Like most people out there, I hate taking my car in for service, but from the moment I stepped in to AutoNation, Ranae made me feel like family. Everybody that I encountered there is so nice, they immediately make you feel comfortable being there. I highly recommend.
Always a great experience when I bring my vehicle to this dealership for service. Always quick check in and out process. People are always friendly and helpful. Always get a call notifying me when my vehicle is or will be ready. Just a very easy process all the way around.
Average at best TBH……average. I don’t usually post, but I keep getting asked so I’m responding.Updates on status - slow.Car kept - two nights. Once I said I didn’t need it back ASAP. Slow boat….Explanation of bill - no one really around to go line item by line item (and explain my 10% discount???). For a $1K plus billFunny - labor for the factory recall per hour was about 1/4 of the labor for my work. Go figure.Friendly people and they are really trying. No disrespect. But if you want honest feedback - 3 stars - prob 2.5.Twenty year F-150 owner, every service in town. Look it up.
I had such an quick and easy experience with autonation ford in orange park. Everyone worked as a team and they were very accommodating. My salesman was Edmund and my financial person was John. If you need a car with a good price and a non pushy experience I would highly recommend coming here.
I brought my truck in for three recalls. When they finished they just said that you are ready to go but did not give me any paperwork on what they did. They told me that all they needed to do is inspect the recall areas, but I thought I would get some paperwork at least. Also I bought a key for $256 then when I brought my truck in for the recalls they tell me that the machine to cut the keys is down and I would have to take it somewhere else. They should have told me that when I bought the key.
I went to check out this Mustang knowing it was not the color I wanted but wanted to see how it drove. I ended up selling myself on it once I drove it. Micah was incredibly nice to work with and so was Christine in finance. I didnt feel pressured (Micah even helped me look for a different color exact optioned one in their network). The car was not overpriced and there werent a ton of "dealer extras" included In the cost which is rare here in FL. Im really happy with my purchase. This dealer is a legit great dealership in Florida. I checked and saw my trade-in listed at a very fair price. This shows me they arent price gouging customers and made me feel even more confident with my purchase. 5 star experience, great staff, great cars. Definitely recommend if youre looking to buy.
This location sold me a vehicle with an active paint recall that I was never notified about. Within a few months small razor like peeling started occurring all over my car. Now my car is rusting from the issue. They also failed up update me as the new owner which is another reason I was not notified as to the issue with the paint.
The team at autonation ford did a great job in assisting me with a vehicle trade in and purchase. Everything was smooth and paperwork was quick once we agreed on pricing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Excellent customer service by "Renee". She treater me like a person with a heart beat, not just" a customer". Renee cared for my person disability limitation. She update me on work time frame. Hoping and praying that Renee will be there for my next service; it makes me feel better that now I have an established connection with someone that communicates with me at a car dealership. I really dont like coming for dealership services. However, Renee made this trip painless! kudo Renee in behave of Ford auto nation!!!!!!! A+Ms. Price
Had a recall for my Bronco. From serring up the appointment on the phone to bringing it in and discussing the repair with Matthew, was a complete and totally easy and enjoyable transaction. We dropped the vehicle off late in the afternoon, and had a call by early the next morning that it was complete. Would totally recommend this dealership for any repairs needed.
Recently had a body shop repair made to our new truck. Auto Nation kept us informed the entire way, answered our questions and did a beautiful job on the truck. Will definitely use their services in the future.
My best friend Sarah came in to buy a vehicle right after work. Her experience was absolutely amazing. She fell in love with a mazada cx5 and Gil Allen, and the finance department John made it very smooth quick and easy process with no hassle. She bought her very first new car and drove it off the lot the same day.
I work here, so I am not a customer but, I can tell you that this place is amazing and the managers always try their best to make any deals happen. I will never buy from anywhere else no matter if I still work here or not! Come see for yourself! Ask for me! I would love the opportunity to help anyway possible.
The team at Autonation were outstanding. The sales team, managers, and finance all worked together to make my deal work. They could have easily said they couldn’t help like a few other dealerships in that area, but they made a complex deal work out. Thank you all for your patience and willingness to help!
I went to Mike Shads AutoNation on Blanding yesterday looking for a lug-bolt key, so a new tire could be put on. Todd was right on the dime with trying to help me. He talked to Lewis in the garage and this young man not only had what was needed, but wouldnt even let me reinburse him for the tool. They were so kind and considerate that I was blessed to have dealt with them. I will definitely go back there again!
