We call them on a regular basis and their staff are capable and more than competent! Prices are competitive and completed when promised. They changed all the filters and the membrane on our reverse osmosis device for us.

My AC stopped working. I contacted Bartlett Plumbing and they came out right away. The tech was polite and efficient. Discovered my motor capacitor was burned up, had a new one on his van. Job was complete in 20 minutes! It was nice he had the part with him, I was concerned id have to wait a day for the part. I will continue to use Bartlett for all of my plumbing and hvac needs.

Bartlett plumbing and heating was amazing! They had a GREAT price and we’re very quick with responding and showing up. Jeffrey and Sam repaired a pipe for me in the bathroom that turned out to be a little more complicated than we originally thought but they were quick and professional and made sure it was done right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

3 years in use and our a.c. kept breaking the circuits. Electrician pointed out that they simply put it in on the previous wiring even though it was a larger unit. Lots of extra work, money, and trouble. Shoddy work.

I used Bartlett to replace my furnace in 2020 and replace my central air unit in May 2022. Both times theyve came out have been incredible experiences!!!! They are so prompt, personable, respectful, understanding when working around my children, and so fast yet thorough! I think their prices are extremely reasonable too. even their office staff is very sweet and kind, and they are great to communicate with in office and on the phone. Ill recommend them to anyone!

Air conditioner needed to be set up for our new home build. Unfortunately, the builder did not share paperwork regarding the AC at closing, nor did they let us know that the system would need to be set up in the spring - so we thought the system was broken. Bob and Austin were courteous, helpful, and kind - charged the system and made sure that it was working properly - along with showing me how to change the filter and clean the outside of the AC unit. In addition, the gals in the office were kind enough to print out the warranty info for the technicians to bring along to the job. We now have a functional AC unit and are very happy - thank you!

I have had Bartlett out for a variety of needs. They are always friendly and knowledgeable! Just have to stay on top of getting return calls from the busy office staff (its a good problem to have cuz they are that awesome!).

He was early for my appointment, he explained the how’s and why’s of the service, and made sure the job was thoroughly completed. Jeff went above and beyond for what he had to do, and I highly recommend him and Bartlett for their customer service and overall expertise.

Theyre a great company, IF youre okay with them coming in, talking down to you for what your house/apartment looks like, being super rude and swearing at you for "being in their way", making messes that they refuse to clean up and then blame you for their mess.I currently live in an apartment building that has had new washers and dryers installed through this company, and their service was terrible. They left the door open after we specific told them not to because of our pet, tracked dust all around the apartment. Started swinging drywall around almost breaking our items, including a very expensive computer. They have no respect for you, or your property. I wouldnt use their company, even if they were the only ones available.

I previously left a negative review for Bartlett due to an issue we experienced with our hot water heater they installed 8 months ago. Initially, we struggled with getting someone from Bartlett to come out after we lost hot water for a couple of days. However, after talking to the office further, they were extremely busy at the time. Since then Bartlett has made it right and resolved our issue. So Im editing my response, as we appreciate the efforts that they have made since the issue was diagnosed, as well as their response to our situation.

They do a good job to replace the water heater. But the $575 labor charge is real high for one technician in two hours.

We recently (January 2022had Bartlett Plumbing come in and correct 3 problems within our basement. 1.They replaced my water shut off valves in our basement which had been installed back in the mid 70s, and then removed an old water softener unit from the same time.2.Our kitchen drain that ran underneath the concrete had reverse grade on it that allowed it to accumulate grease and debris "clogs". So they ran a new line from the copper kitchen drain to our 4" toliet drain 15 away anchoring it to the wall, very nicely.3.The old sump pump line was re-establised outside with a discharge pipe extending past our garage.These took about 8 hours to finish, but I am 100 % pleased with the outcome. After working over 30 years at a Wastewater Facility and Water System, where my job was inspecting new services for compliance along with maintaining clean drinking water (I wore 2 hats for 4 municipalitiesI highly recommend Bartlett Plumbing from this experience.

We called Bartlett at 8am and they had someone out by 3pm, our water heater died the night before, we had a brand new heater installed and functioning by 6pm!!! Jeff was curteous and professional and did an excellent job! He gave us a lot of helpful hints to protect our new heater! Hopefully, we never have to use them again, but if we do, well definitely be contacting them!

Bartlett did the hvac system installation in our new construction home. Very poor workmanship. Ducts are not sealed. Fresh air intake duct was not insulated. No anti vibration seal between the furnace and ducts. Crooked piping. Gas leak in the house when brand new because a gasket was left out by the installer. Warranty claim denied by Bartlett because it passed inspection. Laim.

