Sales associate Joy H. Was such a wonderful help in my time of need. She went beyond the extra mile helping get a lift chair for my uncle that I am having to put in a nursing home. This is a very difficult time for me and she made everything as smooth as possible from sending photos of the chair. And even letting me in the store early to assist me in all the process knowing I was on a time crunch so that the chair could be delivered the same day. Thank you so much for having Joy there to help she is definitely a valuable asset to your business. I could never say enough good things about her.

BUYERS BEWARE! I was given this information on my account by the store and obviously they made a mistake in doing so. As you can see I was provided with the cost vs what I spent and are you kidding me. I made numerous attempts with the store manager, regional manager, and Ashley Corp to resolve this and they made every excuse in the book and I was given nothing but cavalier responses. They didnt care when I said Id share this with the public. Im sure all stores do this to the consumer and when you go to purchase your furniture be sure to beat them down and get thousands off.

This place is crazy over priced! We just moved to the area from a big city and went to the other place in town first. Then here to price check... Needless to say we went back to the local store and will gladly wait the month for are stuff (they had to order it for us). It was almost $1000 difference for just are living room furniture. Shop the local store not here.

Purchased couch, chair and ottoman. Sat on couch couple days after having it and heard a pop noise. Looked underneath under fabric and support boards popped out of position making cushions sag. Chair, same thing, very first day of having it. . Side note...we are not over weight, since I’m sure that maybe an assumption and we don’t flop down on our furniture. Got to looking and very poorly made. Very disappointed in this product. Didn’t want the hassle of taking furniture back to the store so we repaired ourselves.
