They said they found engine shaving in the oil and needed a new engine. Took it to a different shop. No metal in the oil . Tried scamming me for new engine just needs a camshaft and valves . Completely scam. My bother had problems with them also

I have used this shop for several years for maintenance and repair of our two cars. I have always been happy with the customer service, timeliness, honesty, and work that has been performed. If the rare problem arises with a repair they have been fair and transparent in resolving.

Great place! I dropped my car off and they brought me home and then picked me up when it was ready. They were very informative about what was wrong with the car. Even ended spending less than I was quoted. If I have anymore car problems I will go back there.

Did not find the issue with my car that i had originally brought it in for. But sure gave me a list of things that they thought I should fix. Which is fine, but they made me feel like I made up the issue that my car has. So Ill be taking it elsewhere. And as a bonus, they left my steering wheel like this. Thanks!

Talk about great service, prices on point, service in a timely manner, and a very welcoming environment. I was greeted by Miles and he listen to all my concerns I had for my 08 Scion XB with mileage of 110589. Car was having some starting issues and sounding like it was on its end of days. Miles explained what might be causing some of the issues and laid out some needed services and what the ball park estimate would be. I had a thought of what the estimate would be in my head. So when he told the price and explained what work would be done I knew my car was in the right place. Services done on my car: Oil change, coolant fluid exchange, replace air filter, replaced cabin air filter, throttle body service, replaced original spark plugs, mount, and balanced all four tires (had winter tires swapped out). Car now drives like new. I had the my car serviced on 04/13/21. This place is awesome and I will continue to take my car here.

I have used Autocraft for quite a few years now and have all ways been very happy with the service that they provide. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This time was no different. Dropped my car off on Thursday, problem diagnosed quickly and found out the parts would be there on Monday or Tuesday, so told them to just keep it until then. So over the weekend my wife and I both end up being diagnosed with COVID. The repairs are finished and they call and let me know. I tell them of our problem and they suggest that they could just deliver it to our house. I agreed and within 30 minutes it’s sitting out front. Going above and beyond is one of the reasons they will be my mechanics for life. Thanks again so very much as you made a bad situation better for us. SS

This place is great. We recently got new tires on our SUV and wanted to get a quality alignment. After researching places in the Valley and reading reviews, we came across AutoCraft. WOW! Very impressed with the service and the detail that was provided regarding our recent alignment. Chuck is amazing to work with. He was very thorough and provided excellent customer service. The business is very clean and you can tell they take pride on staying organized. Pricing is fair, too! Highly recommend.

I always take my Prius to AutoCraft, I trust them to offer up to date technology for my hybrid car. Its been comforting to see friendly faces over the last 8 years who know me and my car. Ive dropped in to have the code reader plugged into my car in the parking lot, to have my key fob battery changed and called them numerous times for advice when Ive got anything weird going on with my car. I trust them completely and I feel safer having them available for my questions.The waiting area is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and theyve offered me a loaner car when needed. Ive never had such trust in an auto repair business. You wont go wrong using AutoCraft for your auto repair needs.

I have worked with Autocraft for years. They are honest and work hard to give great value and I can trust them. I am not a car guy, so I have to trust the honesty of the repair shop. They are outstanding.

Fixed my squeaky brakes, which 2 different auto shops werent able to accomplish. Also, had a transmission that lacked power, would shudder at low rpms, and wouldnt shift to the proper gear when it needed an extra boost. Autocraft thought we should try to reprogram the transmission through a GM update, and WOW! Amazing difference in performance! Like a brand new truck! Thanks Chance and all the workers at Autocraft!

My wife and I recently took in our 2013 Subaru Outback to these guys for an oil change and to check out an annoying engine rattle. They were very hospitable and had a shuttle car to drive me back to my house so I didnt have to wait. Maybe took a few hours to do the full inspection before they called to say my car was all ready to go. They fixed the engine rattle due to a heat shield issue and it runs really good now without the annoying rattle. And AutoCraft only charged me for the oil change! So happy with these guys! We will only be taking our cars here for servicing. Highly recommended!

I’ve been taking my car to AutoCraft since moving to Spokane. I’m always satisfied with the work they do. They let me know which services should be taken care of first and which can wait. I have been getting car maintenance at Autocrat for several years. I have taken problems to Autocrat after other mechanics "fixed" the problem and it had to be fixed again. They are always knowledgeable and professional. Their work is first rate and well done. Their prices are fair. Its always cheaper to repair your vehicle than buy a new one.My only concern is that they recommend replacing tires with tread significantly above the wear bars, and changing transmission oil, etc., which may or may not be needed. So there is some selling pressure when you just wanted the brakes fixed.

