Pinch me, Im dreaming. I arrived early and was seen early. The facilities are top notch including the giant clean bathroom that my 3 year old used. Karen took me for X rays and moved like the wind with laser focus, though she still talked and joked with me making me comfortable immediately. Karen really spoke from the heart. Moving onto the dentist and periodontist, I was treated so well while my wife and daughter were comfortably seated beside me in the room. I was gifted a free consultation for prospects of extensive work and the treatment plan was put together by a group of individuals that formed an elite team, with Dr. Kim at the helm. All my questions were answered, and I was given an abundance of time to think of more questions until all my curiosities had been satisfied. Ultimately I was taken into a room with Amanda, where a comprehensive plan was discussed with my family. Amanda hammered away at the keyboard toward the customization of the plans I wanted to consider. Pricing? Duration? Details? Financing? Possibilities? All discussed. I failed in keeping this brief so my final thought is that we as patients can sense when we are in the presence of a strong team that actually enjoys the company of the members. I got an appointment in under a week! It was so pleasant it was my first thought upon waking up the following day. Thanks folks, sincerely, Joseph O.
My experience with Aspen Dental, happened due to an accident, but Im so glad it did!! Everyone here has been so kind and helpful. I would recommend this Aspen Dental to everyone!
Very friendly and gracious professional office doctors and hygienist. Looking forward to a long future with these folks
Dropped off my upper denture top plate that was 18 months old with a hairline fracture.Picked them up the following day.No crack, No charge
I love this place I’m always treated with dignity and respect I’m so glad i made the switch to Aspen Dental!!
Went for a new patient visit and they told me i had to have a filling replaced that had come out and i had gingivitis. They scheduled me for a cleaning and i get there and she says i need to give u an exam. She tells me you have periodontitis. Wouldn’t even clean my teeth. They tell me i have to go for 2 visits for periodontitis cleaning them go back every 3 months. I go get a second opinion and i don’t have a filling out and my gums are fine. They were just trying to get alot of money from me. I won’t be going there. Would not recommend.
I am pleased with Aspen Dental. They obliged me and instead of just giving me a check on the problem i went in for, because i had traveled a little distance, they fit me in to do the work that was needed same day. Also, I was impressed with how good the filling matched my teeth. I recommend Aspen Dental.
Aspen Dental was a good first start for me! From the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist - everyone was so nice, thorough & skillful. Im so glad I made the appointment with Aspen and look forward to having good work done on my teeth!
Everyone I had contact with was professional and respectful. I am happy I made the switch to a new practice. They are awesome.
Second appointment now and Dr. Collins and Tykea (hope I spelled it correctlywere fantastic. They did terrific work and I couldnt be happier. Thank you!
Tried calling. They hang up on you. ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER. Ive been to the Easton Aspen Dental. Drove 1.5 hours away when I actually live in Salisbury. Absolutely horrible customer service. They do not answer phones and are not scheduling period. Even though Im in Aspen Dental system they consider me a new patient in Salisbury.
Absolutely pleased with the care and professionalism of every single staff member at the Salisbury location, my personal first experience was incredible! Job well done
Im very happy with Aspen Dental. They got me in when I had a bad toothache when no other dentist would. They were very friendly and professional and were able to schedule my next appointment in 3 weeks vs 6 months!! My new dentist!!
Me & my husbands first timers, we were in and out no time with a full understanding of our treatment plans/cost and dates, times, availability, what to expect, how, & when, and the biggest takeaway was the fact that all we both needed to have done it could all be done there..We went in together and was separated when we got there, but had the same things to say about the experience when we got back together. Awesome experience in this covid medical climate. . Each staff member was an asset to the organization.
I have been going here since they opened. I have spent so much money here it’s ridiculous. I have gone back 3 times now to see what my options are. I have been left each time, waiting on a call back from Amanda. I’m not sure what I have done to be treated this way. I now have no choice I assume but to have all the rest of my teeth extracted because I can’t get treatment here!! I was in and I was pushed into a cleaning (because a new hygienist startedI was not cleaned AT ALL according to her, I scrub my teeth good! But yet I have a mess in there! I can guarantee I was charged for a full cleaning!! I don’t know what they have against me!!???????
I was a walk in and they took me in like I had an appointment took care of my problem and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend to family and friends
Had my first appointment today. Everyone was kind and helpful. Very positive and upbeat. Looking forward to getting my dental problems solved. It will be a process but hopeful I have found the right team to help me accomplish my dental health goals.
Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly and seem to care about all the questions that I had. They took their time trying to work with me and explain everything and I’m very excited to continue my implant/denture journey with them.
