I have been suffering from vertigo and The staff and Dr were able to get me relief and help with the symptoms. I was able to get in very quickly. I highly recommend them. Very competent and caring.

While I am appreciative of the excellent services I have received, I look forward to coming into the office because everyone is so nice.

Hubby and I went together to my first appointment! Amazing and informative experience! Hubby immediately scheduled his own appointment before we left. Technician was awesome- knowledgeable, informative and made us feel comfortable and welcome! Definitely recommending to others! Gwen

Going to Atlanta Hearing and Balance has changed my life. I have severe hearing loss due to a tumor and meniears disease. They are very knowledgeable and knew what to do to help me hear again. Any time I have an emergency, they have taken care of me quickly and made sure I never had to be without hearing aids even when mine had to be sent for repairs. They are very professional

Each visit is a successful one! They are personable and professional and always assist in making my hearing aids perform better.

I had an appointment this past Wednesday and as always, always greeted with a smile from the young lady at the reception desk...Ive seen quite a few different ones and the same result..now this is an appointment I always look forward to..my hearing test went well. .either it would be with Mussa, Rosie, Bailey, or Dr. OBrien, I am always pleased with what valuable information I get..I cant say thank you enough for making it easy to feel comfortable with asking questions with concerns..it means alot. .

EXCELLENT! I must say I was nervous at first but the receptionists were even great! The place was clean coffee was provided and although the testing was uneasy the Dr. made it manageable!

My husbands ear bud was stuck in his ear. I did not have an appt. but called at 9am ,gave my phone # to get back to me, when that did not happen I drove to port orange.Explained this to receptionist,MUSA came and took Jim and corrected the situation .We are thankful for the excellent patient care at Atlantic. MUSA is very knowledgeable and we are grateful that he is there. This office deserves 10 stars..

I just went in for a repair.......... the exact same repair I had done less than 90 days ago.... apparently a part is cracked, which I paid to have replaced the 90 days ago. This is only happening on the one hearing aid. I told them I would just pay for the repair, but they made me wait to have someone take me back to talk about my options..... I thought I was waiting for the repair. I DO NOT WANT options! I just want it fixed! I left work for this, but they would not fix my hearing aid without a consult. I bought my hearing aids from them. I know they are out of warranty, but wanted a simple repair I was willing to pay for. Apparently they are more interested in selling new ones, than repairing. Mind you, I called before I went and was told to just come in for the repair. Will never go there again!

Atlantic Hearing, Balance & Tinnitus Center is the best place for all your hearing issues. I have been a patient their for a few years now I have never had a more wonderful experience. Everyone is very welcoming, I feel very valued as a patient. They take their time to listen to every little detail to any and all of your issues you may have. All of their explanations are said in a very understanding way. I just love it their. I would very highly recommend Atlantic, Hearing, Balance & Tinnitus Center.

At ease, since they were very nice and understood my problem. Office was very clean and neat. They were friendly and it was explained what was going on and how their office could help me. Loved my first visit. Best part was that they took me right in the very next day when I was having trouble hearing. No other place I called would do that.

Very friendly staff! I do have to give 4 stars for 2 reasons. The doctor we met with was not knowledgable about the hearing aids when asked the difference. Also, the receptionist was in pajama, and I mean she was wearing a sweatshirt, lounge pants and SLIPPERS! Maybe it was a dress down day at work..but she was the only one dressed un professionally. It’s difficult to take a business dealing with my health seriously when their employees can’t even take themselves seriously.

The BEST EVER!! Had my In-laws there to check and receive hearing aids. While there told them my left ear was hard to here. So Dr. Looked said wax in ears seem to be a problem, she took out all the wax, and said no more Q- tips, instantly great hearing again. So Thankful to them ALL. GREAT STAFF.

My neurologist Dr Fulop sent me there for many symptoms I was having. One of the main ones was my balance.Dr Pollock is very professional, knowledgeable and very caring. She is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. The staff is friendly and professional as well. I have recommended this office two friends. In fact two of my friends have appointments already. You just cant find a better place to go and find out if youre having hearing problems and other symptoms like I did with balance and vertical tendonitis. I never even thought I would need hearing aids. Wow when I was surprised what I wasnt hearing. Balance and many other areas of my physical health.Highly recommend Atlantic hearing.

