Very kind and thoughtful and educated interest in what’s going on with my eyes. Dr. Lewis is just great! He provided me several options on how to deal with the issue I’m having. Very good for me now to go and think about what will work best for me.

I totally appreciate Joshua Lewis. He has always been on top if my situation and helpful. He takes time to communicateClearly. As to Barnet...not excited aboutTheir communication. To micanical and seems right hand doesnt know left hand.

Dr Brewer and his staff are professional, courteous, and very caring in their dedication to any and all patients who come through their doors. Dr Brewer is especially thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions and give you feedback on your treatment options and what he thinks of each of them and how they fit into your treatment plan. I trust him without reservation to make sure that I get the very best treatments for my specific vision conditions.

I always has a pleasant visit. Check in is friendly, nurse-tech comes , seats you and begins information, eye testing and readying you for doctor. Each time she is friendly, light hearted. Doctor comes in continues the friendly welcoming presentation. Questions concerns, does further testing for assessment of need or refill existing products. This time he is recommending cataract surgery. He had monitored last few visits previously. I am recommended to a surgeon that I happened to be familiar with when caring for my parents prior to their passing. I am comfortable with this surgeon as well. Dr. Knippers at a close location. Also when the technicians have met to make sure I get contacts or glasses or just ordering have always been light hearted on phone or in person. Good business ethics and place to get personal care.

I highly recommend Dr Joseph Brewer. He is very thorough and explains things so you can understand what hes saying.

I have a few issues with medical service centers. The first, for which I have changed providers, is making me wait a hellish long time after my scheduled appointment time before they see me. Not an emergency, you understand, just a management practice. As you note, this is a five star review from me over a medical service provider. You may rest assured that I received exemplary service from Barnett Dulaney Perkins at all of their Show Low locations over my recent cataract surgery. Pre OP visits, diagnosis of the cataracts by Drs Brewer and Lewis and surgery by Dr. Knippers and his team at the surgery center. This is, top to bottom, an exceptional out patient diagnostic and surgery center. I can not find enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe my satisfaction with these folks. If eye issues are bothering you, I highly recommend these folks based on my experiences.

Dr. Lewis is thorough and kind. Everyone in this office is efficient and nice. The office is comfortable and clean. My 14 year old and I are both seen here and will continue to do so.

I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appt for 1115 same day, saw dr brewer who did a thorough exam for what could have been a serious problem...I would recommend them to anyone living in this rural community

Every appointment I have had at one of their facilities have been a great experience. I have had several eye issues over the years and they get me back on track.

Dr. Lewis is the best I had a really bad experience with a eye center/Doctor in the Mesa area and was recommended to him by my parents and he has changed everything and i am so happy. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great eye doctors. Joe Brewer has always provided excellent care. Complete office staff has gone out of their way to meet all my needs.

Dr Lewis is a very competent optician, and does a superb job of getting the right prescription. I am very impressed with his knowledge, his skill, and his patience with me as I go through the prescribing process. Dr Lewis is also very polite and comfortable to visit with and has answered any questions that I have had.

I had good experience with surgery. All staff was considerate and nice. However, i felt like a part on an assembly line. They move so fast to get you through and done with you.

Appointment was on time the staff to include Doctor Brewer where professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They had a good selection of frames as well.

The team has been great to work with. They took the time to understand my need and made sure their recommendations were targeted to that request. Everyone I encountered has been great and I would not hesitate to send other to see them.

Dr. Brewer was wonderful and knew exactly what he was doing. The lady who tested my eyes and the one who was so patient with me while I was getting the eyeglasses I wanted were also amazing!

Not happy two hours for 15 mins with doctor been there twice same book every 15 one doctor 7 in wait room 7 waiting in back one doctor.

I’m very pleased with my eye care that I have received from Dr. Lewis and Dr.PFister. My recent Cataract surgery was a smooth process and Dr PFister took excellent care of my cataract removal and replacement lens. I’m seeing wonderfully well now! Follow up with Dr. Lewis was great and he answered a few remaining questions I had concerning care and activities. Also like to mention how nice the eye and surgery centers staff treated me these past weeks. Definitely a 5 Star experience all around!

Everyone from the ladies at the front desk/answer phones to the nurse & finally Dr. Lewis were all very nice, understanding & caring, which is great when u can hardly c. The only complaint is their scheduling/workload; I have to have cataract surgery & Im not scheduled for a pre-op appt for 5 weeks. Having to wait for a doctor appt is nothing new where I live due to a lack of docs, especially specialists, but when u live alone, u can barely c & u kno its best not to drive is pretty scary plus, if its 5 weeks for pre-op, how long til surgery & seeing clearly again.
