Removed 4 teeth today and they are very professional in what they do for you. I will be going back for a new replacement upper denture and a lower Implant snap in denture. Texas Roadhouse here I come 😋
So far not good. Tech bruised my lips and mouth when doing denture impressions. Other tech was pretty good. Tech also hurt my mouth when doing exrays. I usually dont complain about anything!
I called them at 8:30am because I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. Aspen dental got me in at 10am and I was back home by 11am with my tooth all fixed up. I didnt feel pressured for anything, I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
Had a tooth that was causing me so much pain I couldnt really sleep or eat. Medved in town wanted to schedule out over a month to get it removed. Aspen took care of it right away.
Had a very great experience at Aspen. Everyone is so kind and helpful.
I had to have a tooth extracted yesterday. Dr. Que and staff were absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend this office.
Went there the other day to have my implant uncovered and have 3 chipped teeth fixed. I have extremely bad anxiety but everything went great and now my smile is back to normal
Dr. Que is AWESOME! He actually cares about his patients. Staff knows their jobs and do them professionally and friendly. I highly recommend Aspen Dental of Lancaster, Ohio
Serena and Noelle were excellent. I left expecting to wait a week for my denture, and they had it for me that day. They treated me so good too. Highly recommend.
I love this Dentist. He is always so polite and understanding. He gives it to you straight and always saying sorry and please throughout the visit. Staff is very nice and gives you the time you need. They explain the process with caring concerns. I am not a dental type of person, if you know what I mean? You have to give them a shot:)
My tooth cracked in half last night. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in in an hour. They extracted my tooth same day! The payment plan makes it convenient to cover costs.
The first lady that did my impression I dont know if she was new or something because it hurt when she put it in my mouth and was pushing it up into my teeth and there was too much water on the stuff that it was so runny it spilled a little on me its like she needed someone with her to show her how to do it. The second lady that came in to do it again this time she did it right and didnt hurt me and she was gentle with me and I liked her alot. The rest of them was all nice.
The people were very friendly and took care of my dental needs in a very professional manner
Told me on the phone they’d be able to do something for me then when I got there and paid they said okay we’ll schedule you for weeks out. Waste of time don’t go here
Everyone was REALLY friendly but it feels like you are being hearded through like cattle. Everything seems very procedural and less like individualized care. However, it was my first time here and they were efficient. I am going back and hopefully will continue to have a positive experience.
Truly professional and warm staff. Quick but thorough. I felt like they cared about me as a person. The Doc is exceptional. Hands down the best in the business. He takes his time, explains what’s happening, and is as gentle as possible.Thank you all.
Made an appointment at about 7:30am for 11am the same day for wisdom tooth consultation. Ended up having them pulled same day. Every employee was friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" would be laughing gas or some kind of medicine for anxiety would have been nice but it was my half my fault for not asking. Would 100% recommend asking for at least laughing gas while having teeth extracted, it was definitely not pleasant but Im glad its over with .
I had 2 teeth extracted on Saturday. The experience was as pleasant as possible thanks to my dentist. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.
I went into Aspen Dental a nervous wreck.I was treated with the UTMOST kindness, respect & I actually felt like I family. They are so nice. I encourage everyone to go there...
My overall experience with Aspen Dental was a pleasant one, considering the circumstances of my visit. An extraction was in order and the Doctor and staff were all very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing was the temperature of the room when I was in the chair waiting to get numb. It was very cold, as ice, and I was chilled to the bone. Perhaps this is something to attend to, especially for us older folks. I did appreciate them getting me an appointment so promptly, but I did have to drive 2 hours, both ways, because the Aspen Dental nearest me had no openings, even for emergency visits, which mine was. Overall, I was treated very kindly and as quickly and professionally as possible.
Did an initial "consult." No cleaning. Just Xrays. Then they had to refer me out for a root canal. Surprised that any dental center is unable to do their own root canal work. Also surprised that a cleaning was not part of the first appointment. Seems like a profit center trying to milk insurance, honestly. Wont be going back.