I was very pleased with my experience at Atlantic Hearing. Every staff member was super courteous, knowledgeable, and customer oriented.Dr.K was the most impressive of all. Her knowledge, skills, and ability to explain all aspects of my exam is commendable. I have had at a minimum of six hearing test in my life and I have never had one that came even close in detail or as extensive. I highly recommend Atlantic Hearing .

Exelent people, treat you courteous and respect, right on time with my appointment. The office is very clean, 100% Im recommending this place.

Life changing experience. I suffer from early onset bilateral hearing loss and tinnitus. I wish I would have gone sooner. They don’t simply give you hearing aids and you are on your way. They treat your tinnitus and calibrate your aids for you specifically. You will not get that detail to attention buying a pair of hearing aids from a freestanding store or online. Worth every cent. My experience here was amazing. Staff member was very informative throughout the entire process. He made me feel that I was not just a patient but that receiving the ability to improve my hearing was as important to him as it was to me. I couldnt believe the difference in my hearing with the demo hearing aids. I cant wait to receive my hearing aids!! Highly recommend this facility to everyone!!

This is the best place to go for anything having to do with your hearing. Dr O’Brien, And her whole staff are such amazing people. They are so caring and take much interest into what your there for. I will cherish them forever.

The absolute best place for the hearing impared. They are so thorough, staffed with professional people to diagnose your situation and provide the best solution for you. The staff is highly educated, able to understand and treat any situation related to hearing and balance.

Went in with my mother who was rude and combative. How the person who helped us kept her cool I have no idea. Had I known my mother would have behaved like this I would never have subjected this office to her. They were remarkably kind and courteous throughout my mothers abuse. I would recommend this office.

The building was very clean and beautiful. I came in at opening, and about 5 other people came too. They saw me in amazing time. I suffer from hypersensitivity and anxiety. I was nervous, but the woman made me feel very comfortable. They were very nice. Thank you.

After two months of dealing with constant dizziness and going to see various doctors, specialists and physical therapists, I found that all I needed was Dr. Pollock at Altantic Hearing, Balance & Tinnitus Center. With one visit, I am now cured and back to normal. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel right at home and assured me that she was able to properly diagnose my issue and could fix it with the one visit I had with her and she was right! After testing me she immediately identified my issue and fixed it. I am no longer dizzy nor unbalanced. Unlike the other doctors that saw me, she was able to explain everything that was going on with me. I was very impressed by her expertise in this area and they way she handled our visit. She is awesome. I would highly recommend her to anyone with an issue like mine and she will be the first and only one I will call if it comes back at some point. Thank you Dr. Pollack.

Great! Doctors are knowledgeable and excellent with hearing aid’s. Adjustments are done Cautiously with hearing protection as the #1 priority. My boyfriend has 95% hearing loss and he has been doing very well, communication is so important. Thank you all!

Atlantic Hearing & balance is one of the best! The staff is caring and helpful. They wear shields because they know we lipread. I’ve been there 3 times and just awesome, caring people especially Dr. K you can even qualify for a cochlear implant, have balance testing. What can I say I love the people and the place. Highly recommend and rate them at 10 stars!

My husband and I both got hearing aides. The tech who helped us was Musa. He gave us his undivided attention at each appointment. He was respectful, knowledgeable, empathetic, charming and just the nicest young man whose job was to make sure we were satisfied with our new devices. Office staff were friendly. The product was very good and has improved our quality of life. Just an all around great experience.

My mom and I followed Michael Carver when he left the previous place he was at. Hes absolutely wonderful and so caring and patient with my 99 year old mom. The receptionist is friendly and helpful as well and it was a pleasant experience all around.

My ENT referred me to Atlantic Hearing after experiencing several episodes of vertigo for the VNG testing. My appointment was made quickly and conveniently. I arrived on time and after a brief wait the testing began. Everything went very well, the office staff and Dr. Taylor Unger were extremely engaging, courteous and professional. Definitely recommend.

Dr Clancy and the med assistant(I forget her namewe’re so fabulous. They explained each step to me along the way and were able to give me definitive answers where other doctors claimed it was stress related when it was in fact not. I’m beyond happy with the staff here and am thankful they were able to find a simple problem with a simple treatment plan.

