How can an Arbys not have roast beef? 🤔 Dont waste your time!
Got a to go order. Most of the food was fine. However it makes no difference, because the Rib sandwich that came with my order was made with bad meat! The white parts seen in the attached photo are fuzzy mold! Stay way far away from this location!
Order was incorrect. Ordered medium sandwich and got classic. Ordered crinkle fries and got curly fries. No horsey sauce in stock. Debris littered on floor. Floor under booth was sticky. Worst Arbys ever!
Took several minutes for someone to take our order, but the food was ready in a reasonable time frame after that. Certainly not fast, but very tasty. This place always forgets the au jus with the French dip sandwich... fortunately, we ate in, today, so I just asked for it at the counter. Everyone was friendly.
THE ORDER WAS MESSED UP.SO WHEN ICALLED ARBYS TO TELL THEM.THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.THIS IS DAYLIGHT NOW.
The staff is great and the food is Arbys. What more do you need
Never know when open and drive thru moves like a snail and still screws up the order. Milkshake machines always broken
The drive thru lines always is super long
Sandwiches were good but no coffee or ice tea, just soft drinks. Soft drink station was a mess floor wet in many places but was not raining and the floor wasnt mopped though it needed it. Whole place was messy. Employees including manager were not very pleasant. Wont be going back to this Arbys.
Thought Id try the new Cheesesteak sandwich. It was just ok.
This Arbys has gone down hill. I parked and went in to order. I am so disappointed its unbelievable. After I ordered my food there were two people in the dinning area which was dirty smashed food on the ground. They had two people before ne waiting in line for their order. Arbys was out of curly fries and wraps I was notified after I placed my order. What had me mostly upset it took 35 minutes to get my order ready and the place was even busy maybe short staffing which the place shouldnt be running with minimal staffing due to safety and employee burn outs. I can say when I did get my food it was hot.
Hmm...Ive never had very many complaints about this store, until recently, they, like McDonalds, never seem to have a functioning milkshake machine...and some of the crew members are very immature and interested in anything except getting the customers order correct. This is not all the time its a potluck type of situation.
Came here on my lunch break waited in drive threw for 15 minutes than I get to the window I was told they are out of roast beef like really ??? And of course there drive threw is a disaster idk who designed it but it’s dumb so I stuck in the drive threw after being told no roast beef it wasn’t like I could just drive off no I was stuck waiting for an extra 15mins and didn’t even get no food I won’t be back !!!!! That’s like going to kfc and they say we don’t have chicken cook at home !! Save your money !!!!
Food was horrible. Staff was nice is the only reason I would even give one star.
Well, the staff was very pleasant. But if I had to go someplace for food again, it might not be that Arbys. I had an orange shake and took my first month full and it tasted just like I had dumped a bottle of baby aspirin in my mouth. I know I probably could have taken it back but I had a few steps in through it out. Then I watched somebody wipe the tables and chairs with the same cloth and realize that my table was quite sticky. This is a very busy Arbys and I understand that sometimes its hard to keep up but those couple things really put me off and I probably will not go back there.
The young lady working at the window is very rude very inconsiderate, If she doesnt like to work with the public she shouldnt be working there this girl is so rude unbelievable I guess she is working the soda station
Everything was alright but they say they close at 11pm for the past week they were already closed at 10:30pm
Feel short compared to the normal Arbys experience. New Mac and cheese is horrible, sandwich wasnt hot and lack of condiments
The young woman at the drive thru was exceptional.
I do not eat a lot of fast food but I like some of the offerings at Arbys. I was driving home and decided to pick up a gyro. There was a handwritten sign on the drive thru order speaker saying the restaurant only took cash. It took forever for them to take my order. When I drove up to the pickup written there was a hand written note stating they accept tips. Very unprofessional. Wont go back any time soon
I paid $36 of money that I do not have, and I received half of a sandwich and some cold french fries. Where is the aujus sauce, ranch, chicken and cheese sauce? Do better. That’s disgusting.
This Arbys is terrible, the staff is bad, their milkshake machine is always down. The food is not up to Arbys standard. The dining room is disgusting and sticky all the time. There is always a reason that they dont have change at the register. Keep clear of this place
Worst Arbys Ive ever been to. The floor was so sticky my shoes almost came off employees were arguing with the manager got the wrong fries she acted like it was my fault then dumped the correct fries upside down in my bag I almost lost it then they closed the lobby during lunch rush. AVOID THIS INNER CITY LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
I ordered the French Dip with the"To Go" window The order came out rather slowly, but the au juice container was all bent out of shape and the liquid, which was scalding hot, spilled all over my legs burning me quite severely. Dont worry about getting me some freebies because I will NEVER eat at all Arbys again.
Slow service. Slow wifi. Bathrooms are gross. Avoid the childcare corner by the register
Good food, friendly service, floors are sticky, otherwise its nice and clean
This location sucks, ordered classic roast beef and look how thick and chewy the meat was. I’ve never had an arbys sandwich like it. Waited in line for 25 mins, also jalapeño poppers were old.
ALWAYS CLOSED OR THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN! Ive gone 5 times over the last two months & its consistently closed & I got zero food!!!! They just close & do not put signs on their doors or anything. Tonight, the main Arbys sign proudly announces that the lobby is open, when in fact the lobby was closed & drive thru had a line of cars waiting & waiting with nobody there to take the orders or make the food. Completely worthless! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
We have come to this Arby’s 7 or 8 times in the last 5 months and EVERY TIME we do, it’s drive thru is lit up indicating that they are indeed open. We sit and wait for someone to answer the call over the speaker and it never happens. We drive around to the window and the place is dark inside. And this is prime time dinner rush hours between 6 and 8 PM. The few times they were there, each and every time they said their system was down. Don’t know what’s going on there but it’s not anything good! We have decided to not waste our time anymore with this Arby’s. Might as well be shut down because it never ever does business. Went around the block to five guys instead.
