Randall Tisdale was the representative who assisted my wife and I. We needed a lot and we had a stiff budget. With closing on our new Home, all the moving and preparing things were piling up on us but Randall made our day with his patience, understanding overview of what we were facing and his product knowledge. He steered us in the right direction and helped us stay inside our budget. I couldn’t be more thankful to have crossed paths with such a stand up guy. Thanks Randall for all you do

Debra Cox is the best!! She let us walk around and look for ourselves. She wasnt breathing down our necks. When we were ready, she answered all of our questions thoroughly. She is friendly, professional and caring. I highly recommend this store and Debra!!

Customer service very attentive and knowledgeable. A nice selection of livingroom setups, bedrooms of various styles and you can sit in a recliner and hang out without being bugged. Btw, good Labor Day savings going on.

This has nothing to do with the people in the store but the company itself. We ordered multiple items one being a bed frame. It is missing pieces to complete the build. We call the support team and they tell us they ordered the missing pieces and that was a month ago. Still no item has been shipped and they are telling me it may be until mid September until they get an order. Never again will I buy from this company. Terrible experience

This store is very clean and a nice atmosphere. Ms Estellitawas very pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. I will definitely tell friends and family. Thank you for pleasant experience.

Debra Cox & Randall Tisdale ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!!!! And their management staff of Brenda/Stacy/Austin (with the great hairare a great bunch! They showed me nothing but the best and the customer service was ON POINT! Awesome job team!

It’s been 8 weeks now still waiting for our furniture. They set up a delivery for tomorrow. Said they only have one piece of our bedroom set. Salesman who sold us the set. Said it would be 4 to six weeks. Every time I call they same the same thing. They have no idea when it will be in. Know 9 weeks and still only the dresser. And no calls. On line shows 4 to 6 weeks. Really thinking about returning the dresser and not getting anything from these folks. The reviews look so bad. Also paid for the insurance. And seeing folks not getting there store credit if they don’t use it. So really surprised this place is still in business.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Not only does it take a forever for the furniture to become available, scheduling a delivery is an act of Congress.I recieved a notification that a part of my order was available for delivery and if I would like they would be able to deliver on Saturday. They would notify me 2 days prior and give me a 3 hour window for delivery. Perfect. I accepted. I recieve a notificatiom 2 days prior that my window is between 9-12. Again, fine. I get a call at 11:00 on Saturday ( durning my windowthat they will need to reschedule my delivery for a different day. They suggested Monday. I tell them that I am working and am not able to make myself available Monday. They counter offer a delivery during the same window for the next day (Sunday). Begrudgingly, I accept.It is now 2:00 on Sunday and I still do not have my furniture. I called and spoke to someone, who stated that there was a note put in an hour prior to my call, that it was moved to Monday. I have called and spoke to everyone they have transferred me to with no understanding of what happened or what can be done unless I can make myself available Monday, or pick it up myself on Tuesday. What?To state that I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, customer service, or consideration of other peoples time, is an understatement.Save your time, money, and sanity. Go look elsewhere.

The salesman, Darnell, was great and our experience with him was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I had the wrong products delivered to my home. Two weeks and nine phone calls later, I still have no resolution. Every time I call I am told they are emailing someone else and I will get a call back. I have only received one call back from Austin, and all he told me was that he was looking into it and would call me back. That was nine days ago and he never called me back. Not sure what is going on here, but it appears there is no accountability for anyone at this store.

Store was nice and the employees were all very helpful. I didnt feel like I was being pressured but I definitely didnt feel neglected either. The layout is easy to navigate and understand. The signage is all straight forward. Better quality and pricing than rooms to go for sure.

Randall was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, easy-going, and extremely helpful! I dont know what I wouldve ended up with if it werent for him! Ask for Randall to get the hook up!

If people make a place, Estellita rocked it. She tried her best to her find me the perfect peace. Check out the Orange Park location because they have a good selection of furniture!

I’ll never buy anything else from a Ashley home store. After waiting one year for the Langford bed and matching dresser it was delivered today dirty and broken. To make matters worst the delivery personnel could not even put the bed together because the pieces were missing. You can tell the headboard is old and has probably been sitting in their warehouse awhile, and the dresser has a defective drew and scratches on it. I remained patient and did not harass anyone while I waited an entire year, and I must say I am extremely disappointed. For Ashley home store to think it would be okay to deliver dirty, broken, and not have all the pieces to a customer that has waited a year for their furniture is sad. Like I said before I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE AGAIN!