Great experience buying a 2022 Ford Explorer timberline edition, in and out in about 2-3 hours, quick test drive and they worked with me a lot on the trade-in which was a 2021 Bronco sport big bend package, sales person was Sandra and Jack helped too. They didn’t beat around the bush they came in and we’re plain and simple.100% recommended
I purchased my dream car back in March after retiring from my career of 35 years. I’ve always wanted a Ford Fusion and with the gas prices I decided on a hybrid. I love my car. I did not purchase it from AutoNation but anytime I have an issue I always take it to their service department. I’m Always greeted with a smile and a concern for my issue. I’ve had a problem with two tires and it’s taken a couple of trip to resolve the problem but I was patient because I had faith in there team. Todd Rossi and Junebug got to the bottom of the problem and quickly had it fixed. I have peace of mind that what ever happens to my car they will be there with a smile and a solution.
Dont go here for service. I asked to have tires rotated, oil change and Radio wasnt working on our fleet delivery vehicle. Texted me around 1pm saying the needed to order the radio. I responded that we would need the other services done and they would need to return the car and wed do the radio later. Crickets. No response. At 5pm we called and they said "sure come pick it up". When I got there I was advised that not only had NO service been performed on the car, but also the car was still in pieces from where the looked at the radio. I told them I needed the car in the morning, and the tried to call me in the morning and say they wanted to put me in a rental. Twice they ignored what I wanted. Finally I had them put the car back together and and I took the car not serviced. No apology for wasting my time, no apology for making me drive there for no reason, no apology for completely doing the opposite of what I wanted. Poor communication and the inability to grant simple easy requests is a terrible business model. Just a terrible experience all the way around. And they broke some trim clips on the dash when they took it apart. The experience was so bad that now I have to go 20 miles away to another dealership when this one is 1 mile away. Sad
I just love this place. Thank you too the manager for my new Ford Escape. Thank you too one hard working sales man Mr. Gill Allen. I just love this place the sales department is the best. The service department is second to none. The parts department I can not say enough about them. I have bought so many cars from them they know just what I wanted.Thank you too the whole
Super happy with my experience there. Charles was really helpful and when I had a question about something showing up as an alert on my dashboard he told me to bring it in and they reset it. I love my truck and will be going there in the future for any other purchases. They have a great team working there.
If I could give zero stars I would! We bought a vehicle and after we signed paperwork the Finance manager added several warranties without us knowing. I wondered why our payment was 675 on a 20,000 dollar car. Interest was 4 percent. Apperantly, this finance manager did this to a lot of people in the area. We fought with them and they paid the ford bank back which lowered the cost but they will not refinance to make the payment lower. The payment shouldn’t have been so high from the start! They have been hiding this and everyone needs to know BEWARE!
I Really wish I could rate this place a zero. I sat in the waiting area for 4 hours after I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced in the service department just to be told by someone that doesnt even work in the service department that they would check on my car because my advisor had not spoke to me since I came in that morning. Then my advisor wanted to call and say that the guy who was supposed supposed service my vehicle wouldnt be in today he just "comes when he wants". I jeopardized my job to sit somewhere for 4 hours because they have zero communication skills. I never got an apology and I had to go find him just to get my keys so I could finally leave. Probably shouldnt schedule customers with people that "show up when they want" we have lives, bills, and a job to attend to as well.
Long story short, they misdiagnosed the issue and never resolved it. I brought my truck in because it would sputter and shut off at slow speed at completely random times. Happened twice in the last month. No other indications or lights on the dash. Im thinking fuel system issue. Just replaced the spark plugs. The dealership had it for 1 day and could not duplicate the problem. $170.00 just to diagnose it. I asked them to keep it until they find and resolve the issue. The next day I called them late in the afternoon because I hadnt heard from them. The technician was test driving at the time and they would get back to me. 10 minutes later, he calls and says it the torque converter. ???? $3,800 to replace. Keep in mind, I have no shifting issues, shuttering or any other transmission related issues. I picked up the truck the next morning and took it to a local transmission shop that knows these trucks. They found nothing wrong with the torque converter, transmission fluid was good, no other problems what so ever. I thought taking it to FORD itself was the safest bet. Not making that mistake again.