The dentist office I went to was kind and nice and they get 5 our of 5 stars however the company itself has some major work it needs to do since I would only give then 3/5 stars. Their site doesnt send the right info and their text messages are a horrible times like one hour before store closing and reminders about appointment at midnight after appointment
The dentist I had been going to shut down and needed a dentist ASAP. I had a tooth that was bothering me and they got me in with in a few days. The dentist is very kind was knowledgeable about my autoimmune condition and how that effected my teeth. He made me feel very comfortable and explained things well. The X-ray girl was nice and gentle and the financial manager was super nice and helpful. I would recommend Aspen dental if you are looking for a new dentist or if your having a dental emergency. I was nervous that at a first visit I wouldn’t be able to have my tooth taken care of but they were able to remove the tooth and schedule me for some additional work the following week. The pricing seemed fair to me.
They got me in quickly for a dental emergency. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and so nice. I appreciate the way I was handled, right down to a payment plan that made it possible to have my needs addressed. Thanks to all!
I had a wonderful experience with Aspen Dental. They were very caring and thoughtful. Once I got my dentures they explained what I should do/not do for the next day and weeks until I came back for a fitting.
I had 2 appointments pre-covid and was not impressed. The hygienist was super rude. They added on unnecessary charges without telling me until after I paid. I had an appointment scheduled a few months ago and when the time came they never even told me it was cancelled. I called to confirm my appointment and they said they didn’t even have a hygienist at the time and would call me back to get an appointment scheduled when they had one. Well it’s now December and still haven’t heard anything?! I know we are in a pandemic but this is still very unprofessional considering I was already a patient here and I know they are doing cleanings currently. I absolutely won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
Not a big fan of going to the dentist, under up needing a root canal and extraction. Staff was super friendly and Dr Q was very positive and professional. My first go ended up in a jolt of some pain so doc gave more numbing and proceeded cautiously making sure I was comfortable. Couldnt ask for a nicer dentist!
Dr Q is absolutely the most kind person! He is patient and answers every question thoroughly. The office staff are always laughing and seem very happy. Everyone is respectful and makes sure you are comfortable during the visit. Great place to receive quality care!!
Personnel is top notch & exams very through. Only problem is I had teeth pulled & partial made for top teeth about 1.5 years age & now they are recommending that balance of top teeth be extracted & full plate be made. I think this should have been recommended at the time the partial was first made.
My dentist office was closed due to the Covid19 pandemic and as luck would have it, I needed to see a Dentist on emergency basis. Aspen dental got me in right away and they were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the place was spotless. They were constantly disinfecting and everyone wore a mask. The Dentist was super kind and very gentle. My experience was so good that I am thinking about making them my regular dentist and I would highly recommend them 😊
I was in so much pain, any longer and it would have drove me insane. With the situation no one was open, even supposedly emergency care, but Aspen Dental was!! They had me in the Lancaster office within 45 minutes. The staff and the Doctor went above what they had to. At my asking they pulled three rotted teeth. They were amazing! I will continue my care with them. Within 1 hour I was pain free. Thank so much. Jerry Young
Had my semi-annual check up yesterday. They always do a great job here. The staff is friendly and I was in and out quickly. I really like their evening hours on Tuesdays. It’s nice not having to take time off to see the dentist. Dr Que is the best!Nothing has changed. They do a wonderful job taking care of me and my wife.
They were so helpful and so caring about my situation. I was traveling from out of state and they were able to give me an appointment. I traveled about 50 miles to go there and it was worth every mile. I would recommend locals to use this dental office. Thank you for the extra care.