Went here yesterday, online says it closes at 11 but it actually closes at 10. Got in line at 9:30, took a half an hour to reach the front, and then got turned away.Today I’m sitting in line again, it’s been at least 20 minutes of being a car behind the speaker.Just don’t come here. Save yourself.
I love Arbys but this particular one seems to always get something small wrong with my drive-up order, like forgetting the broth for the French dip au jus. I try to remember to check the bag before I pull away but sometimes Im in a hurry and decide to trust.
Ordered online, waited a long time in the drive thru, the mozzarella sticks were cooked good but they served the wrong milkshake.
I thought it was going to take awhile thru the drive thru, but it was pretty fast. Food was still hot when I got home. No errors!!!
Quite terrible. Weird drive thru set up. They need to flatten this entire location and start from scratch…or just never come back.
I love this location. Food is always fresh and hot. The fish sandwich and Reuben is too die for. Job well done...👍🏻👍🏻
The Baum Blvd. location steals your food. My Husband is hungry after Dialysis and went there. How is food being handed to customers without all the food in the bag? Most of the fast food places give a free meal for employees?
Not good the young lady at the window was not polite no hello no thank you nothing ask her to get the manager no manager brought back sandwich from yesterdays wrong order sign says lobby open its not got out of car for nothing waited in line for 12 minutes for their mistake not the first one theres nothing hard about being polite to your customers wont be back to the one on Baum Blvd for a while
Its Arbys, food tastes like Arbys no complaints or compliments there. The staff is 5 star, polite and has good humor throughout the place. Also it is clean!
I cannot not give a 5 star review, because everyone is very nice and my dog absolutely loves coming through the drive thru with me, but can we do something about the dip? I order two of these now so theres enough liquid between the two for my sandwich.
Its your typical Arbys; reasonably priced and tasty HOWEVER they have the most obnoxious drive-thru I think Ive ever come across. To be clear; I dont mean the employees at the window, I mean the literal drive-thru and menu placement.
A weird, tiny and overcrowded parking lot, with a dive through lane that does crazy zigzags to the window wasnt enough to keep us away from an Arbys lunch. We went in to eat anyway. The inside was just as tiny and cramped, but the staff was competent and served our orders without mistakes. The food was unmistakably Arbys and well worth the struggle to get in and seated. Both loud music and TV running at once made for a disturbing atmosphere, but again, we were here for the food. We toughed it out. So overall Id say I liked eating here. I just hope they read this and mute the TV before my next visit.
Good service and clean restaurant. What more can you ask for.
Worst Arby’s ever. Custer service - there is none. All I wanted to do is order something to eat. Store hours said open at 10:00 so I walked from Shadyside Hospital and when I arrived doors where locked. I looked inside and employees where laying in booths. I called and was told store opens now at 11:00 I asked if I could place an order on the phone for pick up at drive through and was told No. I needed a car to place an order. I was standing at the drive through window and they wouldn’t take my order. This place needs HELP- If I ran my business this way I would be out of business.Guess what- no more Arby’s for this family and any other family members I can tell this story to.I will be copying and pasting this all over Shadyside so everyone knows. Hope it was worth sleeping in a booth while customers want to order food you lazy people
It kills me to write this because I love Arbys. The food was delicious as usual, but I was treated very rudely by one of the staff members. At first, he ignored me for about 5 minutes without saying something like, "Thank you for waiting. I will be with you in a moment." He made me feel out of line for asking for ketchup, Arbys sauce and unsweetened tea. He gave me the bare minimum of all of these sauces without explanation, like a shortage or something like that. Boy, I wish I had more ketchup yesterday. As a person who worked customer service for decades, I was crushed to be treated this way. I do have to say, the person working the register was very nice. I will go to Arbys again because its my East End Arbys. Try better next time.
This place has the best service Ive ever seen at a fast food chain. From the time you place your order, to when you get your food, the teamwork of the employees here really show they are top notch. I will definitely return. And my food was delicious.
Every time I go I promise not to go again. Was in the drive-thru for 28 minutes before I placed my order. Glad for podcasts. Then they had no lettuce, so no salad. This is not the exception for this Wendys. An extra star for pleasant window person, but as for the actual reasons they exist? Hard fail.
This location is absolutely the worst with order accuracy , from missing cup of cheddar sauce, ( that we all know you have to pay extra forto missing full 8.00 sandwiches . Every order I have ever made with this store has been incorrect. Sadly I will no longer be giving this Arbys location my business.
No meat on the Reuben. Burnt waffle fries. And the "Chicken Bacon Swiss" with tomato and lettuce is nothing but honey mustard and a piece of lettuce. The manager told me to post the pics as proof since she "actually made it", so here it is. Refund, please.
Love this place. While they forgot my extra sauces one time, they easily provide quick and pleasant service. That was one time out of many and I totally get that people can forget things. Were only human. Fries are always hot and sandwiches are mostly made with care. Sometimes they are sloppy and have too much sauce or the sandwich is falling off the bun disproportionately. I get that this is fast food but they could try a little harder with their presentation.
Get drive through for really quick service. Service is efficient and courteous. Theyre not stingy with the sauces.Wont get too many veggies in your sandwich. Beef brisket is the best. You may want to ask for an extra helping of hot chocolate for your shake, that is the one thing you get less of.
