Arby's in Allegheny County

Arbys is ok if you need something on a jiffy but I will say that I have had some weird things happen with their food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese well the cheese was literally plastic. I went to reheat it at home and the cheese wouldnt cook it turned to a plastic consistency. The staff is usually friendly and the inside is pretty clean.

Long wait in the drive thru, I get it, everyones short handed. The fried items, fries, jalapeno poppers, and chicken tenders were all overdone, even burned. One tender was inedible. The ribs sandwich was good, but looked nothing like the one advertised. Also didnt get the sauces that were asked for. Overall, a bad experience

The hush puppy fish and fries was small as potatoe cakes. The condiments were not given to me on more than one occasion.

Went to arbys on saltsburgh road in Penn hills purposely to try the fish. Total was $23.00. I asked 2 times for horsey sauce. When I got home there was no fish in my bag and no horsey sauce. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed I ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich I took 3 bites b 4 I got any chicken salad it had about a tablespoon of salad it was all bread and lettuce for 6.00 I expect much better

I never had a problem with this place until yesterday. I chose to go to Arbys, because I had physical coupons from the mail. I was told my coupon was expired. No one looked at the coupon, they just said it wasnt usable. (I was in the drive thru.The expiration was 03/31/2022. Did I time warp?! After I realized I was going to pay $11+ for some mediocre fast food (which keep in mind Arbys was only selected due to coupons.Without the coupons, this food is pretty overpriced. I drove out of the line all the way to Popeyes in Duquesne. I was going to pay $11+ for one combo and a kids meal at Arbys. With the coupons from Popeyes, I was able to get 2 full adult sized combo meals with an extra side, and I felt that I got much more value, even with driving 20 minutes out of the way. You guys werent malicious, but get it together. I probably wont be going back to this location. Waiting 20 minutes in line to be told your non expired coupon is expired is not a winning experience.

The food is good the line for the drive through is always very long.

I just visited this Arbys on March 11, 2022 around 7:10 pm to try their spicy fish sandwich. Although the drive- thru line was extremely long (due to lent seasonit was worth the wait. I got the 2 for $6 Fish sandwiches, a plain one for my friend and a spicy one for myself. Mine tasted really good and offered a zippy flavor.

Drive thru was quick and efficient. Sandwiches are well stacked with meat. Plenty of fries for the price.

Should have the dining area open, at least for doordash, grubhub..etc. waiting for an hour is a waste of time. I understand if its late but at 5pm the inside should be open for pick up deliveries.

I went to this Arbys last night for take-home food for 7 people (including cuphead happy meal toys.The staff was fantastic and incredibly polite & patient. And... they are the first fast food restaurant to get my weekly large-order correct in at least a month. I will be back!Update:. Google has asked me to update my review. Its been a year and I have STILL only had good experiences here

Food was good. Understaffed and over worked though. They were going as fast as humanly possible with the labor shortages happening

I had arbys tonight for dinner about 6 oclock its now just after 7:30 and i am sooo sick. 🤢 every where headache , coughing, chills. I wont ever eat there again. Thanks Arbys.

While there was 10 cars in front of me the line went fairly fast and they were not out of the food that was advertised. Staff was friendly and professional. I think there was only about three or four people working but they understood and completed the assignment. Great Job🙂. Oh by the way the Smokehouse rib sandwich was 🔥

That place to go to get a great sandwich, usually a Reuben or a turkey sandwich and a drink. I havent been disappointed with these, but I stay away from the sliders because they never get it right.

Listen the food is always good, but please change your hours if you’re not gonna be open. Tried to stop here at 8:15 on 9/19 and the speaker says Sorry we’re closed.

CLOSES AT 9 PM. No matter what Arbys says here, they lock the doors and turn off the lights and definitely do not answer anyone at the drive thru...no matter how long you sit and recite Shakespeare into the mic.

The roast beef tastes like sliced plastic, just awful! The crinkle french fries were pretty good.

Service is ok. They always ring me up wrong! I have gotten overcharged more than once. Its my only beef with this place. Its clean, foods made well not bad at all.

Service great. I was in a rush and they really stepped up too the plate. The person who took my order prioritized my order and made suggestions on food and it was great.

My favorite fast food. They send coupons in the mail every month, so there are always plenty of reasonable items to order. I love the speciality sandwiches, especially the brisket and the gyro.

My friend wanted the mint milkshake, was informed it had the drizzle, so when milkshake was presented, it had the candy, so asked to take it off, when the shake came back no whip cream topping, so asked to have the whip cream put on, the young lady at the window had a little attitude by then

Drive through line long but moved fast, window worker very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Great coupons found in the mail, awesome milkshakes. Decent fast food.

Been going to this one for years and never had an issue. The employees are always so nice and very pleasant to interact with. The food is always good and at the perfect temperature. Never over cooked. Will definitely visit again multiple times.

I come here a lot.. Normally have little issues.. But lately, they forget items.. When I get home and realize it, and come back.. They charge me for the items that were either forgotten, or ruined. I dont think I should be charged for their mistake. When brought up to the manager "Jeremy" and he didnt really seem to care.

Staff is very friendly, food always hot and fresh. Only 4 stars because although there was inside dining at that time they chose to be closed inside during the day and only open the dining area in the evenings but had no signage to indicate it. Therefore you saw people whos vehicles could not fit the drive-thru walking through to place orders.

I have been to this Arbys many times, but usually through the drive thru. So this night I decided to go in to the restaurant itself because the drive-thru was long. The young lady behind the counter was wonderful I had never had the Chicken Salad Sandwich, and she actually made a bit of it and brought it to me to taste which I was very happy to do, and it was delicious. I highly highly recommend it. Usually when you go through the drive-thru you dont have a chance to interact with the people who actually work inside, and they were wonderful. The restaurant is clean, its neat, and the food was perfect that night.

Arbys at Saltsburg and Frankstown Road in Penn Hills. I was there around the lunch hour and went inside to take out. No line. Very prompt and courteous service. As I waited for my order, several customers wandered in but the staff quickly accommodated the rush with more staff at the registers to take care of all quickly. As I was leaving, I was given a polite goodbye and thank you for stopping by from another staff member taking care of the tables and customers in the seating area. All in all a very positive experience!

Dont forget that Arbys has a happy hour between 2p and 5p. Sliders, fries, drinks and cookies are only $1🤗!

I felt kind of silly writing a review for a fast food restaurant but this is for real our favorite Arby’s and we’ll go out of our way to eat here. The staff is SO incredibly nice, and they’re always super kind to our rowdy toddler. Many of the diners appear to be regulars and are so friendly, and it makes coming here such a pleasant experience. Thanks for making dinner a little easier for a busy mom!

The people are nice store is clean food is good. It took a bit to get my food which to be fair was a decent sized order. I was not impressed with my Ruben sandwich at all. Fortunately there was a extra roast beef and the sliders are awesome I could eat Arbys fries almost every day so I still didnt go hungry. They have great cheese sticks also.
