I would like to thank Ron and all those in the service/paint department for taking care of my mustang. I had a clear coat issue that required the rear fender, one door, and the rear bumper to be repainted. The team matched my color perfectly even with the car being 17 years old. I will definitely be bringing my car back to bay shore the next time my car needs paint or bodywork.
This was my first experience with the company and when I made my appointment the man I made the appointment with never wrote down my appointment so when I showed up I didnt have an appointment but they took me anyhow so I was glad to get that over with would I come back? Yes I would go back cuz the price was reasonable but I want to make sure that my have an appointment in writing
Went to get alignment done on a small modified jeep charged me 135 dollars to tell me everything wrong and they did no work to it to it what a rip off and I asked if I fixed the issues could I bring it back and the plain out said they would not work on it I needed this done every other shop was two weeks out don’t waist your time
I recommend nobody ever uses bayshore ford’s service department. I called them to discuss some recalls on my wife’s explorer. The service manager (Patwas very rude, talked to me in a condescending tone, and interrupted me several times when I tried to talk. There is a class action settlement on the issue with my wife’s suv, causing an exhaust smell to come in the car when accelerating hard. He proceeded to tell me that the recall had been performed way back in 2018 at a dealer before we had even purchased it, stating that it is normal for a smell to come into the car when accelerating hard. He said that the recall involved sealing the rear hatch area and reprogramming the HVAC system. I have been a professional mechanic since 2001, and it is NOT NORMAL for the car to smell while accelerating. I know they will reply to this review with a generic response telling me they’re so sorry I’m not happy with them, so they can pound sand. I will never give them any business as long as I live. Never ever. Even if there’s a fire. Pat better not get in my face, or I’ll drop that motherf$#{#r. Take a class on how to talk to people, Pat. Bayshore Ford deserves a better representative than you.
The Manager is very rude and the sales people are pushy. They do not stand behind what they say . They are only out to get your money. Specially if you are a senior. Run!
Went to pick up parts, always fast and friendly service.
Pat, the service manager goes above and beyond with customer service
Pleasant experience just wish they, like all other dealerships would be more efficient. Online appointment is good but if you list details about your vehicle, they dont read them. Just wait til they have your vehicle inside then they find an issue and it slows the whole vehicle getting done process.
Love my Service and Parts department. They go out of their way to help the customers. 🚘😁 There autobody shop also does outstanding work. 🎊🙂
Great Ford Dealer. Parts manager is very patient and friendly, always there to help.
The service department is very good at communicating with me and letting me know what is going on with my car. They always call after they diagnose the problem!
They are ok , I mean its a dealer ship n they mainly look out for themselves . They will be more than helpful long as there is profit for them
very nice people they take great care of your vehicle they are precise and make sure everything is working ok before they give you your vehicle
Super happy with Bayshore Ford, I was looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler that they happened to have. Rich was great at finding ways to help me feel comfortable with our purchase, and I flew from IL to NJ to come pick it up and drive it the 800 miles home. Would highly recommend.
Had my car in for a few weeks for a recall and repair. Told me it was ready and after I arranged a ride in to pick it up they told me at the counter that it wasnt ready and they forgot to call me to let me know they discovered a new problem. Finally the work was done and I arrived to pick it up only to find the battery was dead. So while standing there after my ride had left with a dead car they jumpstarted me so I could leave a bit aggravated only to discover after pulling out of the lot that my gas tank was COMPLETELY empty. Like in the red, bottomed out, way past the low fuel light. Luckily got into a gas station down the road before it died. It had about 1/3 tank when I left it with them. Ill take care of a replacement battery myself after that. I doubt Ill be going back to this dealership again anytime soon.
Ask for Harry. He helped me out tremendously. Bayshore, give Harry a raise.
Definitely the greatest experience at buying a vehicle. Rich in financing is the man. He will give you the best advice for your deal.
Costumer service was awesome. Richard helped me out and made sure I got the best deal possible
Only place I take my 98 Lincoln Town Car for service. They keep it running/looking like new.
Great sales team and the customer service is A-1!! Plus, I just love my new Escape!!
Ron did a nice job on my truck. Thanks to bayshore Ford.
Best Ford dealer around. Great service department!
Go redefine what car buying is by spending some time with Ed Ryan and his staff at bayshore. Talk about no hassle, it has reset my belief that car buying can be easy... Thats right easy. The staff is fun and approachable, got the exact truck i wanted without the old car buying experience. I will be back and I will recommend to go buy from these guys from here on out!! THANK YOU BAYSHORE!! you rock!
