These guys know their stuff! I am beyond excited about my new stereo system and my automatic remote starter. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a remote start put in my vehicle today. I came with my 4 year old, and we were going to wait while they completed it. Jeff let me know it would be 3 hours or so, and we settled in to wait. An hour later it was finished! They got it done in record time and got us on our way. Thanks for a great experience!

Weird, I was looking for my review I left a while back and I didnt see it. So I will do it again just for people to be aware. This company will charge you sales tax on labor only, which is against the law. When I inquired about it, they told me that they have been doing this for years so I had to pay it. I brought my dash cam to be installed and they only had to do installation so I was surprise to see a sales tax (sales tax is paid only on the purchase of assets). The boss was there listening the conversation I was having with the employee and didnt do a thing to correct this issue. Just do the math, they do this all the time and they wont pay the taxes collected to the government because when they do taxes, their accountant will know better than making them pay taxes on labor work. I know this because I did taxes for other companies before. Please check your invoices and make sure this does not happen to you. They did a good job on the installation but the service they give you is really bad, they just hand you your keys, they do not go with you to at least walk you through what they have done, they assume you know everything about installation and warranties they offer in case this doesnt work in the near future.

I’ve had a lot of work done and always been completely happy with the outcome. They price things fairly, are super knowledgeable and do great work. I’ve had work done on my Bentley, Raptor, my Tacoma, and a couple other family vehicles. Highly recommend

These guys are solid. What I needed was a bit challenging and required research and effort on their part. They didnt hesitate at all and were committed to figuring something out. I had called other local car audio shops before calling these guys....none were willing to even look into my request. The AudioX guys were helpful, prompt, and accommodating. Colton is who I mostly dealt with and he was great.

Jeff and the team at Audio Extreme did a fantastic job on my Malibu boat. The installation of new amps, interior speakers and tower speakers looks and sounds Awesome! They even went the extra mile to make some custom parts so my existing tower lights would fit with the new tower speaker mounts. If your boat needs audio upgrades, take it to Audio Extreme, they know marine audio.

Justin was willing to work on my Victory XC, and he did an excellent job. Great speakers and amp with a custom install. Not cheap! But worth every penny.

Took my dads explorer in to get a remote starter put in. They were very perfessional and kind. I would highly recommend this company seamless process from start to finish.

Jeff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had them install remote start and all new head unit door speakers and sub. They are very timely and patient with all my questions. I appreciate everything about the experience, install, the products and the communication.

These guys are the best. I have dealt with them a couple of times and there customer service is amazing. They set me up with a great stereo system for my boat and took the time to explain how it all works, and how to set it all up.

I bought a sub and amp combo from them a couple years back and also had a touchscreen Apple CarPlay stereo I was recently in a car crash and so I wanted to reinstall them in my new car they quoted me for $654 just for the install for what I already owned. honestly a rip off if I was you I just get total tech-support at Best Buy and get free installs for life like I did saved be 400 bucks

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I recently moved to the area from out of state and had some trouble with my remote start system. I called around to authorized dealers and was met with rude and unhelpful responses. The team at AX was the exact opposite. My issue was fixed in a fast and timely manner and the price was completely fair for the work done. I would definitely recommend.

I had a remote start system installed in my husbands truck in 2013. The door locks and remote start stopped working last summer. I called and made an appointment thinking that it just needed to be reset, but Brett found that a part was actually worn out and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the system is so old that the original part is no longer available, but he was able to fix the system anyway. After less then an hour it was fixed and we were on our way.Justin and Brett are great to work with. Their customer service is wonderful - very knowledgeable and professional, and they will always take care of you no matter how long ago your purchase was made. (I also had them install a stereo with a back up camera and DVD player in the truck.Ive referred several family members and friends to go to Audio Xtreme! Thanks Justin and Brett!

We took our kids cars to these guys for remote start installation. I feel it important to share that we were referred to Justin at Audio Extreme, and while he is located one hour from our home, it can be hard to find that salt of the Earth honesty you need for a job like this, so we opted to follow the recommendation. Well, let’s just say that their customer service was SO AMAZING that we will now be taking any future business to Justin and Audio Xtreme, in spite of the distance. Honestly one of the best car radio places to go to. They spent time talking to me about what they recommend and listening to my questions. I never once felt like they where just trying to push me to get something. I am very happy with the radio and sub I got.

Fantastic service! These guys have done work on multiple cars. Always impressed with customer service. They go above and beyond. Today I picked up our truck that had some work done and they replaced my old faulty windshield wipers that I was having trouble with. Awesome guys!!