I recently went to this establishment due to having problems with vertigo. The staff there was friendly, efficient and you got the impression that they really cared about your well being. As a healthcare professional...I found the admission and discharge process for my patient(sseamless! Extremely friendly and professional staff, starting from the front registration desk and throughout the entire testing process. Great customer service! You ALL take the time to explain "next steps" to the patients and make sure that they understand instructions and you also solicit feedback. For my patient(s), this has been a VERY thorough, positive and excellent experience during a very challenging time in their lives with hearing and balance difficulties. I commend the entire staff for their caring attitude along with their valuable skill set in caring for our communitys needs. Thank you for ALL that you do for our patients!!

Dr. Hoffman was fantastic. She explained the tests and how they would work. She was very thorough and attentive and never rushed anything. I would recommend primary care physicians directly refer their patients o Atlantic whenever hearing, balance, and tinnitis is a concern.

Went today for my first visit amazing staff lovely doctor. Explain to me my option and explain about the hearing aids. They say the hearing aids was my option and as long as I feel comfortable with it then I should give it a try. They also explain what the normal hearing was and what was mines. And what was the best option of hearing aids and prices. They ask you if you got someone to pay for it. I got one lady but in my case mite look into vocational rehabilitation if my first option don’t plan right. They tell you if your insurance cover it or not. But hands down would recommend. The place is amazing thru know what they doing friendly staff and amazing doctor

My dizzy spells with position changes were making it so hard for me to function normally. Dr. Hoffman was so amazing she was able to identify the issue right away. After explaining to me exactly what was happening she was able to treat me in the same visit. Dr. Hoffman is so professional and knowledgeable I would recommend her to everyone. I can’t thank her enough.

Doctor was very helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me like I was 5 - which I needed! Then took time to answer all my questions in depth.Receptionist was very friendly and personable.Overall a superior staff that sets the bar high for doctors visits.

A very professional practice. The building is new and designed to accommodate the needs of both the patient and the doctor. The support staff does just that, supports kindly yet efficiently to both doctor and patient. My audiologist, Dr. Botta, was well educated, competent, and had excellent patient skills. The tests were clearly and comfortably administered and explained clearly as were the results. This is NOT a hard sell location. You know they have your best interest at heart and have the skills and equipment to arrive at a diagnosis and hardware suitable for each individual patient.

I am so pleased with the staff members Sarah and Arielle who performed numerous and thorough hearing and eyes test on me to quickly find out what I was dealing with. BPPV was the result..They performed simple, painless maneuvers that effectively cured my symptoms I was dealing with for over 2 months..I highly recommend this medical practice. I was quite impressed with your office. I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist and the intake was smooth and easy. I was taken in for my appointment in a timely manner.But, your Dr. Hoffman - what a gem. She has an excellent way with patients and takes time to explain what she is doing and the results of the testing in a clear and concise fashion without a care for the clock. I was entirely comfortable throughout the encounter and was most gratified to receive some technical information at its conclusion. Bravo!

Great Modern Well Equipped.Testing excellent. Didnt like Gray walls(personal preference. Residents were very good. I loved the Dr. but never met him until the end. Lots of whispering during testing. I would rather just have had them talk out loud. Still great modern visit. Very friendly front desk.

This is a great place. The young doctor did a very thorough exam, multiple tests. Professional, organised, pleasant. The assisting nurse also was very professional, organised, patient. My husband and my son , both were examined and they are very pleased with the attention and service they received. We highly recommend Atlantic Center to all in need of the relevant testings. I was absolutely thrilled with the care and attention given to me by the staff during 2 plus hours of testing. My various Navy injuries were explained to me in detail as well as the high tech tests that were performed. I left feeling very grateful for these dedicated Doctors and technicians.

I had no idea I had significant hearing loss. It came as such a shock. But Im so grateful that Dr. OBrien is so compassionate. She walked me through what was going on with such a gentle caring spirit. She is so passionate about everyone just getting a baseline screening done and making it affordable to everyone who needs hearing aids. I can hear things I havent heard in years. Her office stafs is absolutely top notch. Some of the most pleasant and caring people Ive ever encountered in a doctors office. Im so thankful I walked through those doors!
