I love to detail my own car, but I have a busy schedule and sometimes I dont have time to do it. However, I wanted to keep my car looking great, so I found Autobahn Mobile Detailing & Carpet Steam Cleaning (Auto, RV, Boats). Amazing orbital buff and wax by Autoban , never seen my Mini Cooper look like this! Engine detail and under hood cleaning, steam cleaning, claybar before wax really smoothed out the paint. Hasn’t been cleaned since pre Covid ! They also did my Shelby GT

My experience with this people was horrible they are a total scam dont know how they are still in business i hired the to detail and wash a travel trailer horrible job!!! they missed the whole bathroom! the fridge the stove there was still random spots not cleaned offered to come back and clean but my husband i started cleaning our selfs and said i rather have half my money back or whatever he thought was reasonable for the half job he did he called me crazy , did not refund anything and said i lost a contract with his father for our business etc. and then ghosted me, does not treat their costumers like they should be treated i dont know where the good reviews came from but i agree with all the bad reviews on here please read all bad reviews and responses to his clients here and on yelp before considering them take your business somewhere else! do your research please!

Made an appointment online, the tech never showed up, didn’t call, we had to reach out several times to try and find out if they were going to show up. I’m very disappointed because this company was highly recommended by a neighbor.In response to the owners comment. When I booked the appointment on Friday their website didn’t ask for my address. I did get a text from someone Friday afternoon and I provided my address to them. I’m not out to ruin anyones business, just left my a review of my experience. I booked with this company because a neighbor highly recommended them. I would have been ok had the person I texted with on Friday mentioned they don’t service our area, but that wasn’t communicated. So for you to say it wasn’t until today that you found my address is just a lie. You don’t know me so you shouldn’t assume that I don’t understand small businesses. The person Named Arun spoke to me and scheduled appointment for Full detail. The Autobahn cleaning person came 30 minutes late and after spending 10 minutes mentioned that Arun did not provided him with cleaning supply and was upset on Arun. When I called Arun, the cleaning person does not want to talk to him. He left in hurry with out providing service and wasting my time.Do not avail their services. They are unprofessional and do not care if your time is wasted.

Theyve no-showed on me twice in the past few weeks after online appointment being accepted. They dont answer the phone, nor have I received a response to my voice-mail - upsetting since my first experience with them was a good one. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.EDIT: To reply to the owners extremely unprofessional response below - both appontment requests were made on bright sunny days. I bought the LivingSocial deal for two gold packages. I scheduled an appointment, and they called three times asking for directions and never showed up. I called to reschedule today, and the voice recording states that their equipment / products dont work well in the winter. So, they will be closed through Feb 2012. I got my money back from LivingSocial.In response to the owners comments: The company had a deal Living Social. I wasnt asking for a discount. I only wanted the package that I paid to receive.

Called to clean the RV which was pretty dirty from inside. Leather Seats were stained. They came to my location and did pretty good job removing almost everything. Price is very compatible as well. I will definitely use their service again. Unfortunately, due to it being a work vehicle, I cant add any pictures.

Not worth the money halfway job

They offered to come today (a Sundaywhich did surprise me as most people don’t…he offered that…it was not a request. I was told they would arrive at 1pm and they sent a text at 12:00 saying they were washing towels and getting supplies ready. Received a text at 12:58 asking to reschedule to 4pm due to the heat. They were going to do 2 vehicles and I knew it would take a while so I scheduled many hours out of my day to get this done. My best guess on a full detail for two vehicles would be 3-4 hours so it screwed up pretty much the entire afternoon. I’ve worked MANY years in appointment (in home service workand to cancel/try to reschedule EXACTLY at your appointment time without a single “I apologize but….” Well, that is just pretty terrible service imo. And then to get salty and say “ you will now pay more elsewhere “ When I said it would have been nice to NOT get that text 2 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. I get the heat…but you scheduled it knowing it would be hot..it wasn’t my request. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere as these guys don’t run a professional operation.

Called and made an appointment for today afternoon, and got the confirmation email. Nobody ever showed up. I tried calling multiple times around my appointment time and nobody picked up. What a waste of time, youre better off going with better local business with better reviews.

I made an appointment and it was confirmed. No one came to my appointment. No one called to tell me they canceled my appointment. No one answered my calls or texts even though their "read receipts" were on and saw my messages.Very, very unprofessional.Do not recommend.

