9/9/22. Update. So, on 7/15/22, 15 days out of my warranty with Asosa, I had an issue with my LG dryer. The felt seal that separates the rotating part of the drum from the back of the dryer, came off and made a horrible noise while drying a load of clothes. Since I was 15 days out of my warranty, I called a repairman (pretty logical, right?). He came out and replaced the belt, but it came off again. Then he took it apart and found that the drum was warped. He replaced that, but it was still making a noise, so he completely disassembled the dryer at that point and found that the back of the drum was the issue, in fact, there was a huge hole caused by the drum wearing into that part. My repairman suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if I could at least get the parts reimbursed to me, so I did. Herein lies another problem, the original LG serial numbers had been removed, so LG would not help me.When I contacted Asosa about that, they told me that they receive the appliances with the serial number removed and instead offer a 6 month warranty of their own. Had that fully been explained to me, then I probably would have just opted to purchase from a big box store, replaced only my broken washer, and waited longer to replace the dryer - which after 25 years was still working ok, but not as well as the new ones. Asosa also said that I should have contacted them before calling a repair person, because they would have liked to try to help me. So, if you do choose to buy from Asosa (and they are nice people), just know that there is zero manufacturers warranty, and you should contact them even if your appliance is out of warranty. Not sure how they will help you, but maybe it will help another customer if they ever find themselves in the same position. Buyer be warned.Also, LG quality has really gone down; the corner cutting that they are doing is outrageous for the prices that they are charging. After sinking in a total of $654.93 in parts & labor, hopefully I will have a working dryer for a bit longer.1/1/22 - Compré una nueva lavadora y secadora LG a un precio realmente bueno de Asosa. I decided to do business with this company due to all the great reviews here. Most used refrigerator businesses have a lot of negative reviews due to appliances breaking down almost as soon as they are delivered. He was able to match me with a used fridge that was in my budget that wasnt yet available for purchase and delivered it to my house the next day. I got a great deal and a great experience. 60 day warranty.Its only day 1. I will update at a later time.Update: 6 months later, Im still happy with my purchase. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

We had a great experience dealing with Asosa Appliances. We drove 4 hours one way to buy a stacked washer and dryer. My wife saw a French door bottom freezer refrigerator that she liked and we made a great deal on both. They helped us load and secure them on my trailer. He even gave us an extra tie-down to make sure they made the long trip home.Really great people to do business with. 5 stars.

I had a great experience and got a great deal on a used fridge from Asosa Appliances. Delivery was the next day, they moved my old refrigerator to the garage, and he walked me thought all the new features on the fridge before leaving. I’m very pleased with the whole process.
