Its Arbys. Food was good, service was quick.
The staff seems very new and very young, theyre quite friendly but on the slow side. Food quality was good though, typical Arbys.
Gave me the wrong food didnt know it till we got always home .
Dippy kids working repeated order back incorrectly, I corrected him and still got the wrong type of fries with way too much salt on them. The sandwiches were good.Update: I get the robot reply to reach out to customer service. From what I have read itdoes absolutely no good and this particular restaurant is horrible based on 99% of the reviews. We love Arbys but just not this one! Very disappointing that they dont do anything about the horrible service!
Fast courteous service. And they got my order done correctly. Ill definitely go there again.

I just had their rib eye cheese stake sub it was sopping wet they put way too much cheese sauce on it only ate half of it.
their food beats all other fast food joints. pricier but worth it in freshness.
This place is a joke. Ordered at the counter and inserted my card, 2 minutes later it timed out, system froze. Tried again (even used a different type of cardand they put my order in a bag right in front of me, system timed out and froze on the girl again. Manager was standing right there and said the system is down they have to do cash only. I told him I dont carry cash, only cards. I asked about my sandwich which was sitting in a bag right in front of me and he said "if I cant pay for it then I cant have it" (which makes sensebut I told him I can more than pay for it, he just cant accept it. He told me to go to the bank or he was going to put it back. So 10 minutes of my time wasted, made to feel like I couldnt pay for my sandwich, and left empty handed.
Check your meal before you leave the drive-thru… I learned the hard way! Their lobby is closed and door is locked, even showing them a receipt didn’t make them open the door to see what was wrong! Had to go back through the line which took 10 minutes to get what they forgot the 1st time! I got a refund cause I wasn’t eating cold food and I didn’t trust them to remake it.
On 09102022@ 1700 hrs - CLOSED today for INDOOR dining. Staffing issues!? So customers with vehicles that cant drive up...RV, box truck etc...have to find somewhere else to go😒
Just purchased a meal from there. Got home. Opened up sandwich & there is no chicken on the sandwhich. How can this even happen
My classic roast beef was good and my fries were hot. Service was fast!
Drive Thru was on point the night we visited and we had a big order. They nailed it all and were very courteous!

Dining room was closed for eating in - driveway only was open. Almost everything was correct except they missed the cheese we asked for on the wifes sandwich, after asking what kind of cheese.
Nice restaurant here, kept very clean. I tried their new hush puppy battered fish and was quite happy with it.
Really poor service. Gave us the wrong food and said they gave it to us so we didnt have to wait. We received it and it was made in correctly. There was at least four people standing around looking the order screen. They need to figure out how to run this place or else who knows how long it will be in business.
The BOY working the drive thru window was too worried about jacking his jaws that he handed my mom an overfilled cup of Sprite which proceeded to spill all over her. Not great service
Ppl making $8/hr really dont care about service at all. There was a car parked in the middle of the entrance. The driver got out of the car and went inside the store to chat with the other employees. We waited for a long time to make it to the window because the car in front of us kept ordering food. At the WINDOW! All the time we were there, the driver of the car parked outside was still inside having a great conversation with 3 other employees. The cars behind us decided no to wait and got out of the line. We did the same. We never got our order.

We could not dine in as the dining area was closed. We went through drive thru and ordered. We told the lady we had a coupon for our order, when we got to the window she was huffy because she rang our order up at regular price.

Horrible want times. Sat in drive through for literally 14 minutes and waited in a queue of 7 cars. Got to the window and it was at least 5 people working and the lobby closes at 4. Not sure why the wait was so long with so many people working and only drive thru was available 🤔

