Great laundry facility

They increased the prices from $2.00 machine to $3.00s. The washers always have a old wet towel smell like they dont leave them open to air out or clean them. And they have a sign that says change machine for Bar M customers only. Then why do they have it open to the public it they dont want you using there change machine ? Just asking.

Traveling in with friends to the Poteet Strawberry Festival we enjoyed the very cool unheated pool. We both had issues with our 30 Amp breakers tripping under load but switching to 50 Amp outlet with 30 Amp adapters provided adequate service. Showers were good and the price was RIGHT AT $50 FOR TWO NIGHTS.

This place is quite nice. I have 2 close friends who stay here and I visit regularly. The environment is nice and the people are kind from my interactions.

Alot of full timers, okay place to stay. Small pool, but fun. Showers restroom were decent.

Need more parking but very quiet and safe area, with beautiful night sky view. Friendly staff, pool, BBQ area, propane, laundry facility, bath house, and even a small store in the office.

I’ve stayed at this place a couple times. 2nd time being permanent. Nothing but great experiences so far from the cleanliness of the sites and the laundry area. Office personnel is super nice and they’re very laid back people! I would not go to any other rv park in town. They really care about their tenants and make sure everything is taken care of. I saw a bad review before coming in here and was nervous but definitely think that whoever left that review must of had their own issues because the lady at the front is very nice! There is no drama or anything like that. Definitely recommend!! There is also a cop that patrols through here periodically for our safety! Would give more than 5 stars!

Super Cool..nice atmosphere...clean.

We were just passing through on our way to parts West, when we started having trouble with our generator. The diagnosis process required us to plug into power. The folks at Bar M graciously gave us the gate code and said to just pick any open spot. We were there for just about 30 minutes and figured out it was ok to go on. Thanks so much!!

My family and I drove in from Kansas City on Christmas Eve, even though the office was closed the manager made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time to get in to the fully fenced and gated property. The full timers were very friendly and even picked up a bracelet that one of our girls dropped at the end of our site. The showers were clean and so was the laundry facility. The grounds are well kept.I drove by other RV parks in town and they looked scary!! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit family!

Terrible place 10/10 would not recommend. Dogs run free dirty bath house and the people are just rude. Always gossiping never doing their job.

Lived there for 4 months...Residences are expected to follow rules the Mangment should be inforcing but arent ,Theyre dogs are the dogs roaming free and the family members that are staying there for free allow theyre dogs to roam free. Management has 4 family members living FREE IN THE PARK in rv spaces. Managments children FULLY GROWN ADULTS are up all hours of the night doing who knows what besides causing brama for the residences. dogs running lose and place is absolutely LICE INFESTED!!!THANKS TO MANAGMENTS GRANDCHILDREN!!Theyre allowed to play with all the other children so they take it home. Costs more to live there then its worth. Do not recommend it at all!!!Total ghetto......NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL... DRAMA BIG TIME!!

Clean nice park facilities knowledge staff clean laundry matt. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and reasonable prices

Professional ethics of the management and assistant managers are questionable ....Theyre personal drama has become an issue to residing residents...Do not recommend staying there unless management is replaced or more professional.

Excellent facilities, the woman that checked us in was awesome at a time when we were very stressed with our RV.

Dirty bathrooms, laundry open to public not just campers. Trash, wire, nuts, bolts, and glass all over our site.

Their laundromat is open 24/7!!!

Nice, quiet, & secure. 24/7 laundry that is so comfortable you almost wish your linens never ended.

The staff on the property work hard to keep it maintained. The laundry facility is always clean.

Place used to be a good park and the manager use to be really nice not sure what happen to her. They let pit bulls roam the park and the pool is never clean anymore. Just amke sure you becareful of the roaming dogs and people up all night working on cars. Another thing if you complain about the dogs or anything else she will kick you out !!

Great place to have your laundry washed and dried by the pound. $1/lb. Drop it in the AM and youll have it back after lunch. "Mike" is very nice to work with and she will text you whens its ready. If shes not in the office, you can call her when shes in the RV park. Or just leave it on the chair and text her.

This place has a nice owner and she was helpful. Other than that, there were water leaks everywhere and some had been leaking for a month.

I just love this campground! The people that run the campground is very helpful and friendly. The campground is very clean and well kept. I stayed here for 2 months. I would definitely stay here again. Hey friends, this is Becky! I really miss yall!

Bar M offers a great community nestled just outside of Pleasanton. It has super clean facilities and nice amenities including a small pool and playground. Being fenced around gives you a nice sicluded feel, with great neighbors. Also being less than a mile to HEB is convenient as well as the rest of the town.

Not a bad place if your a Passport America member but I wouldnt pay full price ($44to stay here.

Love the 24/7 laundry mat thats open to the public, top of the line machines with maintenance on standby 24/7 as well, just cant find service this good anymore.
