Screwed up but Excellent customer recovery.

Good customer service. Got a beef n cheddar. Was made fresh and was tasty, but the bun was a bit stale.

When it was our turn the young kid at the counter just stared at us awkwardly with absolutely no greeting. He acted like he couldnt be bothered with us and kept looking at the other staff members instead of talking and listening to us. We ordered 2 classic beef and cheddars which were awful. They didnt put the regular sauce on the sandwiches, the roast beef was bland and instead of the usual onion bun it comes with we for dried nasty sesame seed buns that look like they came from burger king. Im so disappointed in our meal here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the hastle and stop at the next Arbys along your trip.

Very clean, and Great customer service!

Stopped for a quick lunch on our way south. Food was good and the service was reasonably quick.

Wonderful staff. Witnessed the shift lead help a couple that was deaf. She took over for one of the younger staff without the couple even noticing and took care of them with such grace. Kudos to this specific establishment!

No body experience to take orders if you want to and or subtract from your order they dont do it

The service was horrible. The sofa machine wasnt working correctly, and when I tried to inform the staff, he wasnt able to understand what I was saying. The bins for the sauces were missing the Horsey sauce, but I couldnt get them to understand that either.

Love Arbys but got to say this one at TA Breezewood, Pa is my favorite. Come here enough they know my name lol. 👍

Roast beef had the taste but was a little dry.

Had the Wagyu Burger and it was really good. Staff were really nice.

Tried the new Wagyu burger and Mac and cheese for lunch. I have to say that I was quite surprised as to how good they were. The burger had a great flavor and feel in the mouth. There Mac and cheese was also flavorful and the texture was as it should be. Overall I was very impressed with this new offering from Arbys and this location.

Our 3 tour busses decended on your establishment and I have just got to say your team did a phenomenal job at serving us all as fast as you did. Thanks for the delicious food❣

Forgot our fries, diping sause and chicken nuggets tasted like marshmallows

I was on my way back to Virginia and stopped. I ordered Chicken strips. They were nothing special and very thin.

Ordered Chicken Sandwich meal with a shake while we stopped in Breezewood while our riding trip. Good food, not a lot of wait.

It was a long line, but they moved us through fairly quickly. No complaints

They was the only ones with a proper amount of staff. I was ready to spend $10 for a sandwich and drink from the other restaurants but they where closed pr under staffed. Arbys thank you, I spent the $10 with you.

The food was what you would expect from a fast food place. The service was okay but it took an awful long time for our food to be ready.

The gyro wasn’t bad. Not bad Arby’s! I like that the menu has a lot of variety.

The roast beef reminded me of an ex-girlfriend when shed wear a thong, so I really enjoyed it.

Store front was clean, food was made quickly and properly. Overall fantastic experience.

Got home and wrong food in bag....wasnt going back and wasnt calling. Was the only customer in line. 1 order completely wrong.

I originally posted 3 stars, but actually meant to do more. Sorry about that. The owner replied and I realized how many stars Id given. Pretty awesome and good testimony to the care of the management that they replied so fast. I thought my wrap was pretty darn good and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. The chicken nuggets for the kids were very good too. Best of all was the customer service. We were really impressed by the gentleman at the counter who really went out of his way to make sure we had whatever we wanted warmed if it didnt come that way by design, was very personable, and was sure to offer whatever could make our meal better. Great management!!

Food was alright. Service was pretty quick considering the lack of staff. A special shout to Brittany for being so personable.

Food was not very fresh but maybe because I was there about a hour before closing and was nobody ordering or waiting on food when I walked up, fries were not hot and roast beef sandwiches seem like theyve been sitting awhile. Cashier was very friendly.

All the Arbys around me in my area or close by 7:00 or 8:00 in the evening. So I cant say anything good or bad about this place until I actually try it

Mike shakes do not taste like they used to in the past. Sandwiches are good.

Dirty restaurant in the TravelStop area. This restaurant had one or two people visible working. We walked out after waiting inone for over 10 minutes without moving. Lots of people were just sitting around waiting for their order (and it definitely was for Arbys, not the other eateries.....they were closed.

The best service there. Super kind and helpful! The person who serviced us was Mr. Reider! Such a sweet & considerate guy! We’re driving from Maryland but when we stop by PA again we’ll definitely be stopping at this Arby’s!

This Arbys is in a truck stop and is always busy.. This trip,, they didnt have all the ingredients for the food we ordered but substituted a different cheese. We also ordered jalapeño poppers but they rang it us as mozzarella sticks. Didnt find out until we ate.

Please everyone keep in mind that everyone is shorthanded so when ordering your food know it will take a bit longer. Well worth the wait!!

I would like to thank the 3 employees that come to work every day so us truck drivers can have something to eat. Its sad that the other 3 food places here at the TA in Breezewood Pennsylvania is closed because people are to lazy to work. Again Thanks to the Arbys employees for coming to work every day.

Fair. Ordered 2 sandwich meals and it was good. Service was pleasant.

Slow, but at least theyre open. The small team there were all great, good food, friendly service

While the food is good. Service is slow, always only have 3 people on staff. Regarding social distancing, its not quite followed and masks are not required.

Smokehouse brisket is the best sandwich Arby’s has👌🥰

Usually dont eat fast food, but actually was pretty good for grabbing a quick bite by a truck stop! Only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of the chicken nugguts was weirdly inedible, but everything else was good, fresh bead a nd great combo deal 2 for 6!

This location is inside a truck stop with 200 truck parking spots. The truck stop has 3 restaurant options but the only thing open is Arby’s with 2 employees at peak time for people trying to get food. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to order then waited another 15 to get my order that should have been fresher than it was.

Amazing. Foods not greasy, great deals, cheap prices, good sauces, and even the most simplest foods is great in quality/tast

Food tasted fine but waiting 25 minutes at a rest stop Arbys was not fine.

The young man (dark hair & glasses that took my order didnt rush me as I was undecided. I dont eat Arbys often but the rants and raves about their crinkle cut fries made me curious. My order was 100% correct and FRESH! Those fries are definitely brag worthy! Looks like Ill be ordering from here more often

Pretty slow service, but was fine. Hard to criticize any service business right now. Food was as expected and workers very nice.

The service was good, the orange shake was excellent, however, not enough meat or slaw on our Reuben Sandwich.

Ever year we order several pounds of roast beef and make sliders for our trip to NC, makes the stops fewer, thanks Arbys 😊

It’s in a travel center and the dining room is open. YAASSSS!!!! Not much more to say than that! Perfect for those passing through on a road trip who want a rest from the road.

Good customer service, low waiting times, and the food was your typical Arbys grade meal.

This Arbys location simply just does not meet standards that the Arbys franchise (that I know and lovesets. My dissatisfaction was initially ignited by the lack of attention to my order details. I ordered Five (5Chicken Tenders and One (1Medium Mint Chocolate Shake; however, I received only Three (3Chicken Tenders and One (1Medium Mint Chocolate Shake. To my dismay, this was not the only mishap. The demeanor of the staff working was rather lack luster. I expect more from you, Arbys Staff. To top it all off, my chicken tenders were an unholy thing. They had probably been used as a doormat, fried in gasoline, and seasoned with fingernail shavings. Due to these reasons, I shall never - and I repeat - NEVER return to this Arbys location. The shake was pretty good tho ngl. Zero stars if I could, have a nice day!

Had not been to Arbys in over 10 yrs. Stopped here as a pit stop on a road trip. Forgot how delicious it was. Service was also courteous, patient and fast.
