Was told to be there at 8 am new patient arrived 8 minutes early and doors locked. Seen a representative at desk so tapped on door she gave me a hand signal as if she was coming. Never cam just sat in the chair eating her breakfast as we are still standing outside. As she opened the door I thanked her for letting us know she was not going to open it and sat and ate her muffin.. don’t tell new patients to be there early and not notify them to let them know doors will not open till 8am.. where’s the customer service and communication!! Horrible first impression and experience

5 stars all around! Everyone is so friendly and nice! Alittle pricey but definitely worth it! I was able to get in. Wasnt judged for being a nearly 26 year old person who had never been to a dentist, they were super compassionate about my discomfort, was able to schedule me in asap to get almost all of my issues fixed and prioritized my pain over anything else. Im so glad I was able to get in and everyone was so nice and friendly! I cant get over how amazing my visit was

Disappointed that had to ask for service, one week after being told everything was good with my teeth, then had a tooth break…when called for appointment had to wait until end of week to be seen. Ended up having the leftover part of tooth extracted. Doctor and tech were pleasant in this not so good situation and did give a discount, so I would rate this visit as ok.

A very tough visit. Although the staff were kind, they were disorganized which resulted in me being there for 3 hours - to spend 10 minutes for the dentist to cement on a crown that had fallen off. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes while other people came in and were taken back before me because they’d forgotten I was there. They then took X-rays, got me into a chair and then came back to say they’d made a mistake, that they couldn’t accept my insurance and I’d have to pay out of pocket for the X-rays. After some back and forth with insurance getting this covered, I then sat in the chair for another 45 minutes waiting for the dentist. A staff person came back and was shocked I was still waiting. Would not recommend.

I rated 1 star because I couldnt go any lower. They deserve a -3. After 6 visits for my wife. Then they decided that she was to anxious to work on. Office manager was helpful even though the surgeon was a punk, who was to scared to do anything that would actually help the patient. No nitrous, no pain meds, and no sedation. I normally dont comment negatively on anything, but they dont deserve anything positive. Ive never been to a worse dentist in my life. I guess it is just what a chain is, just like mickyDs they didnt do anything above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customer. Screw the customer, give me your money....youll get what you get and youll be happy about it. Fort Wayne Dental group is by far the best dental service around Fort Wayne. Dr. Creech is a great dentist. Hes not just there to take your money, like Aspen, hes there to help you get well.

My experience was a mess from my first phone call all the way until I demanded a refund and walked out because they had numbed me in preparation for oral surgery that they would then admit they didnt have the equipment to do. I had sat so long that my face was beginning to have feeling again and they still wanted me to go through with the operation despite admitting they didnt have the tools onsite. Their staff were unprofessional, uncertain of everything, and seemed to be only interested in adding cost to my treatment. Never again will I set foot in an Aspen Dental. I will cancel my works dental policy and purchase one out of pocket if Aspen is my only option.

Do not go here at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. I was unable to make an appointment without paying upfront, fine. I did that, I was quoted and paid before I could schedule my appointment for a wisdom tooth removal. I kept pleading with them I did not want an unexpected bill because I had the money to pay then as I saved. I was told I wouldn’t be surprised by any bill, in fact, I was told I may end up being reimbursed a bit of what I paid upfront. Now months later I’m being sent a bill that my insurance didn’t cover such and such. Avoid at all costs. I could have got this procedure done well by a surgeon at the price I’m ultimately having to pay after the fact. I don’t have the money to pay for unexpected bills after I was told what I needed to pay upfront before surgery. I actually planned to change over from Harrison Dental to Aspen, but after experiencing this scam like others have I will not be back, and I will not recommend this place to anyone else…. Mind you this place chipped my tooth next to my wisdom tooth when they were extracted. I WILL NOT RETURN.

It took a while to get everything worked out as far as my insurance, but the people were really nice, and the procedures that I have had I have been really satisfied with. It only took 2 hours to remove all of my top teeth with very little pain. My upper denture looks great! This was at the Illinois rd office. I could not work with the coliseum office at all. They were not interested in helping me at all, and would not listen.

They were quick to get me on their schedule and even called back because they had an opening and could get me in sooner! The doctor was direct and to the point, which was great to me! The staff was helpful throughout my visit. During checkout/paperwork with one of the ladies up front, she provided me with all the options I could ask for. She was also able to schedule my next appointment right there as well as notice that they had a slot of time right now to do impressions so I didnt have to make multiple trips. Great staff!

Was referred to a third party company by Aspen Dental only to discover that the other company was trying to sell me auto insurance. "Root Canal Specialty Services" has no intention of alleviating your tooth pain. First question asked was whether or not Im over 55 years old. Usual scam call 101 in order for them to weed out the people not feeble enough to be taken advantage of. After going along with the automated prompts for a bit, they eventually realize Im not falling for it and it hangs up on me. Pathetic and really reflects poorly on Aspen Dental as my trust and faith in them is now extremely shaky if not already nonexistent at this point.