It is always a pleasure dealing with Larry from the Parts Department. He is courteous and so nice to talk to. Always quick with answers so we can better serve our customers. Thank you Bayshore Ford
I had a 9am appt so I left my car there. They did not pull it into shop till 3pm to tell me my radio needed an upgrade and thats why it is not working. My radio goes in and out as soon as I hit a bump, so if its an upgrade why does it even work at all. Whomever the guy was who spoke to me and my husband was rude so I choose not to have them work on my vehicle any further.
Outstanding service and dedication to their customers. Bretts efforts went beyond the call of duty. Pat and Brett kept their word and took care of us during our mission critical journey!
Just got my Ford Escape, very good deal and the staff are willing to help you every time.
Bayshore Ford service did an excellent job with my last visit on my Ford Escape. I definitely would recommend them.
Below was a review that I will now put behind me. After the 1st review I spoke to the GM and we talked about my experience and he asked for me to give them another try, I said I would. My daughter was looking so I kept my word and gave them another chance, she saved and had very little credit being a 19yr old and I’m glad we did. My sales rep was Ted Toulson who did what a good salesman does and made me happy I gave them another shot. Richard Smith was awesome as well and got the deal completed quickly. Both of these guys are true professionals.1st review. I was flat out lied too!! FYI I won’t call them to rectify what happened as that’s their response to every negative review they have. Bayshore Ford should for starters get a clue, if you want to rectify this situation how about you call me!!!
Brett was an absolute awesome person assisting me with my Ford CMax. Pat also has been awesome with me always
My car has been having a problem making boost for a while, dropped it off for some recalls and asked if they could just take a look at the issue and we could talk about maybe pricing for the fix. When they called to let me know my car was ready they told me they fixed the issue with no extra charge. Was something simple, but I feel like most car shops would still tag it just to make a couple extra bucks. I appreciate the hospitality. Definitely will do business again 👍🏽
So we went in looking for a new car and we found a this car that was a pretty decent price for $11,000. And I am I female so the salesman thought you was going to take me for a trip. $11,000 with a $2,000 deposit plus a $500 trade in. Car payment should not have came out to 283 told me that there was a 30% dealership fee that Ive never heard of. This car was for my boyfriend who never bought a car before. I have never in my life paid a 30% dealership fee to the Kia dealership in Vineland where I got 0% financing and fully accommodated will never use this dealership I think its very shady what they did. We got a brand new Kia for way less than what they wanted to charge us a month on a used car. Sad because most people probably would have signed a deal and not for anything of it. They take advantage of people and thats not right
Just dropped my truck off for service, so far so good. Patrick seems like a great guy
2nd worst car(Sheridan Nissan in new castles #1).Hindsights 20/20 and I wished I went to Gentelini in Woodbine instead.
Customer service was not good. I never received a call about the status of my car. I always had to call to find the status of my car. When I did call a couple times to ask about my car the person on the other line just seemed annoyed & was short with me. I was told a time when my car was going to be ready. When I called at that time I was told that they said it would be ready at a later time. When I did get my car back the next day my check engine light turned on & now there’s something going on with my engine. It may be unrelated but it doesn’t feel good to get your car back from the mechanic after spending $2000 & find something wrong with it.
The service department of this dealership has no sense of responsibility or professionalism, i ordered four tires two weeks in advance for my kia forte and the gentleman bret tolson at the service department gave me a quote and a date for the service. Upon arrival at the date of the service i was told they ordered the wrong tires and could not get the right ones today because they were booked up. Then the service manager a mr Patrick said to me i really should have verified the tire size with mr tolson as if it were my job to do so, and i have never felt more under valued as a customer in my life, and received no form of apology for the inconvenience instead they put their negligence souly on me the customer. I strongly recommended no one service their vehicle at this dealership unless you like to be undermined, belittled and receive excuses instead of results.
Great dealer been around for a while I always get parts there for my trucks and always are priced right and has a lot of parts in stock I have dealt with Larry in the parts department for years and is very personable and is very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this dealer
Very professional and my concerns answered with good advice. My car was purchased there always had excellent service.