Totally recommend this shop!! They were amazing to fix my issue and helped ensure my insurance would cover me. I am very grateful for Chuck, he rocks! They even hooked me up with a loaner car so my problem could be resolved even faster. Ill go back to them for all my auto maintenance and repairs now! Finally a great mechanic! :)

I must say, I have never come across such an amazing staff at a auto repair shop!! When my mom was stranded with her car overheating, they picked her up and took her home. The kindness that they showed was unbelievable. And when giving the price to having it repaired was absolutely up front and even saying, hey there is more work to be done. With my moms condition, having Pancreatic Cancer, we declined but Chuck gave the most amazing advise..donate it to The Union Gospel Mission. They are storing the car until they will pick it up. Myles and Chuck, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have a gracious and honest repair shop. Keep up the amazing job!!!

Great shop! We found them while looking for a shop that was good with hybrid/electric vehicles. Took us in as a walk in when the Prius started displaying errors. Got the diagnostic done pretty quickly along with a very reasonable quote for a next day new hybrid battery replacement. They shuttled me out to Spokane proper and back to the shop during the process and all of the staff were very friendly. I feel bad, I would have stayed if I knew theyd be so quick to diagnose a walk-in! We are holding off on the big job for the moment, but well definitely be coming to this shop for servicing in the future.

Chuck and team treated my wife and I very respectfully. Despite it being a tough financial time for us and having to bear bad news for our car. They were sympathetic and there with no pressure advice. It was a good overall experience despite everything else.

My car wasnt starting and the owner guessed that it might be related to my floor mat being out of place (after I vacuumed itthat was preventing my clutch from making contact with the starting mechanism. He moved the mat and it started right away. As a precaution, he made an appointment for me to bring it in after the weekend to check to see if there were any further problems. I went back and told him that I hadnt had any further issues with it not starting and he said that it sounded like the floor mat placement had been the problem, which apparently has been a common problem with manual transmission Toyotas. He didnt charge me anything for this. Good in my book anytime!

Im 78 years old, and have dealt with auto shops for nearly 60 years in seven different states. In each instance I insisted on doing business with an auto shop that was one I could trust to be consumer oriented--honest, trustworthy, fair prices, and extremely competent. I eventually found shops in all those places. However, AutoCraft is clearly the best of them all. No one could do better than to trust their vehicles to AutoCraft as we do our two cars.

A but pricey, but always worth it! They always make sure that you know the estimate of charges before you drop off your car, and call you before pick up time to let you know what is going on. Their shuttle service is lovely for those that live nearby. I love the touch of a thank you card on my dash afterwards.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that the AutoCraft employees and Miles, the service director, showed toward my wife and me. The thoroughness, cleanliness, and completeness of the clutch replacement and transmission repair of my 1994 GMC pickup is greatly appreciated by both of us. Locating a safe, reasonable, and trustworthy mechanic is always a super stressful situation especially when you are needing them NOW. Being newer to the area and having bad experiences with every other facet of the city, I was worried about finding a place that I could trust. I was referred by a work friend so I called first thing and was told not only could they get me in next day, but proactively offered a quote, called me back within 4 minutes, and my total was actually below the quite. Wow! auto craft did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much for giving me a place to now call my mechanic 😄

My family and I have been going to AutoCraft for years because of the superior level of service and professionalism they offer. My wife recently needed to make a last minute road trip and we wanted to try to get her car in for its next scheduled maintenance check before she left for peace of mind. Since its still under warranty, we started with the dealer and, while they would have been able to get it in and done before she left, the price they quoted was outrageous. So I called Chuck at AutoCraft and not only was he able to help me get it done on time but he helped me to save quite a bit over going to the dealer. My family and I have gone to AutoCraft for over 20 years and we will continue to go there because of the trust theyve built with us over many years of faithful service.

I found a used Prius that I wanted to purchase and after some research AutoCraft kept showing up as the place to go to have Hybrids checked over / serviced (they even have a loaner Prius). They did a thorough inspection and confirmed everything was in great condition (they even have several specialized tools to validate strength of the battery). They made it a much easier decision to purchase the car and also provided great customer service :-)

I had my oil changed this time. I am so impressed with AutoCraft . I had an appt and my car was taken right back. The office is so clean and the staff is just wonderful. I also had a chance, while waiting, to listen to the phone conversations from the person answering the phone. He was so polite and knowledgeable. I would and have given their name and number to my friends who need a good place to go with their cars.

Fair and honest. As near as I can tell. Dont always like what they have to say regarding recommended maintenance on my older Dodge , but they will present worse case scenarios/recommendations without drama and let me make an informed decision.Emailed and mailed coupons can help take some of the sting out of bills if you remember to hang onto the coupon.Shuttle service is handy and prompt for the most part.I would not hesitate to recommend Autocraft and they have been able to refer me to other dependable shops that they have a working relationship with : auto body and transmission .

