If you’re planning on buying a bedset or bunkbeds and after one year the part start falling apart and and u ended up with a broken bed within a couple months of buying itGo ahead and shop there😅On top of that they are the worst when it comes to Customer ServiceThey will tell you we will not fix things for you because you did not buy the 3 year insurance on the item and they Would ask u to buy the parts for the item that got broken because of their horrible materials and you fix it yourself💪🏻 or they tell u on the phone buy a new bed pleaseAaaah NO👎🏻+ Plus their employees and manager have the worst manners everThe location of the business is Beach BLVdDon’t go thereWould I shop there again? Did not do any inside shopping other than to test the chairs the wife wanted and to place the order. The staff were professional and courteous.

The staff here are AMAZING! They are very knowledgeable and have been such an incredible help to my husband and I. We always have a great experience every time we walk. They have gone above and beyond to help us out anytime we have a problem. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking to buy furniture or a mattress. They are honest, don’t force you into buying anything your not comfortable with, and will provide you with detailed information about financing and the cost of your monthly payments.

Pushed my delivery date back 3 times, the third time bc they somehow delivered to the wrong address & the only solution was to have it delivered next week. Supervisor Jackie wasn’t empathetic & or helpful at all. Nothing was done for the inconvenience. Service was horrible from day one!

Me and my wife purchase a bedroom set, in November 2021 we where told the it was on back order. We waited till January 2022 and we received most of the set. We finally received a call around the February 15 telling me it was going to get delivered. But we didn’t receive it so I called the store and talked to Q the guys that works there and he told me that it wasn’t likely that someone called me for delivery. I told him how can you say anything about a phone call that you where not on basically. So finally I get the real problem to this situation and her name is Kaitlin. See basically changed my order to a quote then told everyone that we never order it. So I asked to speak with the sales lady that sold us the furniture and she got on the phone, While she was searching to find the item or kaitlyn told her to get off the phone with me and she was going to handle it. At that point she then told me she cancel my order because of a missed payment, which we purchase the payment protection. Point is she lied then told her employees that I was the one that lied. This woman need clearly needs jesus!!! She then told me and my wife to never come back to the store of buy anything from badcock furniture. Don’t buy anything from this store. You can find better furniture somewhere else.

Made me feel like a VIP, address my concerns and even went the extra mile to make sure that my experience was perfect and removed any doubt t after speaking g with corporate. Ive been dealing with badcock for years this particular badcock location is the first badcock that I first started with Ive also have had and account on Normandy but I had and good experience with shay she had great coustomer service I purchased my mom a rug. will do more business soon

Walked in to badcock just looking as we’ve just moved and needed living room and dinning room sets we are staying with family in Jacksonville however our home is in Georgia Ruth the associate fo badcock greeted us and told us look around and let me know if you have any questions allowing us to not feel pressured when we had questions she was quick to answer she is extremely knowledgeable of ALL the designs badcock has to offer informing her we are in Georgia she e plainer they have a store in Georgia and she would be happy to continue helping WOW well help she did if your in the market for furniture she’s your go to gal I highly recommend her speedy friendly efficient service and follow up on delivery tell her Vicki and Vincent sent great job Ruth you rock

We went last Saturday to buy the fridge we found on their website. We were approached by a sales person right away. We spent 15 minutes and everything was handled perfectly. We were advised we would receive a call the day before delivery to confirm a time range and a call from the delivery drivers of their time of arrival. These occurred as promised. The delivery drivers were on time, very courteous, and respectful towards our property. It was drizzling rain and they were super careful in getting the fridge inside our tight entries as we have a small, older house. They went above and beyond! I bought a dishwasher last year and since 2017, weve bought bedroom, living and dining room furniture. Never disappointed. We will always go to Badcock. They have beautiful furniture and their customer service is always excellent.

Ms. RuthAnn was an angel. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product that I was purchasing. Katelyn the Store Manager is awesome. She has excellent customer service skills. She was assisting me with an issue that I had with the previous warranty company and she handled it like a Pro. She followed up with me days later after I received a call from Warrantec to make sure I was happy with the results. Thank you Babcock for having a great Manager, Katelyn, at the Beach Blvd store in Jacksonville. This team is a great example of customer service. Kudos to you.

Shay Jackman sales Associate was great However the manager Katlyn Rosa was horrible and has no people skills.My delivery time wad mixed up she offered me no solution than to discard my sales agreement and throw it at me.She then called the police who saw no reason for that action.She apparently has no idea of the store mantra about treating people right.I would not advise a dead dog to shop atBadcock Beach Blvd

We went to another popular furniture store (A.F.and bought a new dining room set: however, the experience after the purchase was disastrous, not professional and a big mistake. We never got the dining set on the day of delivery. We ended up canceling that order and still are waiting for our refund.Anyway, promptly after canceling that order we went to Badcock and found a lovely dining room set and it was delivered yesterday like we were told. I have a been a Badcock customer at this store for over ten years. I purchased a set of bunk beds about seven years ago. My daughter out grew them so we got rid of them about six months ago. They were just as sturdy when we got rid of them as the day we bought them. My younger child decided she wanted bunkbeds so we went back. I bought the same set with a matching dresser (just gray this time instead of the brown color that our first set was. I have bought tons of furniture over the years from this store and have been loyal because the furniture quality and customer service is always on point. Sometimes we have things delivered and put together and sometimes we do it ourselves. This time we elected to have this furniture delivered and put together. The sales lady (Kaitlynnstayed late to help me complete my order. The two gentlemen that delivered and put together the furniture did a great job. They were on time, fast, cleaned up after themselves and then allowed me to check over the work before they left. I was scared to death to let strangers in my house, but Tre and Jr were very professional and made me feel comfortable. I have purchased from this location probably ten times, I refer everyone that mentions needing furniture here because of past experiences but this has been by far the best experience.

