The hotel is dated but clean, the staff friendly. The room was surprisingly spacious and came with a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Our room key kept deactivating and they had to reprogram it every time. The breakfast lacked but I didn’t have high expectations. About an eight minute drive to the beach.

I tried to book rooms for the week of Labor Day 2022 and one later in September using the fall special on-line. The front desk told me that the promotion was not valid (Sunday-Thursday). I was informed that because of low occupancy the hotel would only be open on the weekends. However, I could stay there if I didnt mind being by myself. REALLY? I asked to speak to the manager to receive some clarification and was told the manager was busy. My contact information was taken, but the manager has not contacted me. After several days, I tried again to connect with the manager...no response. The fall promotion is still on-line. BEWARE!

I found dead bugs in my room, I also found spiders. Me and my cousin went to the pool and the pool was dirty, we had to clean the pool out ourselves and there was alot of bugs. The service is bad and my room smelled like something was rotting. Nobody was at the counter for a while. They dont take certain cards and the wait time was bad because of it. I dont recommend.

Great location, rooms are big but old, it could use some update. Also rooms are carpeted and for a hotel close to the beach it makes it look dirty and I believe harder for the cleaners to do a better job.

The safe didnt work so we took our valuabls to the trunk of car. Strangers tapped lightly on our door and didnt leave for a long time when we didnt answer. We got locked out twice because our key cards wouldnt work. Ugh.

Worst experience in my life,The hotel location is great and the front desk young Lady Madison is so nice and friendly that it’s the only good think when you dealing with all kinds of issues, first she was having a hard time with the thing that activate the room keys, once we arrived to our room the toilet was dirty with urine mark/splashes under the seat, shower walls were not clean and there were hairs everywhere, it was a handicap room witch we never requested so everything was in a odd position for us, the bed sheets had a bunch of hairs, lucky I have my own and we could just change those, a light bulb was out and the room looked like it hasn’t been use in a long time, and I can said this because my friend stayed in another room and everything was good even the room seems to be updated. I tried not to be a me of those people that complained for everything but looking at the te here it said we could fix it if you call or said something but how about you make sure you rooms are clean and everything works good before you put people in it, it was a Holliday weekend and I pay almost $1500 for 3 nights that were not pleasant at all, the breakfast they offer is ok except for the pancakes machine that takes forever and it was a lot of people in line to get you 2 pancakes and the last days wasn’t even working, again the location of the hotel was the greatest and we could be out all the time and just use this place to sleep.Definitely not staying here ever again 😏😏
