This Walmart is usually pretty well stocked. Its has pretty much every you would expect from a Walmart super center. They are also building a huge area for pickup orders.

I needed a DVD player and had to drive to Missouri to get one - If you need anything in electronics, look for Owen!

And the Walmart in Lebanon is a very awesome place to just about find all of your needs..very good people there working..Lebanon Missouri just full of good people

Shelves almost empty except for the more expensive brand. Disappointed that there was only ONE checkout counter open. Hate the self service. Walmart failing their customers. Heading to Price Cutter!

Vary crowded and hard to navigate due to remodeling.Update - Since the remodel it has been much easier to find the items I am looking for.

The worst experience Ive ever seen out of a Walmart.... They do this be cause there isnt another Walmart or another business around to get the customers they loose

Good dont have a lot of items that other Walmart stores have all over different states

Walmart usually have what I need. My largest complaint: not enough cashiers and registered open.

This was a good place to get birthday gifts and supplies. They had some kids’ toys on clearance. Cheryl was my associate and she was super. I had a large order. She handle it with ease. I really appreciate her.

Its walmart, what can I say. The personal shoppers do not care if their giant carts are in your way. The staff is barely helpful if you can find one. Every three months the stuff you want has been moved or they quit carrying it. Three stars because the mediocrity is consistent state wide.

My daughter and I have stopped at this Walmart about 10 times now, and every time something happens. One time a man pulled a loaf a bread off the shelf and when he did other fell down to the ground. He got mad and threw the loaves in anger. Other times we came in and there were large amounts of items in the wrong spot. We even watched a fight start in the parking lot over a parking spot. In comparison to our local Walmart, we named this place "Angry Walmart." Not sure if its this locations fault, our if Lebanon is simply full of angry people.

Staff was less than helpful when trying to maneuver getting a money wire.

Its ok. Just a regular Walmart. If youre traveling on I44 its not the easiest to get to and the parking lot is second rate.

The 2 men in the auto department saved my day. I had a hole in my tire and was losing air pretty quickly. I had 3 hours left of my 10 hour drive when this happened, and they took care of me quickly and efficiently. Thank you both so much!!! Me and my girls appreciate it.

When you have to check yourself out while a Walmart employee is watching you then they stop you at the door to check your receipt and let other people walk right out that they didn’t watch is stupid and you’d think if you’re checking yourself then there would be at least a discount

Nice level concrete sites, lots of grassy areas, easy walk to pool, playground, jump pad, cafe, and multiple other activities. Very family friendly and clean facilities. 13 miles from Branson and all that area offers. Daily activities for kids and families. We loved it. Took our 5 year old grandson and now he wants to go camping year round.

This is my favorite Walmart location, I love it! I have come across several friendly employees. Thanks for making me feel welcome!

Know changes are sometime needed, but goodness sakes, why would I now go pick up my groceries put them in a cart, take them out and scan and bag them, then load them in my cart, unload them into my car, then bring them into my house. Not customer friendly, to me this will never be a good move on your part. At least at Aldis they check you out. And your prices are not reflecting for me to do all the handling.

I miss the cashier/customer interaction. Though the self check outs are good when youre in a hurry.

Friendly staff. I was able to get the formula I needed for my daughter. The worker actually went to the back and got me what I needed.

Im always pretty frustrated with our store. The stock is insanely inconsistent, and its always super messy.

Walmart is carrying fewer items I need that I used to be able to count on running in to pick up. For example theres 6 feet of shelf space for command hooks, but only one highly over priced magnetic hook.

Staff were really nice and helpful but the store was really messy, clothes messed up in every department, merchandise hanging in the wrong locations. I dont really mind any of that though I understand it is hard to keep things looking amazing when you work in a busy store.

Overall nice & clean Walmart! Very busy store that has not recovered since the pandemic hit. Lots of stuff is gone now and limited stock. The store was out of bars of soap last time I was there. Only a few actual cashiers and lines if you use the limited few that are there.Not even close to as nice as before & not sure it will recover. Store seems to be in a constant remodel state where aisles are mislabeled and items are hard to find or not in stock!

I am not the person to talk about Walmart. I remember what it was like when I started working there back just after Mr. Sam passed away. It was still a family store and stade that way for many years.

U should know that our Walmart constantly changes and u just get used to it then move everything around and its really annoying trust trying to go around finding everything again and corners are blocked off where u cant get around prices have also gone up in Walmart more than anywhere else in Lebanon they mostly very snotty and rude sometimes good service but also very bad customer service and always out of everything or getting rid of something like discontinuing an item also mostly packed and the place can give me anxiety also we are always getting bad fruit in there to and its always messy not ran very good also kinda picky on returns

Same as every other Walmart around. Employees are rude, store is a mess, but prices are good. Restrooms werent clean either.

