Backcountrys return response and timing are awful. An item I returned was received two weeks ago. No receipt confirmation.They claim returns take 3-5 days. Nonsense!My first return took two weeks. My more recent return is at two weeks and counting.When I inquired, I received vague "answers" about the date when the return would be completed.It should not take 2-3 weeks to process a return, particularly if you advertise 3-5 day returns, as Backcountry does.To give you an idea how slow Backcountry is - a return to Chain Reaction Sports in Great Britian had a similar turn around time!Because their return time is so slow and the customer help people are of no help, I will only shop with them in the future if no one else has the item.Particularly with things like shoes, return turn around time is important.Backcountry deserves a F for Fail in this regard.