When the Hybrid Battery in my car went out I thought I was going to have to replace the whole vehicle based off of quotes Id gotten from other shops around town, super stressful. Then we gave AutoCraft Spokane a call and it all changed. Chuck walked us through several different scenarios and options, taking the time to explain it all and empower us to make the best decision. I felt relieved reading all the detailed reviews and talking to Chuck about their expertise in the field. I was able to bring my car in same day and Autocraft even let me borrow a vehicle so I could still get to work and carry about my life till my car was ready. I started going to AutoCraft several years ago with my wife’s previous Subaru. We have since purchased another Subaru which AutoCraft has worked on multiple times unfortunately😏... Hey sometimes you get a moody car right?As much as anyone dreads taking the car to the mechanic these guys make the experience fantastic. I’ve never been treated better by any other shop or business. Honesty, integrity, skilled team... what else could you ask for?Funny thing is I’m in the service business as well and I’ve learned a few things from these guys.Bottom line.. I’m not the easiest customer and these guys have been so good to us. I just can’t say enough, 5 stars is not enough!

I had an electrical issue with my Ford Escape and called Chuck. He and his technician evaluated the problem and gave a recommendation to someone who specialized in my particular problem. Even though their shop didnt fix it, his professionalism and time spent by him and his technician are indicators of their work ethic and quality. Not only do i think think they are the most upstanding/outstanding auto shop but their sincere, caring crew of people there are just no words.They have gone above and beyond for me. I recently moved to Idaho and was referred to AutoCraft from my mechanic I had in Bellingham WA, who was an amazing mechanic. I have to say they are just as amazing here. Chuck at AutoCraft is always very helpful when I call in and Garrett knows what he is doing when it comes to a hybrid battery. I cant say enough about the quality and friendly service I have received. If you have any issues with a hybrid this is the place to go, I would highly recommend them. I will return as needed they are great!

I failed my emissions test, so I had to get my car diagnosed and repaired so I could get it registered. I found Autocraft based on their ratings, and I decided to take my car there. The problem that it ended up being had been diagnosed back when I lived in Florida, and I hadnt bothered to deal with it there. But that does mean that I have another quote to compare Autocrafts prices with, and theyre very reasonable. The people there are also very friendly, and seem very trustworthy. We had a very pleasant conversation with the person at the desk, and he welcomed us to the area. My hope is that I wont ever have to come here again, and my car will keep running smoothly, but thats never how it works, so if my or my girlfriends car ever starts having problems, we know exactly where to take it.

As a 2013 fiat 500e (all electricowner and prior to using Auto Craft for repairs I would use the only fiat dealer in town near the Newport Highway which was too far, too costly and disappointing.After my car freaked out for the second time (after bringing it to the Newport dealer for the same problemI was told about Auto Craft and not only were they closer to me but they also work on electric vehicles (not just minimal regular maintenance eitherand they were nice enough to wait for my car to be towed over close to their closing time.Wen I first took my car to the Newport dealer under warranty for the "problem" they told me nothing was wrong and because my car was jumped prior (I had to to tow itthey couldnt determine what the problem was. They just cleared my error codes and gave me back the car and I even asked if the 12volt battery was bad and they said no. Forward about a week later and the same issue happened and I was left stranded at a charge station for 6 hours but this time I took it to Auto Craft.My warranty expired two days prior...Auto craft had no problem in determining what the issue was and replaced the 12volt battery that was supposedly "fine" and I have had no problems. Though I did pay for the service and would gladly do so again it is irritating that the dealer couldnt figure it out under warranty. Better still it only took less than a day with Auto Craft vs a few days at the dealer and complaints that they had difficulty contacting the California office.I will continue to use Auto Craft for repairs and whatever service needed for my electric car.Good group of people.*thumbs up

This place treated me with such great customer service and respect, I absolutely have to leave a rave review!My car has 275k+ miles so I know a thing or two about auto repair places. If my car breaks down again I really hope its near Auto Craft! Chuck was so unbelievably nice, he kept me updated throughout the repair on the status of my car and did a lot of testing on it to make sure I would get home safe and sound. Which it did! They let me know about other things they noticed might need to be replaced soon, which I really appreciate since I commute a lot and dont like finding out when Im broke down on the side of the freeway!My boyfriend has also been into AutoCraft when his window broke a month or two ago. They remembered his name and his truck down to the make and model because they really do care about their customers! They also gave me a ride back to my house while they were fixing my car.Overall, I highly recommend these guys. Their pricing is very reasonable, they are fast and will get you back on the road making sure you are safe. Thanks guys, I really appreciated your help today!