This was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY fast food restaurant in the 51 years I have been alive. A simple mistake on their part turned into a total disaster!My daughter placed a simple order for a Buffalo slider and large Curly fry. When she looked in the bag they gave her a medium crinkle fry so she politely said “I ordered a large curly fry.” The person working the window (Brittanysaid “let me see your receipt.” My daughter handed her the receipt that clearly showed she had paid for a crinkle fry ($3.25.Brittany then said “I have to charge you for the large.” So my daughter said “ok, no problem what’s the difference compared to the medium? “Brittany then said $3.50.”My daughter clarified “no, I already paid for a fry I should only have to pay the difference.”At that moment a worker named ANGEL (in a black shirtcame to the window to assist Brittany while the lady in a red shirt stood behind them and did nothing!I looked at Angel & said “look she didn’t order a crinkle fry and we’ve been over this three times while people behind us are getting angry & honking the horn so please just do your job! Take the quarter, take this fry we didn’t order and give her the large curly fry.”Angel responded by saying “well next time you need to be more clear about what you want!”At this point I am furious and told her “I am calling the corporate office as soon as we leave this window and I asked her what her name was.” She grabbed her name tag, boisterously moved her chest toward the window, and said “my name is Angel & you can call corporate all you want! I’ll still be right back here working on Friday, And you can go eat somewhere else next time!!”I am a registered nurse and I have served customers (patients my entire life! If I ever talked to a customer like that I’d be in huge trouble! Since I have been on the receiving end of angry customers many times I treat all service industry workers with the utmost respect. I know there is a labor shortage and that working in fast food is hard, but this kind of behavior can not become acceptable because of short staffing.For me to get this upset and spend this much time reporting a worker is very rare. Currently I have a call into the regional manager for this restaurant. I was offered two complete free meals from the customer service line to keep quiet and move on. But, that is unacceptable. I did not call to get free food. I called because their employee was extremely disrespectful to us and the manager in red stood by silently while the drive through line was held up and we were treated horribly!All of that chaos, disrespect, and holding up the line over their ordering mistake, a large curly fry and a quarter! It’s unbelievable! All they had to do was take back the wrong fry, take our quarter, give us the correct fry, and we would have been happily on our way.I will NEVER come to back that Arby’s & quite honestly not sure I’ll go to any Arby’s after thisincident.UPDATE: Today I received a call from an upper manager named Dee at the Millsboro location. She was very apologetic and respectful. She reassured me that she will investigate this incident. I really appreciated her taking the time to talk with me for over 20 minutes.
Haven’t eat food from here but the exterior of this arbys is aesthetically nicer than any other arbys in Delaware and I think it needs recognition.
5 stars for the darling girls working @ Arbys last evening. The one who passed my order thru the window gave a big smile, and was so personable! I wish I knew her name, she deserves a huge shout out! On a recent visit, I learned her name is Heaven! And shes still smiling, with her eyes. Can still tell even with her mask! Yeah for Heaven!
Every time i come here i always get a good service thru a drive thru window. The whole crew were very polite and the service is fast. I love the Jalapeno poppers and their curly fries are awesome not to mention their shakes so delish.
My order was made incorrectly at first. I had to call them and explain to them what I had originally asked for. I ended up going through the drive through again to pick up the correct order. Meanwhile my other food was getting cold.
First time it was Good customer service, good food, fresh.. they made a mistake and fixed it and helped us out... thank you
Two sandwiches and fries for 21 dollars. Too pricey. Food was good and. Requested sauces were included. Will be back
My wife loves Arbys, there bed and cheddar was just so so at this location, meat was a little light and she thinks they forgot the Garden Ranch dressing on her sandwich
Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a Market Fresh turkey club without bread which is usually served on lettuce. When I got home I started to cut everything up and noticed there was lettuce, onions, bacon, but not a bit of turkey!!! NO TURKEY on a turkey club!!!!
We were given the wrong food. It unfortunately was at closing time on the 4th of July. We went by the online prices when we ordered and when we got up to the window to pay we were stunned to hear the total was 3x higher. Total nightmare. I could not eat what they gave me. I asked for a salad and got a sandwich. We went back to the manager next time they were open and were told "This is a vacation town, the prices are higher. Its on our board." Inside. That was closed that day drive thru only. Never again!
Not allowed to sit in to eat like all of the other fast food places around. Had we known this going in, we wouldve kept on going until we found a real fast food place. Disappointed as there was no way to tell prior to going in.
Been going here as long as I can remember. Love the sandwiches, wish fish sandwich was a full time thing. Staff is friendly, sometimes they are short staffed, but typically service takes less than 5 minutes start to finish. Arbys is definitely an underrated fast food chain.
Slow service for food that I wouldn’t pay for again. I stopped by the drive thru around 12:45 on a Monday and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with curly fries and a soda. The sandwich was decent but the fries were inedible. Not only were they lukewarm, but they tasted like chemicals. I ended up throwing the whole container away after trying two of them.
I have been to this location 4 or 5 times now and have yet to be served a hot roast beef. I asked about it when I was there today, so they microwaved one. That wasnt what I wanted. What happened to serving hot food? Very disappointed!
Stopped at Arbys in Lewes DE and ordered a Reuben. I have never had one where the bread was soft and mushy. It was completely disgusting. When placing my order, I couldnt read the board and asked if you had reubens and the employee curtly replied number 3. I already told her I couldnt see the board. I should have gone elsewhere at the moment.
Only order two roast beef sandwiches, drove home only to find out they were made incorrectly. Had to drive back to get them made correctly. Ive been to this Arbys in lewes Delaware twice, and the both times I had the issues with my food. Its a terrible when you only order two items from the menu, and they cant get it right !! Will never be going back to this location !!!
Update: Arbys has made right this mistake and did so very quickly. So my hat is off to them for addressing this matter.This the second time in recent months that my order was shorted at least one item. I know I should have double checked my own order but the employees should be doing that as well. Frustrated!
The employee was super about doing a last minute addition to our order at the window. The food is very tasty and very good. The sweet potato fries are excellent, the gyros are delicious. And the turnovers just end the meal so well. I recommend this place to anyone
If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. I ordered a meal & a shake and while the sandwich and soda were fine, the shake had a used napkin at the bottom which I did not discover until I drank most of it. I am disgusted and concerned for my health.I have already filed a corporate complaint and will be happy to update this review once I speak to a district manager.Update 1 - Per the owners request, I filled out a comment form this morning. Still waiting to hear back from a person.Update 2 - Its been 6 business days and I have still heard absolutely from corporate.Update 3 - After notifying corporate that I needed to get A HEPATITIS TEST per my doctor, they have ceased all communication with me. **Eat here at your own risk** If something goes wrong they will not help you.
They forgot our condiments in the drive thru but the line was really long so I cant fault them. I mean its Arbys, pretty decent fast food. Especially during Happy Hour.
On the way to Beebe Hospital for tests and needed food. So glad I stopped here! We ordered two medium roast beef sandwiches and I was glad I didnt get large. The sandwich was perfect! And packed with thin sliced delicious beef! The service was quick and a very polite young lady waited on us at the window. The wife couldnt even finish hers because it was just soo much meat! It hit all the spots and I couldnt ask for more! Even the seagulls out back were polite. :-)