I have a massive fifth wheel RV, and these guys did a fantastic job! After renting my RV for three years, it hadnt been washed once. It was filthy, inside and out. I had to reschedule my service with them once due to an awful storage facility, and they were able to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. In a few hours of work, they made my RV look close to new again! They even cleaned the carpets and gave me some cleaning products to help me clean the interior at no extra cost. ALSO, Arun took beautiful pictures of my RV and sent them to me so I can use them to help me sell it faster. Not only did they do a great job, went above and beyond, but they were also very kind and personable. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your auto detail service needs!

I had bad experience with this people, if you want to wast your money and time go there,First they promised me to do the detailing for my sienna at home and when it’s the time they should come they didn’t show, i called them and they told we cannot come you need to bring the car, i took the car and they did the shampoo only and they didn’t do the steam clean,it was false and fake promise, because they don’t have steamer,think about my experience with them before you go there and waste your money.

Don’t use this ppl for wasting your money. I paid 110 dollars to detail my car , but their detailing was really bad. I would be able to do a better detailing in a professional way from good dealerships here . They don’t even have a good equipment to do the detailing. I made a mistake so don’t give any business to these ppl .

Tried to make an appointment and they were rude and argumentative over a misunderstanding on THEIR part regarding the day. I was simply trying to reschedule and the guy lost himself. His words in a text: "Oh no! A bad review! Your [sic] the type that want to cry to online reviews. You should tweet about us also." If they dont care about their own reputation, how can you trust them to care about your car?

Response was slow. I question the workmanship. Only detail I have ever seen that doesnt actually wash the outside of the vehicle before waxing. Paid for vvs diamond detail which is supposed to include clay bar and 2 coats of wax...all he did was sprayed liquid wax to clean the outside of the vehicle. Wheels are still dirty. The roof of truck had zero water applied and when I questioned it he brought out the wax spray again to clean it and said the roof is usually extra. Really? First and last time I use their service. Beware.

I love these guys there fast and clean every detail on my truck i havent had my truck cleaned this good since i pull off the lott my 2015 ford raptor looks brand new again the paint looks like it was just sprayed also my engine was cleaned and the servise are exalant

Timing was the only problem. They did a very good job of the detailing of the car, and my wife was very happy with it and satisfied. But she slept most of the time, and it took about three hours and that pissed me off. I was informed and expected it to be a hour and a half at the most. I have so many other things to do that those opportunity was limited and extended to another day. She was So glad and happy at the work that was done. they took a long time but they did a good job.

This business is a scam. Called the Fort Worth number and some guy who was literally high provided a very improper customer service. They are advertising misleading numbers for the cost of their packages. Once I asked about the add in Craigslist, I was refused to be provided service and asked to go to a local car wash. Mean, very mean!

Called and told them that I had a Tahoe said that it would be 100 for everything because he had a special of 20 off for first time. He asked when I needed it done told him next day before noon. He said that he would be out and everything would be done before noon. He did not show up until 12:45 to start the job. Once he was done he charger an extra 10 because it was an SUV and 10 because the car was dirty. After he was done there is still chips in the console and the car still looks dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

Awful service. Did not show up for a prescheduled appointment and did not answer our messages (we calmly inquired why they did not show up). They later insulted us about scheduling an early appointment (which they initially allowed us to do). Far below mere unprofessional conduct. Would not suggest there service to anyone.

They never showed up or appointment. Would give 0 stars but google wont let you.I scheduled an appointment for Dec 18, 0800. I got 6 confirmation emails from them reminding me of the appointment. Apparently they needed the email reminder.They never showed or called. It is very aggravating to schedule time off for the work to be done but then they no-show you. I wont be calling them again.

first they were not on time second they did not do they job done third they charged me full price for the job that is not done and they add lots of ... fees and i am a dealer i gave them 3cars they couldnt finish them in 3days he use to come here at 3pm and they took my key i had to drive to grapvine to get my keys and he didnt show up and then i had to go to arlington and pick them up from whataburger omg is the worse and shitiest job and exprince i could have , they even called me dum stupid and argue with me there is more about these 2 guys but i just shy to say it so please be aware if you plan to give your car to these people