I enjoyed my experience at AutoNation Ford. The process of selling my vehicle was handled with care and efficient. A special shout out goes to Walt Sanders — Great conversation and kept me abreast of the transaction every step of the way. I will definitely come back to do business here and will be sure to send anyone due to the pleasant interactions with staff and efficient business process.
Had a 10:00 appointment to have vehicle serviced. Four and a half hours later I called to find out the status of my vehicle and got the service advisor voicemail. Left message on two different occasions with no return call. Went to the dealership and the service advisor stated that my vehicle hadn’t been put in the shop yet for service. I stated that was unacceptable. He then proceeded to tell me that he only had 4 mechanics and they were very busy. I stated why have an appointment if they are to busy to work on it and why didn’t he return my phone calls or call and give an update. His answer to me was people who make the appointments don’t know there work schedule. At that point my vehicle had been there 5 hours. I told him to give me my vehicle that he lacked communication skills and not returning a phone call or keeping a customer updated on the status was unacceptable. They now have lost my business. Been using them for years and never been treated like that. Bought two vehicles from them but never again.
Communication was not up to the expectations that’s advertised. I had to personally intervene on my own behalf to get the service for my vehicle. No one had knowledge of my vehicle being brought in for an hour repair, that took 3 days to resolve. No even the service manager would return your call and at one point I spoke with him personally.
Working with David “Gunny” Moore was an absolute pleasure! He was so kind and professional. We are first time sellers and he really made the process painless! We will absolutely consider him and the dealership for our future auto needs! Can’t thank him enough!
The no hassle, no haggle team at auto Nation Ford was great. From the first moment to the last, from service to sales, every member of the team I interacted with was genuine and cared deeply about my customer experience. They were courteous, and not in a phony way. You can just tell it is a great work culture here. They understand that customer loyalty is important and they do what they can to earn it, without being fake about it.
Looking for a new vehicle these days can be a very painful experience - lack of inventory, dealers undervaluing trade ins, sales reps who push you into something you dont want because they dont have anything else to sell, etc. I experienced all of that from every other dealer I went to before connecting with Rob Busch at AutoNation Ford Orange Park. I luckily found a vehicle online and Rob was extremely fair and honest right from the start. They offered me a great trade in value, especially compared to 2 other Ford dealers and one Toyota dealer. He wasnt pushy and we came to a quick deal that both sides were happy with. Ill definitely be going back there for my next new vehicle even though they are one of the farther dealers from where I live. Definitely worth the drive!
Autonation Ford of Orange Park went out of their way to work with me to get my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. It was different than any of my previous experiences at car dealerships. They worked with my sale representatives desk throughout the entire process by coming to me. They worked with me financially to get an affordable warranty to ensure that my new purchase was covered. Jack and Jordan assured that the vehicle I was interested in was available at the time I had to get to the dealership. I want to personally thank the staff, making this my best dealership experience.
I ordered a hitch kit from the Ford accessories website and had them delivered to this location. I set an appointment when buying the kit. When I showed up for my appointment the representative had no idea why I was there. I rescheduled and I had an appointment for 0700 the next week. I arrived before my appointment. The technician did not pull my vehicle into a bay until after 0930. Then no one came to work on it until 1030. I did not leave with my vehicle until 1335. 6 1/2 hours I sat there from the time I had my appointment.
The truck department service manager was very easy to deal with. He answered all of my questions and got me in and out in a very short time. He also followed up with me on appointment scheduling and the status of my repairs. All in all it was a very pleasant experience getting the issues resolved with my F250.
I ordered my Bronco in December 2021 knowing it might take awhile to arrive. I was informed about tje process every step of the way, down to tje time it arrived! The staff at Ford Nation were amazing and extremely helpful. If you are looking to buy or order a Bronco make sure you talk with Joshua! He was amazing!
Just got my new vehicle today. Its in excellent condition. Sandra Quintern is hands down the best sales agent Ive ever worked with. She pays attention to your needs and is very informative about all aspects of the car buying process. She even took all my information over the phone a day ahead just to speed up the whole process. I was in and out in just over an hour. Wonderful company backed by wonderful people. U wont regret shopping here
I had nothing but a great experience! Rob Busch is who I had for sales rep. He was very responsive the whole time and informative. I told him what I wanted, he gives you their inventory and surrounding vehicles to choose from. I found one down in ft myers I liked. He had it shipped to Jacksonville the day after. $350 for shipping. I told him I was driving 9hrs to trade in my truck. (Which I got a good fair trade in price forhe said Ill have it detailed and all ready for when you arrived. Sure enough when I got there the process was very easy. In and out in hr or 2. Pretty sure this is the 2nd vehicle I’ve bought from them.