So customer service by the store manager is the best I’ve seen. She is amazing and everyone there is extremely friendly.So why 1 star? Well the quality thus far has been absolutely horrible. We bought a set of couches from them in February after being referred to them by our family member that recently purchased. Well my family member regrets it as they have had their couch replaced twice and handles on recliners replaced 3 different time.After a few weeks of owning our new couches there was a problem with the I believe the mechanism. We call to report the problem and without hesitation they sent someone out and wound up replacing said couch.3 1/2 months later both couches doing the same thing and they now discontinued the couches. We then only had really one choice because it was too late to get a refund and the only other gray couch they had was $500 more. No big deal we wound up buying these. After only 2 days having them on one side of the couch it’s wobbly and makes a noise whether a 65 lb kid sits in it or my 230lb self.We’ve bought so much furniture over the years from both rooms to go and Haverty’s and never had a complaint. I knew this furniture is fairly inexpensive and wasn’t looking for it to be the quality of haverty’s and last for 10 years but we expect better than 10 days.We now are stuck trying to sell our couches online just to buy from somewhere else.So, if you want nice people and great customer service come here and talk to great people. But if you want a quality piece of furniture I’d pass.I wish since we’ve had ongoing issues we could get a full or partial refund. This is crazy!!

I have bought quite a bit of furniture from this location. I wont anymore. I bought a dining room table from them that is just pure, unstable junk. I have had them over to repair it, have had it replaced and it is still junk. I have spoke to someone claiming to be management and she blamed the fact that I had moved on the tables instability. Ridiculous!

Linda is always great! She helped us when we initially set up our account and she helped us again almost 2 years later. She’s always pleasant and very helpful. Linda is a great asset to Badcock.

Ruth, our sales associate was super nice to my husband and I when we went in to browse furniture. We were mostly looking for a sectional but i wasn’t really liking any of the ones they had. We did browse the other sections of furniture they had and with Ruth’s help and because of her great attitude and friendly nature I ended up with an ottoman I love and some great accent pillows for our bedroom. I didn’t feel pressure to buy like you often do in big name shops, it was more about finding something that worked for us.

Not overly impressed but this was the fourth furniture store today. The good... no pressure. No fawning sales people. They were content to let us wander as we would. The bad.. prices were not significantly less than the competition and everything looked like the same old same old.

It was Black Friday, and after the mad dash I went in the store with a purpose, and that is to buy a queen memory matress, a queen size sofa bed, and power recliner. As I was checking out the stores inventory, Ruth approached me, and from that point on I know my shopping experience would be stress-free.Ruth explained the details of each the product I felt that her professionalism and information was the closer. Eventually, after laying on the bed for 10 minutes, Ruth came back with the credit approval. Ruth further explains what my payment options and the available insurance (extended warrantyfor all the items. I was also informed about their delivery service and the time frame that I can expect the furniture to arrive and installed.This furniture shopping is 2nd of the significant shopping at Badcock. I advised that most must research the item, for this reason, you must research on which item you will need at home, instead of wasting unnecessary time looking around.

Every thing about this Badcock was astounding. From the product, to the service and delivery. Highly recommend. Unlike some other leasing places they do exactly what they say they will. No hidden interest or fees. Fantastic product and service. Thank you to everyone who helped me. I know I wasnt easiest customer.

Badcock on Beach Blvd has horrible customer service. If they offer you the Snap program think long and hard. If you don’t pay for delivery think long and hard. I got a small office chair looking recliner and ottoman and spent three days trying to make the screws work. I took into the the store and Tom or whatever his name was took forever (30minmaking the right armrest fit then told me to put the rest of the chair together at home even though I offered a friend to pick it up in a truck the next day. I had a car accident in 2016 and having to take the chair pieces in and out of my car twice was upsetting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. They do not care about SNAP customers at all even with having their insurance and defect coverage. That is a waste of money. FYI Snap is nothing but rent to own. If you haven’t paid item off in 100 days you pay double for it. Be Aware people of this location. Snap is good if you have no down payment so I recommend it.

I have got a washer& dryer . Then a 2000.00 dollar Couch and had to keep on replacing some of the pieces. But I do love that I have no problem with them on it. Its I wish I would of not got that one.. . But as of. Me going back yes I would its the way I am treated very well .I gave them a 10 +......

Great furniture at a great price. One of the few affordable, yet quality furniture stores. Ms. Ruth Ann was very knowledgeable and informative. They also have great financing. By way of comparison, we like American Signature furniture, but Badcock has the better prices and financing. We are not impressed with the furniture in Rooms to Go and think Havertys is too pricey for our budget.

My wife and I have been long time customers of Badcock. We have dealt with this store for a few years now and we are beyond happy with the service and pricing. Tim has been our usual salesman and he is always helpful and patient with us. If I could offer any input to better the store it would be better pricing on their decor, but I am aware that this is a furniture store and not a decor store. Other than that Badcock is amazing. Beware of there scam. They had a promotion with a min purchase and receive a 250.00 gift card so bought the amount required and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive in mail. After 8 weeks and no gift card yet call the store and was told to call the corporate office. called corporate and told them havent received anything yet and there response was the gift card exp on july31st and they would not send out a new one. How could I use it if I never received it. Think this was a Scam just to get customers to buy more furniture with a gift card and then never send it out and . SCAM BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
