Wow! What an amazing job! The crew was extremely professional and courteous. My personal items were moved, covered and then replaced when the painting and repairs were complete. I had to have my a/c vents moved and that left very large holes in the ceiling, they were able to repair and paint them like they were never there!! I highly recommend this company and thank them for the amazing job!!

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Took several communications to finally get an appointment for a quote. Confirmed the appointment several times in advance by phone and e-mail and never showed up for the appointment. The company is not responsive and not reliable. Appears to be a total lack of communication in the company. I would caution using this companuy in the future.

Donovans just finished painting my townhome -- walls and ceilings -- and I couldnt be more pleased! Id never used them before, and so I was very cautious and questioned them a lot prior to putting down the deposit. They were always very patient with my questions and concerns. They scheduled me quickly, and finished the job in about four business days and then had a cleaning crew come in. There was one area of the ceiling that appeared to me to be lacking a coat. The painting supervisor, Carlos, came out personally to look at it, and although he told me that what I was seeing was a shadow caused by the way the drywall had originally been hung, he had his crew come out and repaint it. While there, he spotted a couple spots Id missed and had his crew fix those, too. His customer service was excellent -- he was even making sure that everything was to my satisfaction AFTER Id paid the balance. They left my place spotless! I would recommend Donovans to anyone and would definitely hire them again!

Donovan’s was great to work with on my new home build, I truly have never seen a better drywall job! The paint job and the staining of the stairs looks great also, the workers are very caring as well as take great pride in what the do. I will definitely work with them in the future!

Donovans owner, Jose, gave me a speedy quote for painting all of the rooms in my house, answered all questions promptly and kept in touch throughout. The painters are detail oriented, extremely neat, as well as caring. They did an outstanding job covering dark, dreary paint with the light colors I selected. It has been a pleasure working with Donovans and I plan to use them again.

Called for a quote and received a quick response. We went back and forth via email a few times to arrange a time to complete the drywall seam repair on a textured wall. I received prompt responses and they arrived on time to complete the job. Turned out very nice and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Highly recommended!

They installed and finished the drywall in an added room at our property. This required several visits, and they were always punctual and neat in my home. The room looks beautiful. There was an area of the finishing that did not look quite right to us when it dried, and they came back out quickly to make it perfect. I also had positive communication with Karen in their office. Quick, professional, high-quality drywall work — definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of having Donovans paint a weekly rental condominium that I own in Rehoboth Beach. The place has taken a lot of abuse over the years, but the gentlemen patched, filled and sanded down all the walls and made them almost flawless. We worked on the proper sheen to use for a rental and then I picked colors to make it attractive to renters. The entire 2 bedroom/two bath unit was complete in 3 days. The staff made sure to protect the furniture and carpets from paint and cleaned up very well. There were a few very minor issues that I noticed when Carlos, the foreman, came back to check how I liked the painting job. He quickly sent workers over to the unit that same day to rectify the situation. I am very pleased with the quality of work and will be using Donovans at my personal residence when the time comes.

Donovans Painting and Drywall, LLC, did all of my painting in my condo in Lewes, DE over the past couple of months since I moved here in June of 2018. It started out with painting the entire condo, and then as my contractor did work on it, they came back to caulk and paint crown molding as well as to do touch ups when damage was done when new carpet and flooring were installed. They were fair with their quotes and kept to them and always did a great prep job before actually painting. If there was a problem, they had no problem with coming back out to correct it right away. They always left my home as clean as they found it. I highly reccomend them to anyone who has a small or large painting job!

Called them in to patch some drywall removed after plumbing repairs in town. Never used them before.Set up an appointment and got a confirmation and they were a big "no show" no call no nothing !Would never recommend this business, if no shows without communication are their way of doing business.

We found Donovans Painting and Drywall on Nextdoor. They came out last week two days after contacting them and provided us a quote onsite. The quote was very reasonable for the work. We had a fairly small exterior painting job. They scheduled us immediately for the next week. They came today as promised. The two painters were very friendly. It was hot outside, and yet they still took their time and did a great job. We cant thank Donovans Painting enough for their fantastic service. I just picked these guys off the web, and I hit a home run. They did a phenomenal job of repairing a ceiling with a bad leak. Professional, clean, did everything they said they would and more. They really take pride in their work. They turned a stained and damaged popcorn ceiling into something that looks brand new! Would definitely recommend them without reservation.