We had an incredible experience at AutoNation! Our salesman did everything he he could to ensure a pleasant and beneficial visit. There was zero hassle or haggling. He understood this was a huge decision to make. He was honest and personable! He shared his person contact and offered to meet us on his day off. Thank you, Micah, for an exceptional experience! I highly recommend AutoNation Ford!
I came in for a safety recall for my work vehicle and it appeared to be code for do not provide this man service. The people in the front did say good morning which was nice. It took me asking 4 different employees passing the responsibility off one by one until they helped me. I didn’t bother to get any of their names other than Issac who was friendly and who drew the short straw to assist me I guess.I was met by dead eyed employees who blamed everyone above them and around them every chance they got for their lack of customer service. “We’re short staffed” seems to be the new Autonation Ford Orange Park motto because I heard it a dozen times. Which I understand however do not need to be reminded of and does not need to be a fall back for your lack of care. We are all short staffed right now. Just do your job.Lastly they never called. I had to call them and they sounded surprised as if they had forgotten that my work car was even on their lot.
Had a great experience there… they found what I was looking for, and at the price I needed. The service was excellent Daryl and Walter were great. No hassle dint try to sell me something I dint need or want. I will definitely use them again in the future.
We were fortunate to work with Daryl at AutoNation Ford Orange Park to buy our new vehicle. Daryl was incredibly helpful, responsive, and great to work with. We were able to complete a majority of the paperwork before we arrived at the dealership which made the process smooth and easy. When we arrived our vehicle was washed and ready to go! We were only on-site about an hour for the entire process. Daryl was even able to find us an extra incentive which lowered the price from what we were originally quoted. We will definitely use AutoNation Ford Orange Park again!
Waste of time. Scheduled an appointment a week out for 7:30 AM to check out a problem I was having. Was told at 4 PM it had not even been looked at yet and would not be ready that day. They provided me with a rental to drive home. Called the next day and at 11 AM it still had not been looked at. Told them I would just pick it up at lunch time on my break and take it somewhere else. I have never made an appointment at a dealership to have my car looked at and have it sit there for almost 2 days without anybody doing anything other than giving me the runaround. No one even offered me any kind of explanation as to why it was taking so long or when it would possibly be looked at, nor did anyone apologize to me for wasting my time. The only good thing they did was give me the rental free of charge. Very disappointing service otherwise.
Had a scheduled appointment to have a defective sway bar replaced. Checked in easily, was told it would take approximately 2 hours, went in the customer lounge area an had a seat. Within 2 hours I had my vehicle repaired and ready to go. Two years ago when I purchased the vehicle from Ford Autonation I also purchased the extended warranty. I was not charged for the repair. Ford Autonation treated my with utmost courtesy and respect.
I am still waiting. Have called Daily for 2 weeks. Had to get car back because I needed it and repair didn’t prevent use. Had two promises that service manager would call because local office couldn’t get response either. Still waiting for that too. Next step go to another Ford Dealership for the service. Next step go to another Ford Dealership for the service.***Major Update*** I woke up early to a call from Richard Sweet before I even had a chance to call this morning to discuss the service issue I was having. Long story short, by the end of the day, I had my car back fully repaired. Thank you to Matt Holmes for your dedication to making it right. It was apparent that you were sincerely interested in finding out where the breakdown in communication happened. I am extremely happy because as I stressed, this had to be out of the norm because I have NEVER had an issue with service since I purchased this car. It was a Perfect Storm of miscommunication and missed communication. Thank you for restoring my confidence in AutoNation Ford of Orange Park.
Made an appointment to take our car in for a recall repair on Tuesday morning at 8:00am. We were told the repair would take a couple of hours. When we dropped off the car we were told it would be ready that afternoon and they would call. At 4 or 5pm that evening WE called them and were told they were waiting on parts and would need to keep the car overnight. Now, this was a recall so the parts needed would have been known when we made the appointment (a week ahead of timeso to hear they didnt have them was a little annoying. When we picked the car up the next morning there were a number of people in front of us so it took quite a while to wait for the paperwork and get out of there. Not sure what the paperwork was but you would think it could have been done ahead of time since they knew we were coming in. On the plus side the repair seems to have been done properly so I am happy bout that.
