Awesome people, nice units. Had to leave another place close by because there was a new charge every time we turned around. This place is awesome and doesn’t do that.

We are an English couple who have store their precious truck & travel trailer here for 23 unbroken years. We have been very appreciative of their service & would not be relinquishing our spot if we hadn’t decided to go back to England to live permanently. We would recommend this enterprise

Great location with great access for rv storage. The gate hours give you plenty of time to do everything you need.

The staff of Aspen Springs Storage were easy to work with and very pleasant to talk to. We were not with them very long, but long enough to know how considerate and friendly they are. The facility is clean and easy to access. We would definitely use them again.

Biggest plus is they dont have hidden fees. many places you go they tack on insurance that is outrageous. Aspen Springs Storage doesnt. Very friendly service. They are always willing to help. They have online bill pay which is extremely convenient. I would recommend to everyone.

DO NOT DO IT! I had a storage unit here for a number of years. One day I received the strangest email from them, something to the effect of... “we noticed there’s not a lock on your storage unit, feel free to come and put a lock on it at your earliest convenience.” Can you say, “inside job!” Duh, if my unit has had a lock on it for many years, why would I just decide to take the lock off w/out moving my belongings out?!?! I immediately called them and they told me that they had done rounds the Thursday before and the lock was there, so it must’ve happened over the weekend. Needless to say, the lock was CUT, long gone and OVER HALF of my storage was stolen! I must say, in the days of “rings” “nests” and cheap, easy camera installation, I was utterly shocked to learn that they only have 2 cameras, both from the olden days and both pointed only at the front gate. Are you serious?!? When I called to ask if they could check their cameras and that the police would be coming to fingerprint later that day. The office manager giggled while she asked me, “do you have any enemies.” The police found glove prints but no traceable fingerprints. Of course the manager said she couldn’t see anything suspicious on the camera footage. I immediately moved the remainder of what was left out of the storage unit without telling Aspen Springs- I wanted to see how long it would take them to notice. Three months passed w/ out a word from them and then I got an email reminder that it was time to pay my next 6 months worth of rent. Clearly, my stuff was stolen months prior to when it was reported to me which would explain why I could not find any of it at the local pawn shops or online. Your belongings will absolutely be stolen if you choose to store them here!!!

I have worked with both Rindi and Raimee. They both are amazing. They answered all my questions professionally and kindly. The rates are fair and they have done alot of work to improve at that the centerville facility.

I have been renting for over a year and the staff is always nice and helpful. I really appreciate that Lindsay offered to help me get auto pay set, making payment much more convenient.

I absolutely love this place, I’ve rented a few different size units here and currently have a 14x40. Hands down Aspen Storage is the most well maintained storage units I’ve ever used,* zero bugs or rodents in my stuff* good snow removal ( never had water in my unit)*security gate and Camaras* management there is top notch, and have taken my calls after hours and assisted me in ways that go above and beyond.. love this place***👍😁unit #248

Utilized this Centerville facility and spent thousands of dollars for the storage of multiple trailers here over the course of several years. Been happy with them overall. However, our recent experience with a miserably sour staff member, which included false accusation regarding our account, a bad attitude and extremely rude treatment towards a paying customer, was bad enough that it has resulted in our removal of two trailers from this facility. We will not be going back. The response to our decision from this staff member, "Oh well..". Nice attitude.

Weve had two storage units here. The staff is very responsive and easy to work with. They make it convenient to storage things here! Its been a good experience every time. Id highly recommend!

Went in at 8:30 to grab a sofa out of my brothers storage unit and drove around 10 minutes looking for his unit. Many of the units dont have marked numbers on them. Finally find ot. Get to gate at 9:01 we are locked in. Had to agree to pay 10 to get out. Not sure about this place customers service and the fact we rented two units from them means nothing.
