Everyone that I spoke to here was so nice! Very helpful dispite the fact that they only had two of anything that I needed to purchase, so not the best selection but that was ok. I needed what I needed and what they had would do. Gave them my references which of course checked out perfectly so when I go in to sign papers and set up a time for delivery the MANAGER comes out and tells me that he would not sell to me because of where I work. No other reason. Just did not approve of my employer. So needless to say I will never, none of my friends or family will ever, and anyone and everyone that I have a conversation with will ever rent from this "establishment".By the way, I work at Sweet Leaf Emporium in Farmington. Be sure and come see us for any body jewelry, incense fragrances, candles, tie dye and tobacco as well as anything you may need to enjoy your medical marijuana ;)

Since they changed to Aarona and no longer Aarons, they dont have receipts to previous things I bought from them in the past. All they did was change one letter in their name and now theyre a different brand? Sure sounds like theyre trying to skirt around legalities.

On the 11-09-2020I had went and paid 125.00 on a bed they delivered on 11-12 of this month .The problem is that I never had them to set up anything and my mother staying with me was on hospice so I thought I would just return it thinking I would get something back because I didnt know what I was going to do. So on the 23 my mom passed away so I was still waiting on Aarons to come pick up the unpacked bed and frame and called them asking what day they would come get it and ask if I could get a little something back and even tho everything still in boxes he said no nothing you get nothing .So with that being said I have lost more than a bed I lost my mother the same day !And THANK YOU Aarons for nothing!

My cousin rented a bed from them and it was full of Bedbugs because they delivered the mattresses out of the plastic so beware of the bedbugs I am fighting to get rid of them now

This place is awesome like 90% of the time great people great service that other 10% is the small part of there Employees thats like 2 or 3 can be a bit air headed or just mean I talked to a employee about a payment that I had forgot and lets just say not pleasant I understand trying to get a payment if hard but there comes a time when to use well call it "hard ball" and the day of or one day after is not it in any way thats for a month behind even 2 weeks not one day with one of your most loyal patrons they almost lost my device even when I went in to correct my own issue and to say sorry because it was I who made the error he was still being that same well say jerk I mean another word but ill be nice other wise the place is top notch and always there should something go wrong still Recommend!

Overall good place to deal with. If you need a rent to own place this one is your spot. Easy to understand terms and they care about their customers.

I have been with Aarons on and off for I know at least 4 or 5 years, this time I had a washer and dryer which I had issues with the dryer that took around a month to get fixed anyway I fell behind on payment due to christmas and having car repairs paid on these for over a year when I fell behind I spoke with Chris and the first time he was rude saying I never pay on time, the second time he was ok and made arrangements for me to pay 55$ out of my husbands check and in the meantime my car tie rod ends and breaks and rotors went out cost me 500$ to repair they never called to ask why or anything they just showed up and took the washer and dryer I paid on for over a year back over $55 kinda sucks to do the long time customers that way and by the way this is Frances Silman

Prices could b much cheaper. &when u make promises u should keep them u know when you promised 3 months for $40 and then u say oh I didnt say 3 months I said 2 months. R when u promise to lower price but u dont. After u get n door & rent from them. then youre worth nothing 2 them

The gentleman (Chris & Keithat this location have went above and beyond to accommodate any sales and service needs I have had during my rental and purchase process. Quick to settle any issues. Followed up and handled a big issue when a rep accidentally installed a washer I bought, and it flooded my entire kitchen and half the living room. They paid for all restoration without hesitation and made sure it was done correctly without haste. These guys have won me over big.

Rude, very very rude people work here!!! They called me at work so I couldnt pick up so they decided to call one of my friends and hurras her... They finally got ahold of me and were very rude!! They need to fire those rude people and hire people who can do their job...

Aarons Rental & Lease, as a company, is a good company to deal with if youre in the market for leasing merchandise. Despite the fact that you pay a significant amount for what you get, it is the price for not having to put the money up-front. However, dealing with the Farmington store is a joke. I have previously dealt with Aarons at a different location and had absolutely no problem, but the GM (Chrisat Farmington makes the hassle outweigh the benefits. He was previously an Account Manager that focused on collection of accounts that were past due, he has now transitioned into the GM position and still carries the terrible attitude into this position. He thinks that being the GM of Aarons makes his somebody. If you do decide to do business with Aarons and you make timely payments, he will continue to harass you saying that you didnt make a payment until you prove to him otherwise. He also attempts to intimidate customers and exalt himself above them. Ive spoken to many people whom have done business with Aarons in Farmington that have ceased to do business (if not returned lease merchandiseso that they wouldnt have to do business with Chris any longer. He tries to intimidate people over the phone, but when you tell him to come pick up your merchandise and he arrives, he has nothing to say. He is definitely one that has absolutely no business being in management and has somehow been shoed in. Chris- being a GM at furniture store is almost a laughable position is the overall sight of things. Find a career that better suits you, like at a fast food restaurant.