Took my sister to get a filling… they did free first exam and X-rays and then presented her with an $8,000 dental plan and would not do fillings. This place is a scam… they hook you in with the free stuff and then say you need thousands of dollars worth of dental work.
Terrible service. Awful wait time. They do not care if u live far away, will keep making u come for trips once a week over and over for the same scans. They do not care about ur time. All they care about is more and more money and dragging out the time. 2nd worst place I have ever seen, 1st was affordable dentures with my daddy... which is exactly why when it came time for my moms, we came here. BIG mistake! Make the drive hrs and hrs away, make a mini vaca out of it, and dont waste ur time on the shore. U wont be sorry. My mom was on time for her appt today at 10am, then never got seen until 12... and then they had her out by 1230. Cause it was jist another scan. Omg, its awful! She was talking to a guy, say he had already gave them a years worth of time, and 20,000.00 and still had no teeth yet. People beware!!! Go somewhere else!!!
PSA do not seek out this office for your dental care. I went in and had 2 front crowns done at the cost of over $2000 dollars. 1 1/2 years later I went back because the crown fell out AND do you know that they wanted to redo the crown at my expense of another $2000. Are you kidding me. Please beware if your like me we work too hard for our money!!!
Great service. Clean friendly service. Very informative about the process, both for your dental work, as well as the cost of the procedures. The lodge area was AWESOME, Tv, fast service. Would recommend.Dont forget your mask. Needed because open mouth procedures are being done, so it stands to reason...
I waited soo long in the waiting room. They booked so many people for the same time. Had xrays done. They have no compassion for the patient. They only want to do it one way. When you ask if they can try to do it another way tosave a tooth their answer is no. The call center doesnt has no idea what they offer. Dont waste yr time or gss.
I have not been able to get in yet. Unfortunately I couldnt get an appointment earlier than may. Im in some extreme pain from cavities and need a lot of work done asap. Luckily aspen got me an appointment a whole lot sooner than most other dentists are offering. I have priority partners insurance, do you all accept that? And if not would I be able to set up a payment plan with you guys? And my last question is if my teeth pain gets real bad again would there be any way i could walk in one day maybe sooner then my appointment and be treated as emergency? Thank you for your time and help
I arrived early for my appointment but wasn’t called back for 45 minutes after my appointment time. I went in for a cleaning and a hygienist looked at my gums and wouldn’t do the cleaning I was scheduled for. She wanted to do a more intensive cleaning which cost three times the amount of the original cleaning and would have to be set up a month later. I asked can’t you just clean A little bit? She said no after making her recommendation she wouldn’t do anymore. So, I guess I’ll go back in a month and wait some more. 😩
I went to Aspen dental to get dentures. The receptionist was very friendly. Then I met with Amanda who talked to me about options. Then for x-ray and saw the dentist. Was a very nice experience with friendly staff.
Very Friendly, and fast. moved my appointment from the Aspen Dental in Salisbury, MD to Easton, very easy painless transition between locations. Took impressions on Monday, Pick up my dentures on Friday.
Laura, the hygienist, made me feel comfortable and eased my anxieties. Very informative and personable. Ali was also very professional and helpful. Dr. Kim, though the meeting was brief, was very busy but did not rush our interaction. It was as good as I could have hoped.
Just wanted to say that Aspen is a good company and does great quality work. The whole staff was always friendly and courteous right from the first person you see right thru to the back. I had a full denture bottom and pretty much full top dentures. This was a long process from getting 22 teeth pulled to cavities filled to crowns to everything right down to the final dentures and I was amazed at how good and real they look its amazing what they can do today. Dr Kim was awesome.. So if you need some serious work done thats the place, they definitely arent the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and when your talking abouth teeth something thats going to be in there all day then you will want something good, thanks guys
This was my first visit with Aspen. I completed all my new pt information at home prior to my appointment. Was seen promptly on arrival for x-rays. Met the dentist and had an exam. Scheduled my cleaning and was out in about 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice.
I have not been pleased with Aspen Dental. I had lower dentures made & they are just horrible. I have been back 3 time for adjustments and they still not right. My last visit I told them that they were not right, very uncomfortable and hurting my gums. The doctor keep doing adjustments and tells me to were for awhile & see how they do. Well I cant even eat with them. I have never had to use cream or strios to hold my teeth in place & refuse to do so now. However they telling me to get the stuff to secure them in place. Not to mention thats $25.00 every time I go for adjustment because the insurance does not pay for that. I dont have $400.00 to throw down the drain. At this point I just want a refund and they can have the teeth. I cant use them no way.