We have had 5 car stereos and a couple of remote starts installed by Audio Extreme, we drive over 100 miles one way to visit them and will continue. Customer service is awesome. Very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Helped me get back on the road and it wasnt even sound related but it was electrical and they had what I needed.

I’ll start off with these guys we’re very nice and very willing to answer all my questions but that’s about where is stopped. I will start with I know how to do these things but didn’t want to take the time out of a busy schedule. They were going to charge me 860 dollars to install a double din radio! The markup on the parts required was crazy and they told me the backup camera I had would not work with a Jeep. I was then told for any extra 140 bucks I could just get a new radio and they could cut me a discount on the other parts. I decided I didn’t want to pay almost a grand for an install so through a bit of research I went through crutchfield and quadratec I was able to get everything needed for 170 buck and oh by the way the camera I had works just fine with the Jeep setup. I wish I could leave a better review especially for a local business but the price was outrageous for what I wanted and I felt lied to about the camera.

The ownerJeff and his team did an amazing job on the customization of my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat Sport Truck! They created a custom box for under the back seats using high end JL Audio subs and Focal speakers to keep the highs up with the bass!! It is by far the best sounding system I have ever heard in my life and so damn clean when the bass hits on every song!! Don’t waste your time with other shops cause trust me I called them all!! Great job Jeff and your professional team of installers! Job well done! 👍👊

Jeff and the technicians at Audio Extreme always want you to have the best sounding system, they go the extra mile fine tuning everything until it sounds perfect. This place came highly recommended and the actual install was done well but the service is lacking.Didnt explain or go over options, just did the install and I found out missing features later. I wanted a backup camera, thats it, so I opted for a simple stereo. NO ONE told me that the stereo wouldnt have the lines that help you back up. Youd think that with the camera being the most important part of my purchase they would mention something like that. The camera itself has parking lines as a feature but, again without asking, they simply turned them off and I have to make another appointment for them to turn the lines on. I took a day off work for the initial appointment, thanks a lot.I called and said I wasnt happy and that this felt like a waste of money since the main part was the camera. The guy on the phone just said "ok". As a side note, they didnt ask or tell me what was done with my old stereo, I suppose its lost to the ages.

What a great experience. This crew was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a great remote start system for my husbands Kia. It works great and can operate from a long way. These guys here have a lot of combined experience on the products they put out. They are super easy to work with. Any questions you have they answer to the best of their knowledge. They have taken care of my family and myself on multiple occasions. These are the only guys we go to for our sound systems and remote start needs.

Wanted to get a remote start so I called Tony Divino Toyota, where I bought my car from, and they said they dont do remote starts, but they highly recommend to me Audio Extreme for remote starts. They definitely delivered, they know the different customization options really well and explained the differences, they had a demo to show me, the install only took a couple hours and was done by technicians thatve been doing these installs for 15 maybe 20 years. I love my new remote start system, and not a single hiccup with it since install about a month ago. If you want a simple or a full featured remote start, Audio Extreme is the only place to go!

These guys are really great at what they do! They not only installed a DVD player into our minivan a few years ago (and did a fabulous job), but when it started to loosen a bit, they had me bring it in and fixed it perfectly and wouldnt let me pay them, because they had installed it. Great service for sure!

These guys were great to work with. I explained the type of car stereo I was looking for and the things I wanted and things I didnt need. They had the stereo that met everything I asked for and the price was competitive; I did research online for the stereo pricing and quality and everything was spot in. They drew up an estimate and the cost came out perfectly. The appointment was quick and easy and they were right there to answer any questions I had about system set up and functionality. I plan on going back to beef up the system at a later date.

The guys where great to work with. I explained what I was wanting and they sold me exactly that with trying to up sale me. Then the install was quick and clean. I would highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a stereo or anything else for your vehicle.

Both employees in the store were knowledgeable and took the time to answer many questions without any sense of being annoyed despite likely dealing with obvious questions all the time. I had Audio Xtreme install a Sony stereo that I was given as a Christmas gift. They were extremely friendly, were able to squeeze me in during "remote start season", and were quick to work. Im very pleased with their professionalism and was even shown some of the tips and tricks of my stereo by a friendly technician. I was so happy, I returned to purchase a subwoofer! My stereo I had installed sounds great and looks very clean, like it belongs. (Note: I got the stereo used from a 3rd party and I put the phone mount on after the fact. Anyone who wants to know what it looked like before, this is a 2003 Honda Accord LX with GPS. The AC controls, stereo, and GPS are all somewhat intigrated requiring replacement of both the A/C controls and the stereo.