We were in for a new patient appointment. Appointment was at 8 right when doors opened. Waited until 8:35 to be called because there was another new patient appointment that was scheduled at the same time. We finally get back and are told we have to take new x-rays even though we had x-rays that were less than 48 hours old sent to the office. My wife had to remove all of her jewelry because “our surgeon is really picky”. We were put in a room and I’m writing this review at 9:00am and we still haven’t been seen. The surgeon could be a angel sent from god himself and I still wouldn’t give above 2 stars.Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE experience. Would definitely not recommend.

I call Aspen Dental because I broke my lower partial. The people were very nice and i greatlyappreciated their caring and professional attitude. Even tho I had Not bought my dentures from them, they still agreed to fix them for me. In fact, they fixed them that same day. Outstanding service by caring professionals.

In spite of having a veritable flood of patients, the staff were all professional and friendly. I had some doubts about changing to a communal practice but they really had an efficient setup that checked all the boxes. My one complaint about Aspen Dental was the following few days in which my inbox was flooded with requests to leave a review.

I had broke a couple teeth and needed to have them removed. I called them Thursday and Friday morning I had an appointment and both teeth were removed. The staff explained the procedure and quoted a very reasonable price. I had used Aspen Dental a couple of years ago and had a very pleasant experience.

Husband called to ONLY GET INFORMATION if they accepted his insurance for an oral surgeon. Young man that answered the phone WOULD NOT answer his question and kept pushing to make an appointment. He would not accept that my husband only wanted to know if his insurance was excepted and he was not calling to schedule an appointment! When the young man kept pushing the issue of scheduling with my husband, I, the wife, took the call over and was trying to explain and reason with the young man we did not need to schedule and asked again if they accepted our insurance. The young man would not give us that information and was harassing me now to make an appointment! I then proceeded to tell him I wanted to speak to his office manager! He stated he didnt have one! I then stated I wanted to speak to his boss! He stated again he didnt have one! He said he was only trying to help to schedule an appointment! I told him again we did not need an appointment! I told him you just lost a patient and hung up on him due to him refusing to stop with his game and refusing to pass the call on to management! NEVER have I experienced anyone in the customer service business like this individual! He definitely needs to be fired from this job for his jackass attitude!!!

Took my husband for an appointment . First visit everyone was so kind and amazing. It all started with the women on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment. She was so kind and I told her she had excellent customer service skills. Everyone was a 10 on customer service and unfortunately in this day and age, customer service is not a top priority. I called the day before and they were able to schedule me for the next day. The staff is very friendly and professional. One particular staff member by the name of Erika was amazing. We chatted for a while and it was like running into an old friend. I can honestly say that i had and enjoyable experience at the dentist office

This is the worst dentist office in Fort Wayne. They obviously do not know how to schedule and read insurance. They scheduled me a day early before my insurance renewed for the year and proceeded to try and charge me $120 for a teeth cleaning. That’s almost laughable!! You can go get a cleaning at PFW for $60 with no insurance!! And they do a they do a way better job! What a joke. On top of that… they attempted to fix my wife’s “small cavity” and failed miserably.. they even tried to fix it twice and still couldn’t get it done 😂😂 Aspen is a joke. If you can avoided going there, then do it. Seriously.. don’t even waste your time with them.

After years of putting off going to the dentist I finally decided to face the music and do what was long over due. Dr. Losier was personable and right to the point. He was upfront about what had to be done and wasn’t trying to sell me extra procedures. Venecia, hopefully I spelled it right, helped me find what my insurance would cover and made my visit easy as pie. Is it possible to enjoy the dentist? They were fantastic!

If I could give a zero, I would. By far the worst health care experience I’ve ever had. I was seen by a dental student who quickly looked at my X-rays and told me everything would be fine with my wisdom teeth extraction. The office made me pay $900 upfront or else the ortho surgeon wouldn’t even take my appointment. Red flag! I wanted to get all of my teeth out, since my bottom two were coming in horizontally, I was told I needed to be put under general for them to be removed. I woke up only to learn that the surgeon hadn’t done the surgery and had only removed the two teeth which had come in properly (which my regular orthodontist could have easily removed without my having to be put under aka would have only cost about $400). Clearly the surgeon took advantage of me since he had my X-rays and knew he wasn’t going to take my bottom two out BASED ON THE X-RAYS HE HAD IN HIS HAND BEFORE SURGERY. Then six, seven months later the office has the AUDACITY to tell me I owe them $366 more dollars??? Even though I was misled into having unnecessary surgery and put under for no reason with only half of the procedure preformed. I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life. This whole business is a big scam and they are impossible to reason with. Such a sketchy business and surgeon I would rather have walked to a different state for a different office than have to deal with this company. Horrifying and flat out illegal practices. Avoid this place at all costs!

Went here to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Got a badly bruised eye that kept getting worse and went to go to the ER to get it checked out because Aspen Dental doesnt answer their emergency line. ER ended up telling me I should be fine and it will go away but I wish I had gotten this information from Aspen. I didnt pay them over 1,000 dollars to ignore me post procedure. Not a terrible experience with them overall as most of the people I met in person were quite nice and attentive but I feel like not answering their emergency line is a big red flag. Not being able to get in touch with them post-op is not a good feeling when I dont know if something is wrong or not.

