Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone comments and loves the finished bathroom. We had many trades through our home they were always respectful and polite. Every trade went through exactly what we wanted prior to commencing work. Project manager Nathan was always on top of everything being done and checked to ensure workmanship was excellent. Ark are extremely lucky to have such quality employees, actually says a lot about how they treat them and keep them especially in the current times. Therefore as clients we felt like we were in safe hands.The finished bathroom is exactly what we had in our minds. Thanks guys 😊

Ark bathroom were fantastic Every step of the way they were brilliant They let us know precisely when the various tradies would be there And everyone turned up on time and did high quality work- especially Khalil the tiler He is spectacularly goodThe only downside was the shower screen suppliers and installers - Civic Screens - they didn’t listen to what we wanted and tried to pass off an inferior product They delayed the renovation by weeks So my advice is to, definitely get your bathroom done by Ark But see if they can use a different glass mob (I suggest Brisbane Splashbacks - talk to KurtHe did our kitchen and it’s brilliant

From the beginning Cory of Ark Bathrooms was the most professional and personable when we were in the process of getting quotes. Jacinta was very patient and answered all of our many questions, and changes in mind, promptly and courteously. All of the trades were polite and respectful and would always sms the previous night to advise of their arrival time, it’s those little touches that make a difference. We are over the moon with our new bathroom, it feels like we’re in a fancy hotel. We have no regrets and plan to enjoy our ensuite for many years. Having the crew from Ark bathrooms do our bathroom renovation was like living in our own version of an advent calendar. A different smiling face at our door every day as work was executed timeously and professionally and always with full consultation. What can we say but very professional crew, excellent manners, very knowledgeable experience crew they take the time to explain the process to you and they do everything to the standard and we should know as we are Building Inspectors. We would highly recommend this company if you want a bathroom renovation that is done to the building regulation/standards they are the ones to call. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and that is a five star job.

We found all staff and contract tradesmen to be very polite, punctual andcleaned up their work area each day. Every question we had or request we made was met with a friendly and informative response.Two weeks after completion of our bathrooms, we had an accident which cracked the ceramic top of the ensuite vanity unit. We made a phone call to order a replacement and within 2-3 hours a new top of installed.We had never experienced such prompt and efficient service as we did during the renovation of our bathrooms.I would highly recommend Ark Bathrooms to anyone wanting to have a bathroom renovation done.Liz Goldsworthy

We badly needed our bathroom done but we didn’t want the stress that inevitably goes with it, with Ark Bathrooms they state it is no stress with them and that they handle everything for you this was absolutely true. Once you’ve signed your contract and chosen your tiles and fittings they take it from there. You have a schedule that tells you who will be at your house and what they do eg plumbers, Cory stops by to check their work regularly, they clean up and leave their work area as they find it, I cannot praise Ark Bathrooms enough.

We had some very specific requirements and needed to know that the process would deliver. Cory took the time upfront to complete our design with us and quote on what we discussed. (It was good to visit the ARK Showroom to helpWe tried to get other quotes from different places and were totally left hanging. It has been worth paying for a quality job and a professional company.An important aspect to us was the timeframe to deliver construction - Cory was adamant that the process would be fast and seamless - and he delivered!. All trades people arrived on time and were extremely respectful of our family and our home. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and the finished product. The tiling is amazing. It was a pleasure to work in with his team. We are very appreciative of the fact that Cory was constantly connected and worked in with the changes identified as the project progressed. The service and professionalism we received from Ark Bathrooms made the whole project much less stressful than we had expected.
