We arrived home to find rodent damage and AC not working. They got us in quickly and even drove me home to wait. When the truck was ready, the price was very reasonable and they came and got me to pick up the truck a couple hours after dropping it off. Great customer service.

Been going to see Fan and Padji with my fleet of vehicles for over 15+ years. Always trustworthy and dependable and keeps me on the road. Advice to a young driver with a 17 year old Ford Focus needed airbags replaced, " its gonna be expensive and not worth it, the car is gonna drain money from you and require costly repairs from now on. Trade it and get another one. Nope. He loves it. He will learn the hard way. Trust this auto mechanic you can believe in. Amen for Dan.

I had a mechanical issue on the road and picked this shop arbitrarily. It turned out to be a great choice. This guy is kind, knowledgeable, fair, funny, and he fixed my problem quickly. It’s so rare to find good guys like this.

Dan was very upright to work with. He had call me earlier and stated that we may need another part and additional cost increase, I gave him the ok One hr later he called me back and stated one of his machines malfunctioned and gave him incorrect refrigerant levels and that I did not need that other part. He could have said he replaced the part at additional cost and I would not have known the difference. Thanks guys at auto logic

I have been in the military 11 years, and I have never seen anyone as professional as the Auto Logic Mechanic and staff. There was a slight mishap on my end, and Auto Logic stepped up in the midst of the mishap and repaired my A/C unit in my SUV better than it was running before the leak of the refrigerant. I dropped my SUV off in the morning, and it was ready by lunchtime. Very grateful for the mechanic and the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone and would come here for any future needs.

The BEST Mechanic shop in the town, very helpful staff and fair and decent with prices. Unlike most of mechanic shops they dont try to rob you by making up stuff to charge you extra. I would definitely go back there if I need to and recommand that shop to everyone.

Both my husband and I have had car work done. They are always helpful, kind, and informative. We think they are the best in town. Also, they will refer you to someone else if they dont think they are the ones to do what is needed fo ryou.

After having numerous recommendations that Auto Logic was the place to take my car for service, when the occasion arose, I took it to them with confidence that I was in the right place. Turns out I was being steered wrong by my dealer in another AZ city, and no service was required … this says a lot about Dan and why he comes so highly recommended … integrity! Auto Logic is my go-to place in Sierra Vista, and I strongly recommend them to you.

My wifes 97 Nissan Sentra was able to crankbut would not start. Had the car towed to Auto Logic at 4:00 pm 6 Feb 19 after talking to Dan on the phone about the problem. The following day at 1:00 pm 7 Feb 19, Dan called to let me know the car was repaired. I would definitely return for their expedient & reliable service.

Ive used Auto Logic twice for my Chevy Trailblazer. Once to replace a sensor, and yesterday, because my engine sounded "funny"...no engine lights on the dash read out...turns out, it was a serpentine belt pully that was about to crumble..Auto Logic diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than half a day, My Chevy runs and sounds perfect!! This place is honest, fast and very pleasant to work with..Ill always go back to them! Thanks so much Dan and crew!

We have been bringing our vehicles to auto logic for years now. Great people and excellent service that we trust. I never 2nd guess their recommendation on any work that needs to be done. They always save us money and any unnecessary work that dealerships told us we need to do.Just as an example I recently took my vehicle to a dealership to check on a fog light that suddenly stopped working. They told me that due to rodents we have to replace the entire harness and it will cost almost $400. I took it to auto logic and they fixed it within a couple of hours for $78 out the door.They save us time and money. We also take all our family members cars to them.Great people, service, prices with quality work. Cant ask for anything better than that.

Since I was going to be in Phoenix for a few days I called some shops in that area, AutoLogic was by far the most reasonable (not only in money, but value). Dan promised it by 3 PM. I got a call about noon telling me that my brakes were fine and did not need to be changed, he offered a service at a very reasonable price (which I declined Was not pushy

Friendly and Excellent customer service. Did a great job on my car and was within the repair estimate. A few years back, they did an excellent job on pick up truck repairs. They offer quality service. Would definitely use again for future repairs.

This is the best shop off all, I took my van to many different mechanics and no body could fix an electric problem until Auto logic fix it.They have the best prices and customer service in town.

I went to Autologic based on the recommendations of a few friends. They did good work on my wifes Pathfinder so when I needed the rear differential my YJ replaced, I went to them. Dan initially worked with me while I scrounged up the part I needed (which he told me would be around $500, but I was able to find it online for ~ $320). HOWEVER, after telling me I needed to replace the seals on my brakes and telling me that he should have my vehicle done the next day, I gave the go ahead to do the extra work. I got a call from them that afternoon saying that my jeep would not be ready, they couldnt get the new seals in time, and the old ones had been destroyed. I told him that I needed my jeep running by the next day, whereupon Dan and his secretary (after I called the shop back twiceboth hung up on me. I will never take a vehicle to this shop again and highly discourage anyone else from patronizing this business.

Just had some work on my truck. As usual, the service was excellent--Dan and staff friendly and competent. Ive been taking my vehicles to Dan for 20+ years and have never had a complaint--hes saved me lots of money when someone else told me I had a $5000 problem. When I got a second opinion from Dan, there was no problem--no crack in my engine. He and his guys are the best.

When people write reviews of goods and services, its usually because theyre inflamed about having been done a disservice or finding the service to have come beneath their expectations. This is not one of those reviews. Im pleased enough to give this a second thought and make sure that there are people saying nice things to add some counter-weight against those who only open their mouths to say bad things.Sierra Vista folks: I just went and got my oil changed at Auto Logic. Just a simple oil change. Dropped my car off at 8, got a call back at about 9:30 that it was done -- fairly quick for a drop-off without asking for a rush, considering how many vehicles are on the road. One could easily just change the oil and be done with it, and nobody would be upset about being underserved, but they also oiled my very noisy drivers side door, and now its dead silent. A simple little thing, but one that shows me that they are interested in being helpful.My parents got me an oil change gift certificate, redeemable for $40 worth of oil change, and Auto Logic gave me back $5 instead of keeping the whole thing. Pretty honest, in my book.Wherever you get your car worked on, keep in mind that they might have a busy schedule sometimes, so you cant always expect above and beyond extras like that, but be a cool dude, and folks will often be cool dudes back at you when they can.That said, Auto Logic has done right by me today and has in the past as well. If youre looking to get work done and arent equipped to/dont have time/space to do it yourself (and were an increasingly inter-dependent and individually busy society, so why not?), give Auto Logic some business.

I took my Audi Q7 into Autologic to have them look at the brakes because they were squealing really loud every time I came to a stop. They gave it back to me at the end of the day and said nothing was wrong, charged me for the inspection and said my front brakes were 40% and my rear brakes were 60%. The squealing continued and it was driving me crazy so I drove it all the way to Tucson and dropped it off at Audi of Tucson three days later. Audi calls me and says that the brakes on the front of the car were brand new (I bought the car from Mercedes several weeks earlier but the Audi shop had done the brakesbut that the rear brakes were completely gone and needed to be replaced. Complete opposite assessment of what Autologic told me. Audi replaced my back brakes and charged it to the Mercedes dealer where I had purchased the vehicle. Nice people at Autologic but thats a pretty big mistake. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