I recently moved to the Salisbury Md area and had a tooth ache from a cracked tooth. I found Aspen online and made my appointment also online. I was surprised they could get me in so fast! I went to the office, they made their assessment of the issue, set up an extraction for 2 days later. I went back and had the tooth pulled with no problem. They handled everything with my insurance company and handled everything accordingly. My only critique would be the lack of any kind of plan for other known issues I have with my teeth. I have great insurance, paid for what I owed, nothing was mentioned about me coming back in for future work ? O well they did a good job all in all and helped resolve my main concern. Just odd you could get more money and have a long term patient if would have simply just asked. Aspen is a good place to get you fixed up and I can only assume they didn’t need additional , long tenured, good paying, good insurances customers ?
Excellent experience! Everyone here was very friendly, and professional. Had no bad experiences to report. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone with no reservations. From the time that I walked in the front door until the time that I left, everyone was very friendly, and strived to make me feel comfortable. Their prices were very reasonable.
After a year plus of not seeing a dentist my teeth were glade to get back to the dentist. From the check in desk to the let’s get a plan desk, everyone was very professional and very friendly (glade you are back). I think Aspen Dental is great.
I set my appointment because they said they accepted my insurance. The appointment was supposed to be an hour (for an examine), again (the second timeleft me sitting in the green room for 30 minutes, brought someone in after me, took them ahead of me (for the financial side), then after all of that informed me that they dont take my insurance. We can still help you if you have cash or credit. This is the second time that Ive been to Aspen Dental and I will say there will not be a third. Ashame they make you give them atleast 1 star to post your comments
Salisbury Aspen Dental gets zero stars. (But this site will not let me. My family and I have been patients at Salisbury Aspen Dental for a few years. I had a dental emergency. My tooth had broken. They did not try to get me into the office. The soonest they offered was a month away. They list that they take in walk in emergencies. So, On Wednesday, I went there and said I was a walk in. The receptionist told me to take a seat and she would call me to take my information. I sat there for about forty minutes. There was only one person in the waiting room. She did not bother to EVER address me or take my information during that time. I have had few dental emergencies. I was treated there as if I was invisible.NOW while I was waiting I found out there is a Easton office. I called them and they gave me a next day appointment. The Easton office gets five stars.
Friendly staff - from the receptionist who greeted me, to the dental techs who took x-rays and measured my gums, to Dr. Kim who politely requested that I start flossing every day (yeah, I know). They have HGTV or The Price Is Right on the TVs in the different waiting rooms if you dont want to bury your head in your phone while waiting. I admit I am not a fan of those shows so that is the worst part of coming here. Visiting these folks is not a chore. And they took good care of me a few years ago when I had some problems (due to the fact that I hadnt been to a dentist in ~25+ years).
2 hours and nothing. I had a filling fall out and they would not schedule me for 3 months because of a surgery I had. Ok fine. I show up and spend an hour and 20 minutes waiting to be called. Watched several people reschedule. Finally go back and took X-rays. Ok. Now in. Room and first girl comes in to check to see what kind of cleaning I needed. The instantly we’re trying to up sell me. The doctor came in and tried to update me before she even looked into my mouth. The doctor tried to push root canals and crowns and partial dentures before she even looked At the missing cavity. Then finally she looked at it and there was no way possible to just fill the cavity again. Mind you there is no pain and the root is not exposed. She said that it was deep and she could only do a temporary filling that. Wait for it. I needed a root canal and partial dentures. Hmmm. So after now 2 hours they said ok come up front and we will get you scheduled for a filling. When I asked about the cleaning I’m supposed to get they made up issues and basically refused to do ANYTHING. Except schedule me 2 more appointments. One for cleaning and one for the filling. THEY DID NOT EVEN REMOVE TGE LEFTOVER FOOD STUCK IN TGE HOLE . I left the dentist and had to clean my own teeth. Do not waste your time or money with this corporation. Looking for a new dentist in theAM
I love Aspen Dental. Everyone there was very nice and very helpful. I was seen by an extremely helpful dentist. She explained everything to me and then developed a plan that met all my needs, including financing. They were exactly what I was looking for.
Horrible experience! First it took my husband 3 attempts to even get his treatment plan sent to him. He was told he would get a call back and that never happened. I finally had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to talk with someone to make sure that they email him his treatment plan. I also had my first appointment scheduled 2 months in advance. I had confirmed a week prior with there text system. I get to my appointment to find out they had canceled the appointment because they had not received a verbal confirmation. I have never heard of any office ever doing that. When I called to talk with someone she kept just repeating that my voicemail was full and they tried 3 times. I tried to explain I work full time and that I did confirm via text but it was like talking with a wall. I will never go back to this office.
