Parts take longer to arrive than other parts store. Man taking my order rolled his eyes when I politely asked him to check a part on my car. Car repairs are stressful enough and I shouldnt have had to be made out as a hassle/bother.

Found everything I needed. Great service and prices.I just ordered brake rotors and pads from the online service. Everything fit just fine. Old rotors where shot. New stock rotors cost more the then the performance upgrades. They stop quicker and look great.

Just moments before closing they kept the door open so I could get what I needed

I would like to thank the Portsmouth location,near McDonalds,for having this young man charge my air-conditioning,it was 125lbs pressure,not knowing my father passed this car to me!!, He passed away March 21,2019, we had never changed the air-conditioning,this fellow figured out the pressure should be 50lbs,not 125, so long story short,I feel like he should have a bonus!!, My son is in the United States air Force doing vehicle maintenance,but he is in South Korea, if the young man who helped me today didnt,I would be sweating bullets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place for great help. Theyre not afraid to take time to help with your auto trouble. Need your battery checked. No problem. What l like is theyll check your onboard computer and find the readout codes for free. A big plus is they give us vets a discount. Great staff and good prices on parts

They definitely go out of their way to help you out and get what you need....and if they dont have it they will order it and try to get it in that day or by the next day.