There is a great deal of positive that I can say but I dont think I would ever personally return to an Aspen Dental. Part of the reason is because I think the closest Aspen Dental to me is roughly and hour and a half away. But the other reason is more rooted in the general nature of the appointment. There is a mixture of positive and negative in my experience so let me start with the positive:1. The office is extremely nice and has a clean, modern feel. It doesnt feel like your typical stuffy dentists office. So that was refreshing.2. The office staff is extremely friendly. The staff member that did all my x-rays was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. It was also perhaps the most comprehensive set of x-rays I think I had ever received.3. The dental hygienist was very quick and professional.4. The dentist was very likable and laid out a comprehensive treatment plan for the various issues that I was having.5. The staff member that helped me "check out" was also very nice and professional.Nobody was pushy. Everybody was nice. So you might wonder what it was that I didnt care for about my time at Aspen Dental.1. My main complaint about my appointment was that everything was slick and fast but nothing was done. Literally! Nothing was done. I had gone in for a broken molar (#18 to be exact). After being told that I would need a root canal on that tooth, in addition to some other work, they sent me to the checkout desk without doing anything other than analyzing what was wrong and then developing a "treatment plan". To be fair, thats probably typical in many offices but I think this was the first time I had ever been to a dentist where they didnt ask me if there was anything they could do for me right that second. I know for a fact I have never had a dentist appointment where nothing but diagnosis was done.2. In the little more than an hour that I was there I saw 5 different people. I was in an open room of a sort and I could hear another patient very near me being treated and I couldnt help but wonder how that was not a HIPPA violation. I heard personal information about that individual. They were so close that it sounded like they were nearly in my room.3. Some of the office staff was having a conversation in that general vicinity and they were speaking about some plastic surgery they had done somewhere on their body. They were making no effort to be quiet and carried on this conversation openly within earshot of at least two patients. It didnt bother me it just made me feel like I was inadvertently sticking my nose in business that wasnt mine. It just felt a little unprofessional.4. When I went to check out the staff member helping me ran through a list of "treatments" that included a service that no one had spoken to me about. I have a missing tooth on my lower right side and even though I had never discussed inserting a bridge in that area someone, Im assuming maybe the dentist, had me down to get a bridge in the area of the missing tooth. No one discussed that with me but they were prepared to charge me for it. The checkout girl was moving so quickly that I could see how someone who wasnt paying attention would just agree to whatever because it is, after all, a dentists office and many people would feel compelled to just do what the doctor ordered. As nicely as I could I explained to the staff member that I wasnt from the area and that I was really just trying to figure out what course of action I needed to take with my broken tooth and that I would take what I learned that day and address it with a DDS closer to home. She understood and sent me on my way.5. Everywhere you looked in that office there were posters relating to what I would call cosmetic dentistry. While Im sure they do all the typical things you would have done in any dentists office I got the feeling the emphasis at Aspen Dental was cosmetic dentistry. My recommendation: Im sure these are great folks, just make sure youre discerning at your appointment.
I called Aspen dental due to needing a local dentist. I made an appointment and stated I wanted a 6month check up and cleaning. The lady on the other end demonstrated understanding and helped make an appointment. I showed up 20min early and filled out paperwork. After turning in paperwork I was immediately called back. I was given 1,000 x-rays, literally! The x-ray gal was nice and stated I see you are here for a cleaning. She said the gal that cleans teeth should get to me today. I thought that weird but just said ok...They then put me in a back room in a dental chair. I was visited by another gal who "measured my gums." She basically tried to sell me a $300 floss. I said not interested. I sat for about 10min and a dentist visited me. He said I had a cavity and he would like to book an appointment to fix it. I agreed to the appointment. I sat there for an hour alone with no one coming back. This was my first appointment. I was expecting to be wowed! I just got up and left. I was going to say something at the desk but everyone was on their cell phones!! It was super weird!!! I called to complain and the lady said aspen would not have cleaned my teeth on the first visit. They have to get to know me first, LOL!!!! This is a true one star dentist company. This is the walmart of dentistry. STAY AWAY!!! For the record I have always gotten a teeth cleaning with EVERY visit!!!!
I have been going to the Lancaster Ohio location for a little over 2 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences, And when it comes to the dentist thats hard to pull off.Dr. Que is the greatest dentist. He always takes time to explain everything, he is so very kind and gentle. My husband was so worried to go to the dentist and Dr. Que made him feel so comfortable. The staff is also so friendly. Best dentist and office hands down.
Dr Que and the rest of the Aspen staff were fantastic. Helped me reach an affordable loan. They listened to what I wanted and took that into account. I go in tomorrow for my surgery but have not doubt I will be in good hands. Been waiting for a happy smile for too long. Im ready. Considering the dentist can be a scary place I was very happy when I left Wednesday.
They was really good with my kids! I really wish they could have done my youngest filling but then are unable to do so . But they was so good with my children ,my husband which has not been to the dentist in many years due to a bad experience decided to give them a try! He felt so comfortable he scheduled his own appt with them !!! Which was a huge step for him !!! I was shocked ! Thanks Aspen dental !!!
Aspen Dental in Lancaster OH has wonderful dentists, dental hygienists, and support staff. I always come away feeling like I really matter to them. The service they provide is excellent. Im very happy with the care I receive there.
This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. The staff is amazing! I felt that they took their time to make sure I understood my procedure and they really care about their patients. Im already recommending them to family and friends!
It was a great experience today with Aspen Dental. The receptionist is very friendly and the hygentist explained every thing that she was doing. The new partial is so much better than the one I got from another dentist. I will definitely recommend Aspen to my friends.