This was my first time mattress shopping and I had no idea what I was looking for. My sales /customer service rep Estellita was phenomenal. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the bedding and companies that create the beds. She worked with my budget and help me find the right bed that would work for me.I definitely will be returning.

Frank Drummer was the perfect host in Ashley because he was kind, and friendly and down to earth. He was knowledgeable about his merchandise and he gave us valuable information regarding the bed, box spring, and couches. We are thankful he was our sales rep and we will recommend him to friends and family when they need furniture. He is a devout man and God saw our need fir his help.

I was greeted immediately by Sandy. She allowed me to browse without hovering but checked in periodically to answer questions. Got everything I need for a great price with Sandys courteous assistance.

Ask for Sandy jameel. She took her time making sure we got the couch we wanted and that it would match the rug we have in our living room. Love it 10/10.

Be sure that if you order from them and purchase the delivery that you KEEP AN EYE ON THE PEOPLE THAT DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE. I regrettably chose to not stand over their shoulder while they put my furniture together and they ended up stealing an expensive bottle of cologne out of my bathroom. And because "the delivery team isnt allowed to go into your bathroom" theres nothing that they can do to prove that it was stolen. Filing a claim with them is an absurd process, there are better places.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEYS!! PLEASE SHUT DOWN AT THIS POINT. They tell you "6-8 weeks" then have you wait OVER A YEAR for your furniture. Read that again.. OVER a year. Stop lying to people and holding THOUSANDS of dollars of their money. They should probably take deposits and then let you pay when your furniture arrives because its ridiculous. & THEN they have now "merged systems and it does not give ETAs now". HOW COINCIDENAL huh?!?! AND every piece of furniture we have received we had to have a technician come out to repair or send out NEW furniture. IT ALL A BIG NO FOR ME! Do not waste your time and do not give them your money.

Most of the furniture is good quality but our full bedroom set is falling apart especially the clothing bureau all the shelves broke off and fall out. Not sure Id purchase again and this happened less then a year after purchase.

The manager is the worst!! I bought my furniture at Ashley in another store but it occurred to me to take my friends to this one and the manager surprised me when he called my attention for showing my husband a piece of furniture via video call, he told me it was prohibited! it was quite rude I think you can say things in a better way! who does not have a service attitude should not be in this position! I will never go back there again!!

SCOOTER SLIM!Slim Greeted my daughter and I, asking what I was looking for, and that the lady told him I had a budget. I told him I needed to furnish several rooms. What I liked and disliked and so forth. He sat down looked on his IPad and pointed me to where the furniture was to try out. He had so much patience and professionalism. He doesn’t even know how much he blessed My kids and I with comfortable affordable furniture. His acknowledgement and transparency was exactly what we needed. We are grateful to have experienced meeting him. He is one we won’t forget.

I felt like Ashley Home stores lied to me. Do not go In There expecting to have your “in-stock” advertised piece delivered when they say. I was told a week and now it’s not in stock and now it’s the only thing on the truck coming in and will not be able to be to me for another week. 2 weeks past when I purchased the sofa. I have purchased satisfied bug items (beds etcfrom amazon and it be here within the week and the Amazon driver delivers and sets up. Very satisfied furniture shopping via Amazon or the like, very very displease with Ashley. I will NOT purchase from them again. We made plans to be off and have our other furniture given away just to be told it will be a week and 1/2 more.

I ordered an item online on March 20th using their store card through Synchrony Bank. I cancelled the order on March 23rd because my delivery date was scheduled 2 months out. As of today, the charge is still showing pending on the credit card (14 days laterafter numerous conversations Ive had with Ashley and Synchrony Banks Customer Service Department to have those funds refunded. Everyone Ive talked to has given me the runaround. No one has resolved my issue. Will definitely be closing that account and will never shop at Ashleys again.

I had the best experience at your store. I was greeted with such a bright young lady with such a beautiful smile. Brittany was so helpful with our purchase of our couch. She had me spending more money then l wanted but l cannot wait to get that add on table. Very knowledgeable about the wait times and expected delivery dates. I appreciated that as the last furniture store l did not purchase from as l was told maybe in 4 months maybe in 6 months?? Best experience with Brittany, did not feel rushed but was there for me when l was ready to have questions answered. Want a great representative, ask for Brittany.