After 3 weeks of trying to schedule I have given up. They lost the dental records sent to them and each time I called, i had to explain everything all over again. The last time i tried to scheduled, I was promised that someone would call me back..didnt happen. At this point, I would not trust them to do dental work because they couldnt even manage scheduling an appointment. Very disappointed in the customer service.
I had a very good first experience. I was able to get my cleaning done the same day as a new patient and my treatment plan following appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time frame. Staff, dental hygienist/dentist were all pleasant! I look forward to my next appointment!
I had a pleasant visit at Aspen Dental yesterday 01/18/2021. I was treated with respect by all staff members. They made sure i was satisfied and happy with my decision before i left. It was fast and the best visit and dentist office experience Ive ever had. I would recommend Aspen Dental for everyone. Thank you Aspen Dental.
They had to reschedule my appointment because my dental hygienist took the day off, I was bumped off the list for 3 weeks. This time it was really important to see a dental worker because I thought I had something medical going on with my mouth so I was forced to take an emergency appointment, which again they didnt want to schedule me in a timely manner i had to practically beg. The doctor did her job but was very curt with me and didnt allow me time to speak all of my concerns. Changing to the salisbury location, they need to tighten their ship.
All visits, do far, have been very positive. I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Strong again as I felt he is very caring and thorough. He has however changed locations, within Aspens network, and I found Dr Tiffany Kim very competent and caring. Also, a nice feature for us uninsured patients, is a payment arrangement through "Dental First". Thank you, Aspen, for being here.
I have been searching for a dentist and I think I finally found one. Everyone at Aspen was so nice, friendly and sympathetic to my fear of dentists. I knew when I talked to them on the phone that they seemed very good and when I went in for my appointment I confirmed everyone was very nice and helpful. The dental assistants were gentle and understanding of my fear. It was a great (as it could be at the dentist experience and I definitely recommend them. I will be going back.
If only I could give a negative number..I went for a cleaning and the hygienist was extremely rough and somehow managed to crack an existing filling. I know this because there was no problem before that appointment but severe pain following the appointment. When I returned to have that filling replaced, because it was clearly their fault, I was told that I would not be charged to fix the problem that they created. The dentist was extremely unprofessional, reaking of cigarettes when he came in the room. The filling was not done well and had to be replaced elsewhere. That was about a year ago, and now without having received ANY bill from them, or phone call, text message, or email, I just received a debt collection letter for that "service". Upon calling Aspen to inquire about this, I was informed that their system showed that I HAD NOT BEEN SENT A BILL IN ANY WAY and that they would contact corporate office to straighten it out. I am still getting calls and notices from debt collectors. Furthermore, in looking back at my bills from Aspen and comparing them to my current dentist, Aspen charged significantly more for the same type of services, which more recently (August 2018were not even done well. The turnover there has been high, as the dentists were over-booked for services and forced to rush through important dental procedures. DO NOT GO THERE!
So far every visit I had was better than the last one. Im truly impressed by the way Aspen Dental operates, and the entire staff are so friendly and helpful. Wish I could have been coming here years ago. I had to wait for my first appointment but it was well worth the wait. Keep doing what youre doing
First visit was comfortable compared to the other company I had been dealing with for the past year. Everyone was super nice. Waiting room was cozy. Seemed as if appointments were being called back on time for everyone. Seems organized. Was there in total 1 hour and have 3 more appointments next week to complete my work. Looking forward to getting it done right this time. I believe Aspen Dental will be my saving grace. Also love the way they explain everything with you and dont just push u along like its an assembly line! Happy with my journey so far.
I have been going to Aspen Dental for two years now at the Salisbury, Maryland location. I am happy with the overall cleanliness of the office, professional atmosphere, quality of care and friendly nature of the staff. This office is most often on time with the appointment and doesnt keep me waiting in the lobby for too long. The only compliant I have is two weeks or so prior to each appointment, which I schedule well in advance, like clockwork I get a phone call around 9 am in the morning asking if I wouldnt mind coming in early afternoon that same day instead. After I decline changing my appointment time due to my busy schedule I then get AT LEAST one text message, two emails back to back, and phone call asking to confirm the aforementioned appointment. I confirm all of these as they come in and THEN I am left alone to come in at the originally scheduled appointment. While I am happy with Aspen Dental overall, the few weeks right up until each six month appointment are frustrating to say the least. Not sure if this is corporate protocol or what. I feel that it needs be mentioned here for all who are thinking of joining Aspen to realize. If not for this, I would have given five stars.
