ATM in Reno County

I wish more people did reviews because these folks they got Sticky Fingers if you know what I mean and everything these reviews have said is right they will manipulate your account so that they can get an overcharge and get a extra money or whatever the reason is they are unreasonable to work with they are not customer friendly at all they are if everythings smooth and they dont have to help you with anything thats difficult but they Ive been banking there for 11 years and they treat me like a stepchild so Im just saying and you know Ive had things happen to my account and theyve had to work with me and they dont like that they dont want to they dont want to have to come up off any kind of money because of a situation even if its there fault so yeah stay far far away

****BEWARE**** This bank will charge overdraft fees AFTER a deposit is made but then on top of that, they alter the date that they post it to your account to make it appear as though it hit before your deposit.

I called last minute tonight realizing I needed cash for Christmas gifts. Literally pulled up at 1 min after 6 and was greeted with a smile and a Merry Christmas! Always call me by name and treated wonderfully.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I have had a terrible experience with this bank! Their overdraft fee is $25 and anywhere else I have gone has been $5. I’ve banked here since I was 13 and had my first part time job- I am not 20 years old and am very dissatisfied with this company. A woman named Jennifer was extremely rude to me over the phone and it is currently 3:30pm and my account went overdraft due to a check deposited very very late and since it is past 3pm HALF AN HOUR I have to pay $25 more dollars. The woman at the desk was ridiculously rude and the manager told me, and I quote, to “take your business on down the road.” This is UNPROFESSIONAL and very upsetting. I am closing my account, and eating the overdraft today because of this. I have the money to make it right, it was just not deposited due to me being a full time student and part time worker at a local business here in town. I do not recommend this bank to anyone, and I urge you to take your business elsewhere. They are money hungry, and hateful people.