Went to plenty of shops looking for a sound system and out of all of them, Audio Xtreme was by far the best. Every employee there is awesome and theyre super easy to get along with and very knowledgeable! Im now a returning customer and wouldnt go anywhere else for my car.

Service, service, serviceI put over $12,000 in my work truck. I live in Riverton, WY, which is just shy of 5 hours from Ogden, but I come down because the service is second-to-none. I had an issue with the DVD players that were installed and Brett drove 5 hours just to come fix it. Then there was an issue with the speakers and remote start that, upon investigation, turned out to be Dodges fault. BUT Jeff and the crew fixed it because they felt it was the right thing to do. Ill never spend a dime at any other place. HIGHLY satisfied!!

Audio Xtreme went above and beyond for me. I moved here from another state and had previously had a remote start in my old car. They took the remote start out of my old car and put it in my new one with no hassle on my part. They also set me up with a new remote start when the one I got from another state started to fail. They waited on hold with the remote start company twice for an hour each time in order to get everything worked out. They have honestly been great and while I hope my remote start doesnt have any future problems, I know they will take care of me if anything comes up.Also I should note that the remote start works very well. I would recommend getting a remote start with the push button fob as well as the app that comes with it. Ive had the remote start for a year now and wish I got the fob, would definitely have come in handy on numerous occasions

This is a great business and do great work that they all stand by, Jeff Jason and Dillon went above and beyond to make sure my remote start and alarm was installed in a timely manner and done well. I came in to have my subs installed 2 years ago and today they went out and I talked to the owner and he gave me an awesome deal!! Jeff got me replacement subs for a lower price than the Black Friday deals!! I purchased a new car and was extremely nervous to change my stock equipment. I went in just browsing. I was helped as soon as I walked in. There was no pressure to spend more than I wanted. Jeff was great with explaining the pros and cons of each option, leaving it up to me what was worth the money. He seemed to know every little detail about each product. He worked out a great price, and when i shopped around (even on the internetnothing was even close to his pricing. So Ive taken my car in for multiple installations. and worked with almost everyone there. They have all showed me great customer service! Brett and Justin were able to wire everything flawlessly! I drive a wagon and didnt want to lose any trunk space.They found a way to put a couple subs in my trunk in a custom box and i didnt lose any space!!!! It looks and sounds amazing!!! I will always bring my cars here they do a great job! And BY FAR have the best customer service.

This shop is the best audio store in Utah. They Know their stuff and can do custom work on any Toy or car you own.They have taken the best care of my vehicles for over 15 years. They sale the best products and will always make sure that you are 100% happy with your new stereo equipment and install. They have installed stereo equipment in my Truck and Boat and Cars that has always sounds amazing. I will never go to any other shop. Audio Xtreme ROCKS!!

I have tried the other shops around town but for the past five years AudioExtreme gets my business. Did my research since all local advertising seems to focus on a different competitor, but the competitor had not-so-great customer reviews. I recently bought a car with an existing decent system, but needed a few minor upgrades. These guys nailed it! Absolutely No Pushy Up-selling like other retailers, just straight-shooters and very reasonably priced! Highly experienced veteran technicians, Ill be using Audio Xtreme from here on out. I highly recommend Audio Xtreme for car stereo systems and alarm services. They are extremely professional with years of experience. Jason answered every phone call I made, install was quick, the price quoted was upfront and quoted with sales tax included - there was NO bait and switch here like what I read about with most other car audio places, they paid attention to detail and my Viper car alarm system is amazing! They are a preferred dealer for Viper which speaks volumes. Viper only chooses the best experienced shops to endorse. The other owner Brett took the time to show the functionality of my Viper system. I spent at least an hour online reading reviews and researching the best company for custom work on my FJ Cruiser. I concluded Audio Xtreme was the best out there and I was right! I have had two new units put into two new vehicles in past few weeks. The quality of work done in this shop is outstanding. They took the extra time to explain to me, step-by-step, how to operate and get the most out of my new stereos. If you want a great sound system, and have it look like a factory installation, then this is the place to have it done.

Outstanding experience with these guys! New in town for work and factory truck stereo went out. Had custom box built and full system installed after going in and talking with owner. Quality equipment and they care about getting it exactly correct to customer wants and needs. The owner even drove to my house after work hours to help get my truck back to me on time. Cannot say enough positive about this place, and their coordination with me during custom work and install to make sure I was happy with what they were doing was beyond belief. Rare to find this level of customer service and skill in one place. Give them a shot, you wont regret it.

Had Audio Xtreme install a DVD system in our van, the whole experience was great. Their workers knew what they were talking about, and were very upfront about all aspects of the hardware and installation. The job was done within their estimated window, and everything works great.