Had my work done in their Lancaster ohio office. Dr Que is awesome, he explained everything step by step as he went. They make sure you feel no pain and make the dentist an actual pleasant experience. He even let my daughter watch The procedure as she is wanting to go into the dental field this year, showed her what he was doing with explanation, really was nice of him. The girls that work there are amazing as well, always smiling and make you feel comfortable. Really have a family like atmosphere in this office and I tell everyone i know to go there.
I went to Aspen Dental a while back and received what I believe was pretty good care. I do not have any issue to report with the final outcome of the actual dental work and remain satisfied on that account. However, there appear to be serious issues with their office and patient management.First: The pricing I was given for the services I required turned out to be completely inaccurate. The co-pay was higher than I expected, but still manageable at the time. The procedures involved a temporary crown which was to be replaced by the permanent one several days later. The permanent crown was late (they said someone forgot to send in the orderand I was leaving on a 3 week trip - which I had told them I could not change. I was told that if the temporary crown fell out I could go to any Aspen Dental in the country and get it put back in for free. I called two - both said they would do no such thing! I called the office I had visited - they said they couldn’t understand why I was told that, but they could do nothing about it. I avoided using that tooth and the issue was resolved when I got backAbout 9 months later I received a rather sizable bill from Aspen Dental Inc! I called the local office and the person who took the call looked things up and said, “oh, oh - it looks as if someone forgot to submit to insurance.” I do give Aspen Inc. credit for not sending the bill to collection agency while it was sorted out. In fact, in the end I received a check from Aspen for the co-pay. That was enough to make me think it was a one-time set of issues until I tried to schedule a visit last month. The office in Lancaster, Ohio told me at that time that they had limited availability, meaning none at any time I could get there. I just called again and was told they do not currently have a dental hygienist on staff, but they could call me when they get one. See you later Aspen Dental - you need to get your business in order.
My wife and I recently visited the Lancaster, Ohio office and were very pleased with our experience. Not only were they able to schedule our appointments quickly but the service well exceeded our expectations from the front office staff, office management, the x-ray technician, dental assistant and Dr. Que himself! They were all truly reassuring and comforting. We both needed some extensive dental work and left without feeling any pain. We would highly recommend visiting Aspen Dental in Lancaster, Ohio for any and all dental needs!
Great experience! I was able to set up appointments for me and my husband back to back for teeth Cleanings in a week. My appointment was first and it was on time and I didnt have to wait in back my cleaning was done then x-rays then seen by dentist with mo delays in between. I was also able to srt up an appointment to fix my front tooth cap for the following Monday. Would recommend!
I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who doesnt feel comfortable going to a dentist. They made my experience as comfortable as they could for me. Knowing I was scared and I really didnt want to be there. I have had one procedure so far and I am doing well. Several more to go. But Im excited to smile again!
I filled out my paperwork ahead of time, which helped speed up the process, but it still took longer than I expected. I was seen at my appointment time, but I was waiting for the hygienist for 40 minutes because my insurance was processing to see what would be covered. That being said, they have TVs attached to the dental chair, so I wasnt bored out of my mind. It was an overall positive experience. My childhood family dentist was amazing, but since I have moved away from home, this was a fine replacement for her detnal care.
They always treat me nice and the dental work done is great for me. They tell me what to expect and show me the xrays, to account for the work being done. I feel the prices are very competitive with others in the area. I have been going to this site for 3 years and they have had a dentist change just once with the transition very smooth. The reason why for the change was the dentist wanted to move back to his home state of Texas. Nice job here in Lancaster, Ohio
I had a wonderful experience at this Aspen Dental location. My hygienist was extremely proficient and gentle unlike any other hygienist I have ever seen. The dentist was knowledgeable and did everything possible to make my experience superb. I plan on returning to this location for any and all future dental work. Thank you for the great experience.
Ive been a patient at Aspen Dental in Lancaster, Ohio for nearly 3 years and initially the waiting time was intolerable and I almost went elsewhere. There was a change in staff and the result is phenomenal. The staff are always friendly and knowledgable and Im hardly spending any time in the waiting room at all. The services are professional and the quality of the workmanship is the best. The cost is fair and the payment terms are unheard of in todays business world. I was given 6 months with no interest to pay my portion of my dental bill. If I have a complaint about anyone connected with dental care...its not Aspen Dental, its my insurance company - they try to weasel out of everything. Id recommend Aspen / Lancaster to anyone. Joe R.