I mostly go here for the pharmacy. Great service and friendly staff. Customer service is always great and very helpful. I hate the fact that they have so many self checkouts but thats life I guess. Overall great store and always has what I need when I need it

I stood in line for almost 30 minutes. Because they barely had any self checkouts going and only two people checking people out. Having pregnancy cravings and having to stand in line for that long while my ice cream melted it’s absolutely ridiculous. Walmart has gone solo. I will not shop here again unless it’s a mobile order. Going inside and waiting for 30 minutes is not worth it.

Not everyone that visit is a thief to follow my family through the store because we are a mixed couple is not appropriate I dont recommend this Walmart to many in town to deal with racism

Self checkout attendants make you feel like a criminal. Then looking at my bank statement. The register charged my account twice for 140.00. When trying to call, nobody picks up. I tried multiple times calling to see how to resolve my being over charged. I guess I’ll have to drive there. Because that’s super convenient and gas prices are super low right now….. I swear this is the worst Walmart ever

$100 for an oil change and tires rotated. Seems a bit high. I use high-mileage motor oil. And Walmart makes you buy a lifetime tire rotation for each tire, if your tires arent bought at Walmart.

Would be better if they put the gf flour in the gluten free section and not next to a cross contaminate

Went to get a box of saltiness crackers, no particular brand , only to find there were no saltiness crackers of any kind, or brand. P.S. THE STORE WAS VERY DIS-ORGANIZED. staff and management dont really seem to care.

This just so happens to be the only Walmart in our home town. We definitely go at least once a week. Theyve been remodeling the store and rollingnworh all the changes has been hard but theyre really doing a good job. Its really looking great! Without Walmart idk what my family would do lol! Sometimes we just kill time walking around looking at stuff and the new remodeled areas. Keep up the good work!

Ordered my daughter sweet 16 birthday cake picked it up Saturday morning and it was not right at all not what she wanted or what we ordered didnt even put her name on it and lady at the bakery didnt have time to put her name on it very upset and disappointed the gumballs Rock hard not the frosting we ordered it was just wrong All the way around

Dirty, everything is just put anywhere. Electronics had clothes in on of their isle ways. clothes all over the floor. Just a dirty place. Very in organized.

Walmart is a place I relax ND enjoy shopping. I taken time, and most always find kind staff. Very seldom am I disappointed about my shopping experience.

I ordered groceries from South Carolina instead of Lebanon MOThe staff was great and while I had to go home without my 40+ items. the supervisor brought me the dog food I needed badly. My lungs are bad so I appreciated not having to go shopping in the store

Rear restrooms have been completely removed leaving only tiny front bathrooms for all customer and employee use. No where near enough space for such a large, busy Walmart off a major interstate. The deli is new? Or all employees are untrained? They could not figure out pricing of their meal and then made price tags for more than the cost. They tried saying that was the "price + tax." It was finally fixed by one employee with any brain cell. Self checkouts had lights on but were closed and apparently employees couldnt cut the lights off. Entire store was a hot mess and major hassle. Wouldnt go again. Marshfield is nearby and a much cleaner and better ran store.

This place aint bad, but, I went to get a couple phone charging cords and a portable charger. My items were put in a clear box, locked and I was to take it to the front to a cashier to open the box and pay.. I dont know what or how anyone else feels, they made me feel like they thought I was a thief. I dont steal period! I was told that was their policy. I said thats corporal punishment. How can they make their customers feel outta place, treated like a thief and can only say, thats our policy.. And I believe that its against our constitutional rights- making innocent people pay for what others do! I dont feel comfortable in Walmarts anymore.. That might have been my last trip to walmarts in Lebanon, mo. I SAY SHAME ON YOU WALMARTS IN LEBANON, MO. 💯💜✌️

0 stars !! Terrible store the employees profile you by how you look. I seen a man looking for one thing around closing time. & they followed him around the store trying to kick him out & preventing him from purchasing the item. They where racially profiling this man treating him unfair while other shoppers where left alone to grab there last min items. I will never go back to this store . They are very rude instead of helping the man find what he needed & get him out of there. They wanted him to get out & threaten to call the police on him. They owe that man an apology.

1st time I was not happy. I went back to the deli to get a rotisserie chicken and they had none ready. Went ahead and bought one just an exactly from time marked. More lije a cornish hen in size and dried up awful!!! I will not make that mistake again. Again Lebanon, MO store.Thank you to the pharmacy staff always Game On!!

Awesome store,they have legitimately millions of things to sale (i worked here a bit so I know this). But ever since the new store update they have an insane amount of security just walking around. First off, if Im gonna steal something do you really think a rent a cop is gonna stop me. Theyre going to get hurt. This is Lebanon, we may not be the largest community but our concentration of Meth Addicts guarantee someones gonna get stabbed.. great deli...

Refused entry without face mask, even though it isn’t required by law. When I put one on, they told me to keep it and bring it every time I went to this specific store, but when I went into the store there were a lot of people not wearing one. I had my son, getting diapers, and she would not let me in without wearing the mask, although my son isn’t required (but he’s generally at a higher risk). They have rude service members, I tend to avoid this Walmart location when going out to shop.
