ATM in Monmouth County

If you not white please stay away from this location honey you will be in jail messing with these peopleThey lady ask me for 4 different card and My drivers license to tell me just to get change and I’m a Wells Fargo customer then tell me that they’re calling the police because I’m trying to authorize someone else’s account but yet it’s my account with all my information so call them if you like but I have a man that’s a different color in front of me trying to recash a check that he just cash this morning and what are they doing trying to help this man find out what is going on and why they’re getting the system error but all I wanted was $240 in change

Bank teller very rude. Twice when making a withdrawal at this location she inappropriately pushed to ask what the money was being spent on. Very uncomfortable experience that only occurs from this teller, at this location. Spoke with Donna who was pleasant and apologetic but I certainly won’t be returning to this location.

Would not recommend anyone banking at this location, specially they have the most unprofessional banker in there I believe her name is Donna this person every time I go there stinks like cigarettes and she talks to people in a very uncomfortable way. This woman should not be a banker.

Expensive fees

I closed my account, I would not bank here if they paid me. Their hours are convenient for them, not me.
