Barnegat Friends Meeting House in Ocean County

We chanced upon this historical and traditional place on our way to LB island. The caretaker gave us a private tour of the place and even let us in the place of prayer. He gave us great information about the Amish history and culture. There were artifacts wich dated from the early 1800s. What was cool were the etchings in the back of the pews made by the kids bored by the silent worship. One says 1898 July and some names I cant make out.
