ASA Appliance & Refrigeration in Utah County

Purchased 9/2022 and it is 11/1/2022 refrigerator is not working. Called a repair who informed me refrigerator was already worked on and was sold to me broken! $500.00 to repair a $300.00 refrigerator! Was told thats why they give you a 30 day warrenty because they know it will break!

Poor customer service absolutely rude disrespectful and liars spoke to to the guy the day before said he had the part gave me a price showed up at agreed time the next day just to find out hes not there call his number for him to lie and say we never spoke and he didnt know about the part. Waste of time just buy your parts off Amazon

Poor customer service. Was told I’d have to wait a month to have my dryer looked at. I’m sorry but if one is in need of service repairs a month it absolutely too long to wait. Needless to say they are scammers who just want you to purchase a gently beat up appliance from them.

What can I say about ASA Appliance, the gentleman who owns the store is awesome. I called to find out if he repairs microwave he said no. However, he was still able to give me advice on what to do and what might be wrong with the microwave. He didnt have to say anything else, but he did thats how a business attract customers. Awesome...

A great business from top to bottom. I hired the owner Don to fix my refrigerator and dish washer. He did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. If I ever have another issue with an appliance I know I can count on Don and ASA appliance. If you live in the Apollo Beach/Riverview area this is the appliance company for you.

I have brought a dryer months ago like the beginning of the year it worked beautifully no problems whatsoever however my washer broke down so I went back and I brought a washer let’s say I will not be wasting my money anywhere else besides ASA appliance great happy Customer

Came in to buy a washing machine and am vert satisfied with the whirlpool washer I bought. Had it delivered and within 2 hours it was delivered and it works very good , is very quiet and runs great. Will differently go there if I need anything else. Thank you for the great service.

Came in looking to purchase a dryer. I explained what had happened and he immediately said I know what the problem is. Its the fuse, you dont need to buy a dryer. I can come change it for you and you dont have to come out of pocket much. Don was right came the next day and fixed it at a fraction of the cost. They will always have our business. I went to Dons used Appliance shop today looking for a used washer. He showed me a couple washers and I explained the problem I was having with my washer. Instead of selling me a washer, he explained how to fix mine. Although I dont need a washer now, he has a customer for life. Thank you for your help. We will be back in the future.

Had to take my washer in for repairs. Now I have a older top loader. I did want to pay a arm and a leg for a new washer. Well let me tell you I got my washer back and it RUNS LIKE A BRAND NEW WASHER. Thank you ASA Appliance
