Store owners was rude and ignored as didnt listen to us when stating i dont like caramel and will order something else and continued to make item when said dont like that will change it then was well you can pay for it anyway I have made itWill not return again

Good ice cream but their loyalty app scanner is never working.

Tried thier iced coffee today...I didnt ask for sugar to be added but it tasted like it had 9 spoons of additional sugar?... geesus?tipped it down the sink.

Price is very high. $7.20 for a single scoop. We were also charged for a waffle cone after being told no waffle cones were available.

Ordered through door dash. Never buying from here again. $33.90 for the variety pack and only a couple of tablespoons worth in each cup, maybe 200ml of ice cream total.

Ice cream is good. But appears they are now serving half as much for the same price. Pretty sad

Couldnt give them less than one star. Store was busy, only one staff member, no acknowledgement of customers waiting, no apologies for delays, the girl was just happy to stand there talking. No idea about customer service.

Ordered last night on UBER. Understand cost is more as you’re paying for delivery and a service fee but we didn’t get what we ordered. Took 1hr and 40 mins to arrive, think this more down to the driver though but $47 for two vertical sundays when we orders brownies and extras. Hardly any ice cream or brownie bits in the Sunday. Ice cream was all melted. Not worth the cost. Cold rock give you so much more

Its been 7 years since Ive visited here and itll be at least that again before I go back. 1 ultimate shake and 1 thick shake but both where like water, tastless and totally overpriced

Guy behind the counter had no clue what he was doing ordered the ultimate take home pack with cookie dough, it is half empty and has 1 Malteser on top this place is a joke

Poor service with bad staff attitude! The products look nothing like the photos advertised!

Firstly, they didnt deliver what was ordered. I ordered a WHOLE belgium waffle so it could be heated and served with ice cream. They sent me a vertical sundae with a couple of chunks of broken up waffle mixed through the ice cream and the pieces did not equate to a full waffle.Secondly, we only live 5mins from the store but it was late and i had kids asleep so I ordered for delivery. I placed our order at 22.10hrs (20mins before the store closedbut our order of ICE CREAM was prepared immediately after it was placed at 22.15 and instead of organising a delivery driver like we paid to deliver it, the order sat in store for a full 10mins while it was melting until the exact moment that they closed the store and only after they closed did the delivery driver start the journey.So basically, they couldnt be bothered organising a delivery properly even though we paid for delivery so our order sat in store and melted because they planned to deliver it themselves on their way home.Thanks for ruining my one treat!

Just visited for the first time. Shop is lovely and clean and the girl who served me was very nice.

Love Baskins, hate this franchise! Worst once Ive also been to by FAR. The staff are always rude, eating food behind the counter, have a bad attitude, there not helping or willing to serve you. Every single time I have to ask for a lid, then a spoon, then a bag to put it in, I might as well scoop the ice-cream and do their job for them! I now avoid this store and drive the extra distance just to avoid doing business with this appalling store. Wouldnt waste my time, nor should anyone else moving forward.

Attendant didnt know how to process order or payment from the app & we ended up paying full price for bogo with another credit card. Normally no issues, but obviously more training required on this occasion.

We like Baskin-Robins, but this is the worst one weve experienced by a long shot. Tried twice, same result. The staff here seem to put in half the effort and portion to other branches - a real rip oof when youre paying this much for ice cream. Avoid

This shop is meant to close at 10. However when my partner and I walked in at 9:32 after a few customers walked out who the lady working knew as she had a 5 minute conversation. Anyway we walk in first thing she says to us ‘hi guys you have 8 minutes’. I ask for the $11 sundae she tells me they are out of fudge but I can see the machine is on. So my partner and I both order cone. I pay with cash but give her a folded note which she complains about under her breathe . Then people come in after us and she doesn’t even welcome them and says ‘okay goes you have 3 minutes rapid fire round’ . It’s 9:35 at this point. Anyway we sit in the car and eat and the young girl turns the open sign off at 9:39. 21 minutes before actual close time. That young girl clearly hated her job and was extremely rude .

Ordered some ice creams on uber eats. I ordered a caramel slice sundae, you could imagine the disappointment in my eyes when I had to build my own ice cream and the slice was missing. I was also extremely upset when I went to dig into the waffle (honestly itd be hard to stuff that uponly to find its a build-a-waffle and I never got the sauce for the waffle. Youd expect for the price I paid for the ice creams and waffle I wouldnt have to build my own desert. Worse boxing day ever.

I came in with a voucher that said buy one get one free ice cream. I showed the lady at the start and she failed to mention Id only get 1 scoop free, not buy 2 scoops get 2 free. She didnt tell me until it was time to pay.

Paid $10 for a large thickshake and only got a milkshake. Plus 2 serves of icecream small for price. Pretty disappointing when they charge top dollar but servings not proportionate forthe price. New owners possibly.

Im afraid the staff wasnt trained. Kept looking at the picture of the sundae on the wall to figure out what to put in it. Ended up with a terrible product. Messaged them, they asked what time I got it then ignored my messages.

Ice cream is alway good, but when you pay $9 for a thick shake but it’s never thicker than a milkshake it gets old. They also don’t make milk/thick shakes past 9:30pm.You can definitely tell they had a change in ownership. Service and quality (of thick shake makinghas gone down.

Best experience I’ve had at Baskin & Robins yet. Was served by a young lady by the name of Varsha who was so incredible. She was extremely kind, hospitable, friendly and helpful

Always tasty. Open late. One time they ran out of all chocolate icecream but it was school holidays 🤷‍♀️

Great quality icecream, slow service. Took over ten minutes to do one thick shake once I ask to be served. No one else was in the store.

Every now and then my wife gets the urge to order Baskin Robbins on uber eats. Not once have they got our order even close to right. Its as if every time we order they just throw what ever into the bag without even reading the order.

Baskin-Robbins the name said it all best icecream in the world so many flours to choose from.

If you love ice cream, there is no where better to visit.

Came up on Google as stocking donuts but when we got there, no donuts in sight... In fact there was a limited choice of anything including ice cream flavors, which seems to be what they actually stock, and although staff were friendly enough, the ice cream is pricey $$$

Baskin Robbins has some great flavours, its just pretty expensive for ice cream. Youre able to buy meals at similar prices.

Ice cream was all icy like it was old.Not nice at all, think Ill stick with Cold Rock above the Lagoon in future. Always a safe bet.

Kirsty and Ken just made an ice cream cake for my little girls birthday. They were unbelievably helpful and understanding (when I had trouble choosing the flavours :)). I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Oh, and of course, the flavours are amazing and everyone loved the cake. Im so glad we have left overs!

Excellent ice cream, great range and service.

I dont care about my waist line... give me more scoops!
