I am leaving these few comments - hoping that I can help someone else. Pass on the favor... A friend who I trust introduced me to AR Properties 4 years ago - 2 properties later (that has already grown more in value that I could ever hoped forproved that the process they use really works. And not only that, but for people who work and are time poor, they have the infrastructure and trained and valuable employees that go beyond to help you on an excitement journey that can be very frightening if you pick the wrong company. If you want to increase your income and prepare for your retirement - just go for the first appointment - it is free. You have nothing to loose. But if you dont, you give up an opportunity that can really change your life.

In the last 6 years we have been involved with AR Property Investments. We have built 2 properties both finished to a high quality and good value. I have my first investment property through AR Property and so far the journey has been smooth sailing. Robs initial education appointment cleared all our doubts and explained everything we would be expecting to get. Once we committed, we were offered multiple options to choose from all in prominent locations with growth potential. Once the contracts were signed, we got regular updates on the construction process with photos and explanations on any issues and what was being done to overcome them. I only visited the site once during construction just because I wanted to see things myself.There was a final inspection before things were finalized and we immediately moved on to finding tenants. This again was a smooth process with them finding suitable candidates and screening them before they contacted us. Soon after the tenancy was done, we got all the paperwork that we could pass on to our accountant for the tax purposes. The depreciation schedule, the annual payment summaries. Our tax accountant was in heaven looking at the details and the breakdowns which were easy to follow.We are still with our original tenants who have been looked after well. Any issues with the property were promptly followed up with their own trades staff with us being kept in the loop on progress and costs. I have only personally visited the site for inspections twice in the past few years as my family wanted to see the property. I get detailed photographs of the property every 6 months keeping me up to date on how the property is being looked after.I am looking forward to expanding my portfolio with AR Property soon.

Highly recommend AR Property. Rob came out and saw us approx 6 years ago now and explained how it works. Made it all make sense and put my mind at ease. We have 2 rental properties and recently a third one with a SMSF. Will be looking for a 4th soon. They do everything for you, It really is the one stop shop for your property investment needs. Taking the first step in an investment property has a lot of questions that need answering. AR Property Investments made my choice easy by giving me all the correct answers and on going support through the Build of our First Investment. In my opinion the Managers problem handling skills are poor, the use of accusation and aggression is not a good business practice.Tact and reason is.Clearly others feel similarly ,Karma always wins.

These are the type of real estate agents who made the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act so necessary.I was recently told that the property I reside in is “Not your home. You have to think of it as the owners investment.” Wow, okay Tracey, why am I paying you so much if I’m homeless?I’m sure they’re all niceties and helpful smiles if youre prospective landlord, but renters beware. There is no such thing is fair wear and tear with these guys. Even toilet spray is apparently damaging to their precious investments.I dont believe they understand what property investments entails, nor do I have any reason to believe they understand the legislation governing them.

Lovely company to deal with, I would highly recommend them to both investors looking to purchase a property and tenants looking for a rental.
