Ive been losing a lot of money because of wells fargo. When you call they tell you to go to a bank, and when you go to the bank they tell you to call. Worst service among services.

They close the lobby and their drive thru at 5 M-F. That is extremely inconvenient. Most banking institutions dont do that!

A necessary evil. Every time I come in to the branch they have no idea how to help. They make notes to call and schedule something with a "specialist" and nothing back from them. The online banking is smooth, but if your needs are outside of basic transactions, probably not the best.