We had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Ford. We’ve had the most frustrating experiences trying to purchase SUVs for our teen sons at various dealerships with sales reps and managers not being honest or playing the old car sales pitches and games. Right now, car dealerships are selling so many cars that some have chosen to take advantage of the customer. It will backfire on them down the road. AutoNation has not chosen that path. Sure, cars cost more right now, but you can still price fairly and profit. We met Robert Busch at AutoNation and the experience was different from the start - honest, genuine, and willing to just tell us the bottom line. It was such a refreshing experience. The result - our son could not be more excited about his new car. When he’s had questions about it, Mr. Busch has been incredibly helpful and continued to take great care of him even after our purchase. We appreciate his professionalism so much. And now Mr. Busch is on the hunt for our second SUV for teen son #2 who turns 16 this summer.
My salesman was Nate, he was wonderful and the driving factor of my higher rating. He searched for several weeks to find the perfect truck! He was very kind and patient while helping me decide what I exactly wanted and explained EVERYTHING. If it was solely based off of the management team and finance department I would have rated lower sadly. The trade manager dropped the ball on communication of purchasing my first vehicle. So I lost that one. Nate thankfully found me a replacement vehicle. But then we struggled with multiple dates of delivery. This part was out of their hands but, a pain point added to the frustration already. Once everything was signed and ready to go I drove home with my dream truck! Only to find a week later they havent cashed my fiance check. Found this out when they called asking me to reach out to my finance company to release the lean on my trade in vehicle. (Cant be done until the check is cashed.Never received a follow up call from the finance dept. I had to reach back out again. They lack communication at this location with upper management! I am dedicated Ford buyer by heart and always will be! But this experience was a disappointment, I hope the management team gets it together!
I was there for a oil change and others services and they did a great job on time. I only have one thing to say: the time to do the service was two hours, and Nobody talked to me about the job was Ready. I was with my 4 year old son in the waiting room and nobody came to tell me to say my car was ready for a long time. I figured out that because of the notification from the Ford app, and I went to talk to the receptionist who went to check the information and really my car was ready 40 minutes ago and made me wait so long
Sean (I believe his name waswas very helpful. Upon getting out of my vehicle in the service bay he was right there to greet and assist me. While he went into the service area I had at least 3 other people approach and ask if I had been helped. I also had another person looking over my vehicle. She noticed several chips in my windshield and did a work up on getting it fixed through my insurance. This was something I had already planned to do but hadnt found the time to get to, so this was greatly appreciated. It took it off my hands and all I had to do was set the appointment time and they came to my house and completed it within 30 minutes. Both Sean and the other lady had given me their cards to be able to reach them directly if I had any questions. Sean did call when they had my car in and working on the recalls to let me know of other issues. The only complaint I have is that I believe my car was finished before the end of the day and I had to call the next morning to find out if my car was ready and it was. So really no one let me know and more than likely I could have had my vehicle back the day before had I been notified.
I had an AWESOME buying experience! The sales team was amazing! I was welcomed at the door and they gave me their full attention the entire time I was there. Sandra took my preferences and provided me with suggestions the day before I went to the dealership, which turned out to be very helpful.
I have been shopping for a car and did not have very good luck with the sales people or dealerships until Autonation. My sales person Sandra Quintern was AMAZING!!!! She new what time I would be there and gave me the red carpet treatment from having the car ready for me to letting the finance Director know what I needed and even helping to detail my car and set me up with all the technology in the car. The finance director Marluy was AMAZING!!!! As well she worked hard to get me the best interest rate. I would recommend going to see Sandra if you want an Amazing experience when shopping for a car.
I have been rattled to no end about being in a car wreck today but Mike Shad has the best customer service in the world. J.R. is my service rep. and he took care of me as if we were blood relatives. He contacted the insurance company immediately to ensure proper handling of my claim and movement of my vehicle. The original USAA representative seemed new and had planned to have Co-Part tow & salvage my car which didnt seem to make sense. J.R. explained the services that Mike Shad Collision centered offered and their outstanding, long term relationship with USAA which allowed USAA to make a better decision in keeping my car in place for analysis and possible repairs.I dont currently know the outcome of my car situation but I do know that Im in good hands. I highly recommend this service center for all your auto needs. Relationship and repairs with a smile. Thank you for your support.
