I give this place 1 star because they Don t answer customer questions in regards to something they say they have. I can get 1g cbd carts for $18 at cloud 9 or $20 at captavape. This is why I chose to only shop at places that will answer a easy question like other shops do.

Love this place but hate that their posted hours are incorrect hate driving all the way up there and have them closed an hour before posted store hours even called the store and it said 12-8 so not sure what was going on for Sunday

Place used to be decent when tanner worked there walked in today on 2/3/22 and got 3 bottles of juice to which I though was staw burst vape juice on sale told him I loved straw burst got home found out it was sher burst called asked if I could exchange for another juice I enjoyed as Ive tried this juice before and it was garbage, they said they cannot do an exchange or refund even though it was thier damned fault. More than likely will not being going back anymore.

Bought a Dabtron from there good peice for solo sesh advice on it though.Slow easy pulls on mid heat and clean the bowl every 3 fills for clogging issues otherwise great buy

I really wanted to make this my go to shop since moving to Roy. I have gone weekly since May but I ended up not looking forward to having to go in.. I totally understand the ID requirement but sometimes getting asked feels really aggressive. There are some great employees there but some that really need to work on customer service. They have what you need and if you dont care about how you are treated, this is the place for you. Not awful, just not great, especially considering how many smoke shop there are. I found one thats super kind and chill so Im moving on.

On April 28th I went to Aztec Highway and bought two of these exxus snapTo make a long story shortOne of theExxus SNAP VAPORIZERS that I bought was defective they wouldnt take it back now Im stuck with a defective Vale and nothing to smoke and a dreaded warranty process.Thats TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And yes Ive had the unfortunate experience of dealing with that rude lady.

I dont go here for clothes I go for vape stuff and they are on point with knowing their stuff like you can describe what your looking for and whether its juice or whatever they do what they can to find you what your looking for

Blonde with the dark underneath extremely rude. Was lied to about the point system being down when I spent over $80. Used to love this place, all the workers have been disrespectful for the last few months. Today was last straw. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Horrible service, staff has no knowledge about products I went in asking for a pen for cartridges they sold me a vape you pour liquid in i walked right back in after I realized it was the wrong product I asked to either trade my brand new product or a discount on the thing I asked for they were rude said they couldn’t do anything, I went into cloud 9 asking for the same thing they knew exactly what I wanted. I know I asked for cartridges for a pen not solid concentrate you are talking about why is it that I asked for the same thing at cloud 9 and they knew what I was talking about I do not recommend Aztec Highway I will make sure all my friends and family stay away from this place.

It would be nice if the opening time online and on the front door was accurate.. my husband swears by this place but I probably wont try and come back... guess Ill just hit up the one in Salt Lake the next time Im down there

I have spent so much money in this place ($1500+and they have lost me as a customer for life. I wont even return to redeem my points. Why? The manager, whose name I wont use here directly, is very unprofessional. It truly makes me sad, because I had decent purchasing experiences in this store and used to love it, but I will never return.

Guy working was very rude and horrible customer service we stood at the counter waiting for someone to come help us for 5+ min.( also only people in the shopfinaly got some help and the guy acted as if we were such a bother. I will never go back

Every time i go in, they are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. They always help me make difficult decisions between one item or the other. I buy all my vape products and CBD from here, pretty much any 420 product i own is from here as well. Awesome place!

I went in for vape juice and an atomizer and they had zero knowledge about the atomizer I needed. They also sold me a bottle of vape juice that broke open on me the first time I tried filling my tank with it, which wasted all of the juice. Complete waste of money. They also advertise a deal on house blend juice but had a very limited selection.

I personally love Aztec highway (IN S.L.C This store is a no go for me. There is a gentleman that works there and he will follow you and eyeball you the whole time you are looking at clothes, and if you go look at the glass, he wants to be all technical about terms and things that are going on. that doesnt make a fun buying experience. in fact i didnt buy anything. THE next day i went to AZTEC in S.L.C and got a whole new outfit without feeling like a damn criminal!

A little expensive, but they have good products. Not only do they sell clothing, but they also sell vape accessories, mods and vape juice. As well as kratom capsules and kratom shots.