Great experience all around. Easy check in, easy payment. Angela P. and Emma H. were so nice and efficient as well. They even asked about my family and our Christmas plans. Dr. Losier popped in to check off on everything and he gave me an A+! I highly recommend this location!

I went in for a cleaning, Angela Patterson RDH cleaned my teeth and she is seriously the best and the nicest! I use to dread getting my teeth cleaned before because the hygienist was not the most friendly, but with Angela and the team at the Coliseum location it is a great experience, lots of education given on how to keep your teeth clean in between cleanings as well. A+

Told me they were extracting all 4 wisdom teeth. They only extracted 3. When I called to figure out why. They were rude on the phone. Terrible dentistry. EXPENSIVE and unsatisfactory customer service after procedure is done. Will not be coming back and I will be telling everyone I know about my terrible experience.Edit : after many phone calls and back and forths, they finally decided that they would help, thank you by the way. They pulled the 4th tooth that was supposed to be pulled the first time. Most of the staff is nice but I still have to say that this was overall a bad experience and it was my first experience at a dentist office as an adult.

Aspen Dental is located on Coliseum Blvd between World Nail Salon and AT&T. WARNING: This company does not accept Medicaid at all. The scheduler was nice and mostly professional however when she asked me about my insurance information, she did not explain that Aspen Dental did not accept Medicaid. Upon arrival is when this was made clear. Be careful, if you have Humana as a primary and Medicaid as a secondary you will be responsible for any balances. This factual information came from the person that handles the billing at ASPEN. I do believe that the scheduler was misleading and I know the billing person is where I should have started. If you are like me and on the above mentioned programs, dont waste your time with ASPEN DENTAL because ultimately I feel they really dont care about you or yours, theyre only interested in making money (and thats all good).

Went in yesterday for an emergency appointment , called at 1:30 pmwas able to be scheduled for a 2:30 pm, went in at 2pm and was seen and finished by 2:30pm. The doctor was awesome and straightforward and the staff along with check in lady were great and wentabpve and beyond. Honestly my fear of going to the dentist is no more and o cant wait to go back!!! A++

The nurse who helped me get settled eased me into the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. He made sure I was comfortable and not too anxious. The surgeon was a very nice man too. The procedure was done so quickly, my mom almost didnt have time to move the car. Im even writing this review only 7 hours are my procedure!

My first visit/consult was fine. I told scheduling, assistant, everyone who would listen that I have high dental anxiety & only wanted a specific issue treated. Dentist who checked things out was understanding, but I needed a complicated tooth removal. Had to schedule for when a specialist was in. Asked scheduling about anxiety meds or something, and they said they don’t do that, but they can do sedation. Great. Book me. They did not book me for sedation. I found out I wasn’t getting it while I cried while they numbed me. They said sedation is an option. YEAH, I told them That’s what I had wanted & they said since I didn’t book for it & would have to come back if I wanted it, but since I “got through” numbing & “nobody likes the dentist” it should be fine. NO. I thought I had booked for it & I was already crying. They don’t even do nitrous/gas or anything. Idc that I’m an adult, I am scared of the dentist & this isn’t the one for me.

Every experience at Aspen has been a great one and that is difficult to say sometimes about a dentist, but everyone there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explain everything thoroughly and include any costs that you will encounter. Knowing the cost is always a big deal unfortunately to our pocketbook, but Aspen always does their best not to sting you quite so bad with the price. Hopefully, one day soon we will live in a world where price is never mentioned and I am sure Aspen will be leading that day.

Both my husband and I had appointment set up and they did an excellent job with our cleaning and explaining their suggestions for our oral health. The wait time wasnt ideal but it is understandable since they thoroughly clean all their surfaces between visits due to the covid. All the nurses, doctor and hygienist were so friendly! These stars are well deserved! Thank you for a great first visit.

They did a phenomenal job. I have a real fear of dentists from past experiences but and issue forced me to find a dentist to go to. These guys were great! My only issue was that no one took the time to talk to me a little bit and find more about my history or about any other issues. That was the ONLY thing my old dentist had over aspen. He sat down for a bit and talked with you and gave you a chance to share anything you needed to before starting. Other than that, these guys did great!

Im downgrading my previous rating because of my recent experience. I have my dentures, but as my gums have been healing Ive been having a problem. The back of my bottom dentures are literally cutting into my flesh when I put them in and leave painful open gaping wounds when I take them out. I tried using them only for eating, but I cant get them in the next day because of the pain. Im really afraid the wounds will get infected, but they cant get me in for almost two weeks. Yet Ive seen them take walk-in patients for adjustments before. This is definitely not how I thought this experience would play out. Very disappointing because they really made it seem like they cared. The person who did my adjustment even told me to call right away if I had any problems. They didnt even try to get me into a different location. They lost another star from me. I paid the estimated price before my procedure. The next time I went in they said I owed 14 more dollars that insurance didnt cover, and that was it. I went in a couple months later and they said I owed almost 700 more dollars! This is four months later and after I was assured that the 14 dollars was all I owed. Felt like a major bait and switch.
