tag. They often look like customers. Some of the washers are a bit pricey compared to other places . However, the dryers are great and usually only need a dollar to dry a load.

Its a laundromat, the floors are a little dirty, trash is not overflowing, vending machine worked for me. Coin changer worked OK. Overall its ok, what do you expect Taj Mahal?Last load starts at 10 PM:washers are $2.25 regular load, $3.25 for large load, $5.25 for XL loadDryers run $0.50 but I dont know how long (I just needed to do one load of wash)

One down fall about this place is the lady that works here. She does not clean she tells people who come in around 9 that they are closing in 30 min when the sign clearly says the last wash is at 10. Shes always outside smoking. The machine to give change was broken and instead of putting a sign she was telling people she doesnt have change so they dont wash. I come here frequently so i know. The place is very nice but just this lady needs to go. If you come here you will notice the difference between her and the other lady the other lady keeps everything clean is always walking around sweeping wiping down everything i love coming when she is here.

This place is spacious. The attendant is friendly. There is a variety of vending machine. Its clean. However I do think its a bit pricey. Dryers start at $.50 and old white washers are $2.25.

It was great I used the laundries the were pretty great for a good price I also used the vending machines that was good as well the restrooms were very clean overall I liked it there and I will be going there again :)

Was worried about going to a laundromat, first time ever in my adult life. In and out in an hour with 1 extra large load. 4.25 for XL washer, 0.50 to start XL dryer. Clean areas, clean carts and folding tables. Did not use bathroom, vending machines, or video games. Will continue to come here.