I usually would not do this but this is not the first or second or third time I have not had a good experience with service when I deal with the assistant service manger . He has always given me and my children who both own Fords and their spouses an attitude. That’s five Fords that we have gotten serviced at PV Bayshore. I will though, say I never had a problem with Steve the service manger. Who always went out of his way to work and always accommodate me and our family professionally. But he has left! Well last week my husband brought my car in since my radio completely stop working. We had them do the oil change too. Well low and behold The assistant manger said he never heard or dealt with our warranty and of course was rude and said he couldn’t do nothing! Tried to sell us tires after all that! Well I call McCafferty Ford, even though it was 45 minutes away I knew I would get the respect and treatment that we deserved! Radio was covered, bought my tires and has them fix a issue with my trim on the door.Gave me a rental car for the week and my car is perfect! I suggest no one go there until they get a Service Manager who cares and will appreciate you as a customer. They have lost all five of my family members that get their maintenance and repairs done with them. It makes me sad not to do business locally!!!!
Great service department!! My brake booster went bad on my ford. I called and they found out I had a extended warranty on the brake booster. Even tho the mechanic was very busy and was booked up for a couple weeks he had me drop my car off and was done in less then two days. In those two days he kept me updated on everything so I wasnt sitting here wondering what was going on. I am very happy. I have had bad experiences with bad mechanics in the past and was worried it would take forever or I would be charged for stuff I didnt really need. Neither of that happened and I will bring my truck back here again.
These guys screwed over my girlfriend bad. They told her she was approved for the loan and wouldn’t tell her the interest rate. They told her to get insurance on the car and sent her the VIN number. She payed $575 which is a lot of money to her, to insure the car. Took all her personal belonging out of the car she got appraised and was trading in. When she went back up there to get the car they told her she was declined for the loan after coming all the way from Delaware. Why did you say she was appoved for the loan ??????
I purchased My car thro them and have taken it back for regular maintenance. There cost is low they are fast and pleasant to work with. I even took My daughters car that She didnt get there but they still gave a great deal on the work that was needed on it. Im very happy with them and I will continue to go there.
On a monday I had a Ford Focus (a company cartowed to this dealerships garage for a transmission issue. Totally lost reverse and a Transmission Default warning would pop up. Through my company I had to get a rental car. Between the tow and the rental car I spent a good portion of my day dealing with all this and missed work. Two days after this I received a call at work saying that my car was finished. They said that the problem was not happening when they test drove the car, but they did see the transmission default when they looked up the cars history on the computers diagnostics. They told me it was some sort of module that had to be replaced. So I spend part of my Saturday returning the rental car and picking up the car from the dealership.Drove the car to Philadelphia for work on Monday without an issue. Tuesday morning I get into the car to find the same exact problem.I drove the car one day to one location and its as if I never took the car to a mechanic.
They truly have an awesome service department. The service manger is great!
Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
Repair of my 2017 Fusion Hybrid was completed in a timely manner in a professional and thorough manner using Ford OEM parts. In particular, Ron is an excellent technician who went out of his way to keep me informed every step of the way and to ensure my complete satisfaction. The quality of the repair work was top-notch. Thank you.
There service was excellent. There professionalism was on point. Me and wife felt a sense of trust. Well, as much trust as you can have for a car dealer.
I went with my fiance to buy a ford flex. They were 95miles away. They agreed to do everything over the phone/email. The salesman came on his day off to complete the deal on good friday. Everything was as described and the deal was done in 30 minutes once we arrived. Very good customer service and very easy to work with.thanks harry
i wont be back there. i purchaced a 08 escape. which needed a few things taken care of prodominetley a tpms problem, in addition was a list of broken items in the interior. they claim to have fixed the tpms problem and completley ignored evreything else on the list, in addition, i gave them the truck clean and with a full tank of fuel. they gave it back to me dirty. and with a half tank of fuel. apparently. they dont care about repeat business. i will not recommend them nor will ever be back.
Take your car anywhere else to get it repaired. The service manager is next to useless when it comes to being of any use. I have the extended service protection and this guy has given me nothing but trouble, trying to claim my items arent under that protection even when I pull the protection plan out and show it right to his face.Ive had to complain to management about him several times, yet nothing changes. The only good thing about this protection plan is its good at all Ford garages, so I never have to go here again. The most recent fiasco Ive had is with a part that was under the cost of my deductible. They had the car for almost a week and tried to say due to it being under the deductible, I wasnt eligible for the free rental the protection plan guarantees for all overnight servicing. Again, a complaint to the manager and the paperwork in his face proved me right.Save yourself the hassle, go anywhere else under the sun.