Kinda upset with a gentleman there didn’t like his customer service. Need to not worry about what people call stuff in their shop. Wanted to be really technical and I didn’t appreciate it.. I really liked going there but after this experience and how flustered this guy was getting because of my choice in words I might go else where. These guys and gals are always super nice and always willing to take the time to help in any way they can. Great clothes, huge selection of vape juices, and a ton of accessories.

Best location! I hate driving to slc. Always super friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in. It’s seriously my one stop shop for everything you need and I’m so happy I have somewhere to buy my clothing, especially for women, seems no one else carries these brands for women anymore (Fox, metal mulisha, sullen, etc.. so a big thank you! This store has a huge inventory, massive selection of glass and accessories.It doesnt stop there, they have a nice selection of E-cig/Vapes and juice, clothing, jewelry, stickers, incense and more.The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Kyle is awesome and very nice to work with.These guys kick A**

Went to this place. Got a mag vape, a couple coils, and some juice before i moved outta state. Was gonna buy the regular coils but dude tells me the other ones give more flavor. So i said screw it and bought them. Coils dont even fit the threads of my mag properly so the tank falls apart in my pocket and wasted more than half of my juice thats overpriced and now im stuck with a couple coils that dont fit. Know your guys product before you sell it. I defintely will be telling people to watch out for this place.

I would recommend this location for all those looking for high quality vape juice and vaping accessories. They have an awesome selection and extremely great customer service. Two employees I would like to give acknowledgement to; would be Kyle and Chance. Both are incredibly helpful and wont hesitate to take the time needed to make sure your happy and confident with your purchase. It is because of their knowledgeable and kind service that I drive a bit out of my way to have this positive experience. I will also recommend Aztec highway to friends looking for a great experience with their vaping needs. There are a lot of shops selling vape product ,but I havent found any with the ease and helpfulness that this place offers with these two employees.

Not sure which staff helped these people with the 5 star reviews. Ive been in there 4 different times looking to buy some glass. Each time I went in there i was the only customer. Even though I was the only person in the store, the staff acted irritated that I wanted to go look at some glass. On one instance I asked the guy behind the counter to point out some of the thicker pieces he had, he said "I dont know. Theyre all over.". So after I looked at a couple I settled on one. When I got to where I buy it, he looked at his coworker and and said "Its only 1 oclock?!". Come on now. Maybe if you put some effort into helping your 1 customer, your day would go by faster. I will just drive a little bit farther to One Stop from now on. At least they want the business.

Guys here are all pretty awesome! Its rare not to find what youre looking for here, or just something random. The selection on glass is pretty top notch also! Excellent atmosphere and super knowledgable employees create a great one stop shop!

Probably one of the worst places Ive been to in a while. Not only can you not get money back on a purchase the same day with a receipt the shirts they do have are all black black and more black. No selection with color and I find a Ross to have a better selection. We waited almost 25 min just to exchange a shirt I found. Id suggest the owner of this establishment to get a diverse color selection and more medium to large shirts in stock. And maybe some faster staff. I will never go back because of this experience I would suggest the slc one for sure.

Great looking store with a large selection of e-juice and accessories. Lots of glass to choose from too; I like being able to get set up for my two favorite hobbies in the same place. The staff is solid and personable unlike most smoke shops where the people always seem disinterested in helping you. I would recommend this shop to my friends and anyone else.

What an awesome store! Its perfectly located North of SLC. I dont have to drive so far to pick up my products.Store staff is really friendly, and they actually taught me alot about "Vapor" across the board.I hope you guys drop by, you will really like the front lounge area too! What a fantastic store! It had all of my vape needs with a huge flavor selection, as well as a great clothing line. Not only Metal Mulisha but IRATE, Sullen, Fox, Seedless, I was really impressed with everything. Ill definitely be going back!!!

Awful just plain awful. I went into this place with some knowledge about tanks and they sold me a mock tank posed as a mutation which was actually a yep tank. When I got what I wanted and tried to return my brand new unopened product they told me all sales were final. Quite possibly the worst vape/smoke shop I have ever been to. If you are looking for quality service and knowledgeable sales go to venomous vapor on 1900 in Roy behind autozone.
