Aarya auto team was quite good. Initiating inspection to handing over of my vehicle was smooth. They will inform you to come and collect your vehicle. Work was good. Ritin helped me to get the work done within couple of days as it was bodyshop work and was bit complicated. Happy customer 😊

It was a good experience, the guy name Madhu handled my claim, he was very professional and helpful. The service on whole was very good and i dint had any difficulty, i got my car back in the best shape. I felt there was a slight delay but its fine if u r getting good service or output.

My car was repaired there and they did good a job. The service advisor Mr Tony who was very helpful and friendly.

I have tried Aarya repair for 2 times and they never failed me. I have a Jetta 2016 and had an accident this time was outside insurance. However, they have managed to buy, repaint and add all missing parts within the budget. I dealt with Madhu and he was very patient with me ( I keep whining ☺️ and handed over the car as new.As well as Wilson (hope I got his name righthe helped me change the suspension for the car and he actually took from his time and explained to me the spare parts needed and how it works in the car (he saw me so helpless)He did a very good job and also was patient with me.The shop is a bit pricy but you get what you expect and they are honest.Thank you to all the team members who worked on my car.🙏🏽

I feel very happy on the professionalism and detail oriented of the guys working in this repair station aarya garage, I have my honda city accident rear bumper and minor frame twisted. The insurance refer me to the garage, at first Im in doubt to leave the car, My car is valuable to me and i love the car so much, I take good care of it, but in the help of this professional guys specially toni who keep me updated on my car status and the skill guys who work on my car. Man you deserve to be appraise!!!!! if your reading this...they take away my doubt and they made me satisfied!!!! the repair was done in acceptable manner. Good Automobile repair workshop. But I was not satisfied 100 % with the work especially my car bumper was removed, repainted and put back, but there was gap. But their customer dealing is very good. I even got pick up service.

We were standing and another car hit us from the back on speed. We have to choose from few different repair shops. Among all of them we have chosen Aarya. They are extremely efficient and professional. Even there were now spare parts Madhu and the rest of the team managed to fix it. Now it looks like barnd new. You can compare photos below. Due to a minor accident , my insurance company directed me to Arya Auto Repair Body Shop. Though I am a new visitor to the workshop they treated me very well. Tony addressed my case, Jenny did the documentation on the first day for the claim. On the day of repair Wilson and Rithin supervised the work and finished it on the same day. Thanks to Madhu!! He always kept me updated about my cars condition and once it was ready he gave me updates straight away. Thier was an Issue with my AC so my pick up time for the car was delayed...the Reception kindly gave me some water and their WiFi code whilst I waited to make sure everything was okay. Overall a great service would recommend 🙌

I had really bad experience with that work shop .I went there as I had a minor accident in the rear bumber and I figured out that workshop is listed in my car insurance company unfortunately I took bad decision to go there .After the accident I have one issue with one rear sensor and small dent in trunck including the bumber.After one week as they promised I went there and I found that there is noticed difference in the color and parking sensor was not working properly plus there were damages in rear fender and they tried to convince me that its ok and I refused to get the car and they promised to finish it after the vacation which is another 1 week second time I went there I found that same color variations but they fixed the sensor they promise they will going to fix it after two days last day I got the car and checked the color everything seems to be perferct I took the car & went for car service at the agency for major service and they informed that they painted the full rear car side without informing me even right left fender /door right door and trunck had original painting and dont need any painting.Which is cheating to finish their job regardless the affect on my car value in the future / as my vehicle is 2020 model now my vehicle price is affected because of those useless painting jobs just to deceive the client to get the car out of the garageFolks avoid these types of workshopsIts not ethical ..Iam going to escalate it

I gave them my car s400 Mercedes for painting as car accident after finish I request for car service changing oil the took my car for service, then when I came to pick up my car I foundThe car mileage is increased by 99km I asked them what for 99km they said as part of testing I said testing with 99km not acceptable. The manager tired to justify the problem which I didnt accept it.The manager arrange to compensate me with 50 Dhs.

I only had fantastic results from this company. I dealt with Madhu, he had great customer service, he went the extra mile to make sure my car could be repaired in time, answered my questions, always kept in contact to let me know what was happening with my car. I am impressed with the service done on my bumper, it looks brand new, it was completed within the time frame given. I would use them again.

After the accident I took the vehicle to Aarya garage and was received Mr ANWAR , the approval process took some time from the insurance but once recieved,the garage took over and did a wonderful job totally satisfied!!!!

Work is okay but car was not delivered at the time they promised. Keep changing the delivery date repeatedly, for a simple & small half-day work the took one week. Therefore not advisable.

My car was sent here for repairs after an accident and my contact person was Tony. He was fantastic at keeping me posted on everything, answering my calls and questions, and had the car ready on the date that he said he would. The car looked amazing and brand new. The car was also cleaned prior to me picking it up.The only reason I can’t give it a 5 start is because the car was clearly driven by someone with dirty hands. My shifter, steering wheel, and door handle were full of dirt and grease. Other than that, everything else was great.

I was approaching this garage to fix the crashed bumper and the dent on the boot of my car . They have done a wonderful fixing and beautiful detailing . Anwar their staff was the one who got assigned to supervise this task . He was updating me on each stages of the work with necessary photos .I would really recommend them.

Insurance coverage work - Very cooperative staff but my insurance company was very awful they dint cover my complete paint work pointing out cops dint provide report, other than that paint work is solid , but my trunk had damaged very badly but they hesitated to get one new from the scrap. Some parts like beading for the windows they promised me they would call me once new part is recived so I have to take the car again to the workshop. Overall I guess not a good place for insurance claim (if your insurance company suks your doomedbetter to bring you car if you have general maintenance work or paid cosmetic work .

I gave my car to this garage and have a bad experience with them in terms of there work. The scratches is still there on the light and color quality is not good even i found one middle part is faded from the whole colored area. They have my car for 3 days and i am driving rent a car during this time. Its even not my fault and i have an accident first time from some one. Car value goes down. Then i depends on insurance to send me on professional garage but they not did the work well. So disappointed with this event. I suffered a lot and want other to be carefull i hope higher management improves there quality after this. But not recommended for the painting work.
