We received excellent service from Ingrid and Kathy at Ask Your Travel Agent! They helped us plan a 17-day, multi-city Italy vacation from afar (were in CO, not KS!). They were very patient as we designed the trip and changed our minds multiple times, and they were diligent about making the trip exactly how we wanted. Their own travel experiences were valuable as we were designing the trip. Their planning met our budget expectations, as well. We had no travel or booking issues once we were abroad. Were so thankful to have worked with Ingrid and Kathy! Would definitely recommend!

MoreWorse excuse for a travel agent EVER. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY GOING THRU AGENCY!!!! Tells us if any problems just call. Then when we had trouble with having wedding planner the agent says there is nothing she can do from Kansas. Was suppose to have ocean view room. Had a 3 foot wide view of ocean between 2 OLD buildings. Would have been better off doing all the booking ourselves.