Derek was very prompt and professional. We were very pleased with the repairs and the installation. Will recommend Barrlett and will be a repeat customer.

I used Barlett to install a P trap & their servicemen were very professional, someone who you felt comfortable with and their pricing was very fair.

I called Bartlett to fix my furnace that wasn’t kicking on. They quickly came out and fixed it, had prompt ordering and delivery of parts needed and their technician did a great job! On time, courteous, reasonably priced, and the furnace is in great shape now. I’ll definitely call them again.

I called first thing on a Monday morning and they set me up with a same day appointment. Jeff, the technician, showed up within the first 10 minutes of the 2-hour time block. He was very easy to talk with and identified the problem with our hot water heater within a couple minutes. The problem, gunk buildup, was common for our brand of hot water heater and an easy fix. So, he not only got us going again, but he walked he through each step of the repair so we could handle cleaning the part in the future. I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience.

Was able to come earlier than appointment time and was done in about 20 minutes. Very professional and cleaned up the area (wouldnt have known where they were working at). I am definitely using them again!

After getting roots in my sewer lines last fall I called Bartlett to make sure it wouldnt happen again. They came out promptly and were right on time. Their quote to clean out both my outgoing and ingoing sewer lines was much less than Michigan Plumbing. They were done quickly with no mess or fuss.

I had occasion to call Bartlett’s again last week and they were here quickly and took care of the problem. Rates always reasonable. I highly recommend this company. They’re beginning to feel like family!

Used them for my furnace for a couple years now. Always on time and able to get out to us quickly in an emergency. Recently had a water heater need to be replaced and they were out here in 30 minutes and had the job done in a couple of hours and were fair and up front about the pricing. Will use them for all my needs going forward!

Our faucets got lose over time. The plunger type are no simple fix for a DIY type, not that we really do much DIY.... Fixed furnace on an emergency.... Ive used Bartlett before and have only had great service.. for this visit my furnace was out during extreme cold weather. They were at my house in 2 hours , found the issue and ot was done inside of an hour. Highly recommend these guys!!

Had them come out to zone off our 2nd floor of the house. The tech that came out was great and even took the time to explain things to my 12 yr old son that wanted to sit and watch him. Were very happy with the work that was done, the price to do it, and how friendly everyone was from getting a quote to getting it done.

After years of "warranty work" never working with another local provider - we looked to Bartlett to come in and get the job done right! We have a brand new home, I called to get a humidifier added to the furnace, amazing customer service. We had someone out the very next day at 9am he was on time, did great work and explained how everything works. By far the best customer experience, if you have heating or cooling needs call Bartlett, you will not be disappointed.

Once again Bartlett has come through for me on a moments notice! We needed to address a furnace issue in order to close on a home sale and they were prompt, efficient, and went over and above in their service. I am always impressed by their technicians and will use them again.

They installed all of the air condition units in the condo association where I purchased. The first time we went to use the air conditioner, it wasnt working. they said it needed charged. and if there was a leak, they may have to remove walls to find it. My walls are attached to another unit. However they never tested it. Every year there has been something wrong with it and it needs charged. This year it happened again and I waited all day for them to show up. Finally I called and they told me that I cancelled my appointment... then I was told that my husband cancelled it... Then found out that they called the wrong phone number for conformation. They couldnt reschedule me right away and was told to call someone else to get it fixed. Not to mention that I have asthma and spent an entire day in a hot 80 degree condo.

Your service man came to fix a simple problem with the kitchen sink sprayer. I asked him to give me a price to fix the plumbing in the bathroom tub and rather than giving an estimate he fixed the problem, about an hour and a half. All problems were resolved based on a simple kitchen sink sprayer that led to fixing the bathtub problem. A pleasure to do business with a company that cares and is flexible.

Our fuel tank had a blocked vent pipe, so we were unable to fill our fuel for the winter. I reached out to them around 10:00am and they had it fixed by 12:30! Customer service was fantastic the entire process and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I cant believe Ive never written a review for this company! This company did a lot of work for me. A whole new kitchen plumbing install, replaced my entire house with copper pipes, bathroom faucets, and outside faucets. Their work was perfect. Everyone was courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all garbage. The prices were also great. They do things by code, the correct way. You know you will have a great job. I am 2 years out and everything is still perfect. I went to find their number for yet another job and wrote this review. You wont be disappointed. This is one of those companies that are top notch that you will keep around for all future needs.
